我好少寫食評,近日同友人傾開計先知大家一齊奶野,所以今次食評實在不得不寫!!!某天友人於雜誌上睇到呢間餐廳,見環境好似唔錯,openrice食評又OK,就一齊去食啦首先,食物質數已經唔得,魚生唔新鮮,可以稱得上難食!!!我未試過食魚生我係唔食最愛的三文魚!!!一口吃下去,除了凍味,還是凍味;帶子是腥的,亦沒有肉質可言,其他刺身算不上十分難食,得過且過罷了;唯一係甜蝦仲有d甜味.....熟食方面,選擇唔算少,但無一樣做得出色,到依家你叫我講有咩好食,我淨係諗到條食天婦羅粉嘅大蝦........呀..個紫薯都幾好食嘅其實同三五知己gathering,最重要有個地方可以清靜咁傾計,呢度就完全滿足清靜傾計的條件,因為成間餐廳咁大,係星期日晚黃金時段都淨係得兩,三枱客ONLY.雖則我唔expect$300的放題會有好好質數,但大佬你都唔係比d咁嘅野我食架...唔該寫食評嘅朋友公道d!我唔理係打手又好幫朋友都好,請你寫野要對得住自己良心! continue reading

火灸左口魚壽司有D餐廳會燒得唔夠 有D餐廳會會燒得太耐燒得太耐燒左口魚裙邊會熔哂燒得唔够耐就外熱内冷...今次就ok可惜舊魚細塊咗少少北海道帶子刺身甜美肉質鮮嫩滑滑...服務非常 very good沒有黑面情況蛋黃醬蟹棒火灸去壽司蛋黃醬+蟹棒既美味要親自試先知蛋黃醬令所有野都好滑舊飯又細encore了N次刺身:very fresh!!!三文魚新鮮唔系超市货色肥油紋理清晰油甘魚甜quite 新鮮蝦so lovely!!!!劍魚腩quite fresh this time!I will be back!!!!清酒煮蜆not so nice, sake isn't enough...蜆 was quite hard... continue reading

朋友生日,朋友話想試下呢間日式放題。我地三個7:00鐘到左,唔多人,環境都唔錯,我地坐卡位,好舒服。食物係自己係張order紙tick,款式都有好多,沙律,炸物,燒烤,麵同烏東…當然主角刺身同壽司一定唔小得。咁多種食物最出色都係刺身,上枱時每款都好新鮮,賣相亦很吸引,溫度夠凍--最怕食室温刺身,各款魚都很鮮甜,以呢個價錢算係高質素。其他食物都唔差,好似炸蝦天婦羅,個皮算薄,脆口又唔油膩,但蝦就比較細。沙律我只係叫左蟹子沙律,我一個人order左三次就知有幾好味啦,其實呢個沙律都唔係易做ka,切青瓜條嘅方法同粗幼都好影響沙律嘅味度,如果全部去皮就會好食好多,佢地個蟹子沙律就係青瓜較軟身同幼,容易伴埋蟹柳絲,蟹子同沙律醬一齊食,好鍾意呀!講到壽司,我覺得都好出色,米粒軟硬適中,唔散又唔乾夠潤澤。壽司飯面件刺身當然質素一樣好,但因為放題,飯,麵都係食唔得多…唯一一樣覺得要改善係個燒烤同串燒,唔知係肉唔新鮮定係燒到過耐,好硬好乾,好似放左好耐咁,我唔鍾意。整體黎講除左刺身表現較出色之外,其餘食品味道較為參差,如果要二選一,我都係會幫襯反之前團購間酒店日式餐廳嘅放題。最後要讚下員工嘅服務態度,動作夠快又有禮貌 希望其他食物可以做到刺身咁出色啦!!! continue reading

友人相約到Bubbles吃日式放題,本來對放題期望不大,但竟然有意外驚喜。七點到達,只有兩枱客。樓底頗高,不會太迫,坐得舒服。食物都是像點心紙般自選的,分類有刺身、燒物、天婦羅、甜品、飲品等。啤酒是韓國的,真想配炸雞啊!點菜時店員詢問是否會員,若即時申請,便可免費送一碟香芒軟殼蟹卷,免費入會,有效一年。先來的刺身頗新鮮,以冰鎮著,保持鮮度,賣相吸引。我們選了蝦、帶子、三文魚、𩶘魚。燒牛舌不夠肥美、不夠熱。燒小蕃薯,好味。燒冬菇和蕃茄,普通而已。香蒜牛柳粒肉質夠稔。羊架味道ok,以放題的價錢,品質已合格。洋蔥肉片,令我想起吉野家。天婦羅水準相對較低,粉較厚。試了蠔、蝦、茄子和蕃薯。較喜歡炸蕃薯。原來星期一至三六點至十一點,大人$208,限時兩小時,星期四至日$238。非常超值,會再帶朋友去! continue reading

本來一行五人打算到茶木,但是要等廿多張桌,奇怪的是,星期二六人到茶木,等兩張大桌便到。糊里糊塗經過金馬倫道,有位阿姐在派傳單,眼見當時半後宵夜時段有$98放題,當時已2030,而我們亦在等待老闆朋友,就先到附近歇一歇吧。再回來,上去便等位,順道選擇哪款價錢的放題。一如所料,$98只屬招徠價,一張食物單中只得零星的食物,感覺很頹,惟可照吃$168。生魚片三文魚還好,不薄不厚,不肥不瘦,中規中矩;馬刀貝極少極薄,即使之後加二十片亦像是只得十片般,友人首輪劃了五片,情況小得不堪入目;帶子小型而沒鮮味,圓周比一元硬幣小,而且欠缺鮮味,殆矣;吞拿魚更奇怪,有齒輪邊的,就像用剪刀剪出來般;鰹魚很腥,賣相亦像雞腎片一般。串燒雞腎,一串五顆左右,硬爽,練牙力佳品。羊架,不算太小,嗅起來有羊羶,吃來沒味,還好不太韌。牛舌,不錯,軟腍,入味,是串燒中最有味的墨魚咀,小得像是考驗大家的筷子功,以實物比擬,大約是女生佩戴的小顆型耳環般。吃一口,感覺炸味甚強,朋友指這就是油益味。炸蝦天扶良,皮極厚,厚得滿口粉,比同行女友人的粉底厚得多,完全吃下外皮的話,相信飽膩感勢必激增。豆腐,明顯中間是百福豆腐,絕無豆香,外皮更顯得油益。豬軟骨可能是全晚精選,綿綿軟骨,輕輕咬下,化境,坊間大多豬軟骨根本不軟,味千的就算及格,這兒的更為軟綿綿,只可惜後來追加並沒到來。吃到後來,不知是否師傅都累了,出現了圓球體壽司,請比趣。兩大奇妙友人,都有特別的吃放題技巧︰一個吃鮮活的粟米軍艦,一個吃腐皮壽司。甜品芝士餅與布朗尼小得像雪櫃上的磁石,的色可愛,五人有四顆,我也沒能吃了。九時半後入座,十時半經已要最後加單及先結賬兒,十一時員工便加添無限目光斜視,而結果$168加服務費後幾近$190,下次還是多付少許,到大眾友人間放題口碑最佳的大喜屋,又或是嚐嚐團購那些放題更好。  continue reading
