這間店以前細個爸爸會帶我來食,味道依然好味,喜歡上海菜的不防去試吓,舊式店舖,沒有華麗的裝飾,大枱只有一張(10-12人),其餘的都係2-6人枱,3/5知己共聚確實不錯。下午2點後人較少,叫了三個小菜(鹽酥炸田雞,客飯份量的炒鱔鰗及炸雲吞)配返杯啤酒,慢慢食,開心開心! continue reading

成日聽人講三六九老字號好出名,一直都未試過。有一次,我行過灣仔時發現佢係橋底,門牌好有歷史氛圍。雖然店舖唔大,一眼望晒,冇咩精緻裝修,但係佢嘅老店風味真係一流。而且店員態度好有禮貌,服務令人滿意😊😊最重要嘅係又好味又抵食,絕對值得一試。佢哋嘅上海粗炒、小籠包、賽螃蟹同生煎包都非常出色。上海粗炒炒得剛剛好,味道濃郁😋😋小籠包皮薄餡多汁😛😛賽螃蟹新鮮彈牙,帶有獨特嘅海鮮味道,讓人難以忘懷。生煎包外酥內嫩,煎得剛好,味道鮮美😋😋 continue reading

3.45pm,店舖冇落場,只有1-2枱客,俾我哋坐卡位。叫咗醃篤鮮、紅燒肉同鍋貼。三樣嘢差唔多同一時間上枱,呢一點幾驚喜。醃篤鮮料好足,料仲多過湯,個湯好有鹹肉香味,啲鹹肉同瘦肉一樣咁多,切到大大舊。個人覺得鹹肉可以少啲,切細舊啲,煲番耐少少,咁同樣出到味而唔會食嘅時候太鹹。筍好新鮮,爽脆清甜。百頁結煮得夠淋,但唔太入味。紅燒肉啲肉好靚,係五花腩肥瘦相間,味道正宗係甜口嘅醬油味,但係煮嘅時間唔夠,未係好入味。筍同冬菇好味。鍋貼煎得好靚,但係個餡偏乾身,唔夠油香同肉香。整體都係傳統上海菜嘅口味,師傅啲材料切得好豪爽,係好街坊嗰種唔係走精緻路線。如果俾少少時間再煮番入味少少會更好。餐廳內部都乾淨企理,老店嚟講係好難得。 continue reading

舊式既上海菜館現今已經沒多間了,逛完冬日繽紛購物節,緊係去食埋三六九先返去啦!😋Boxing Day 晚上7點半,居然唔洗排隊又唔洗搭枱,有張卡位俾我地😌基本上入親上海菜館,每次我都唔洗睇餐牌,心裡已經有定數食咩😂夠晒鑊氣的上海粗炒($58)外皮酥脆而內裡軟嫩的炸銀絲卷($26)必點南翔小籠包,75元10個,皮薄但又唔會一夾就穿,內裡充滿著肉香的湯汁,要趁熱食,又要小心燙口😌,原本想食完再來多一籠的,可惜假期日子還是人多,等這個來都蒸左半小時,太久了,沒辨法再等了。 continue reading

出年4月1日垃圾徵費,所以打算自己郁手裝修吓間屋,今日係灣仔收工之後就約埋女友小熊一齊行洛克道睇吓D裝修材料,行到尾就係369,於是推門入去幫襯.經過369無數次,今次第一次幫襯,我地坐正係出菜位旁邊,見到哂出每碟菜,份量都偏少,又用D餐廳經常用嘅技倆,碟就細細,望埋去就好似份量多多,已經心知不妙!點咗份蔥油餅,小籠包,鍋貼,蝦腰煨麵.優點:無!缺點一大籮!1, 想點個酸辣湯,只有一大鍋選擇,無得單碗叫,一人二人點飲得哂? 服務唔夠貼心.2, 小籠包份量偏細,外型唔討好圓圓混混好似D雪藏小籠包! 無咩爆汁感覺,內餡無味道,劣質貨色.3, 鍋貼底部唔夠燶, 所以唔夠脆口,同樣,份量又係偏少! 4, 蝦煨腰麵係上海名菜,但味道似清淡素菜! 湯底竟然毫無味道! 攪到麵底都無味! 蝦肉彈牙但又係一丁點鮮甜味都無! 連蝦肉味都無! 而豬腰獨有嘅內藏味都超淡,唔中意豬腰味嘅小熊都食得落口! 5, 最不知所謂係我大大大愛蔥油餅! 賣成50蚊得果薄依依薄餅! 仲要一丁點蔥油香都無! 紅磡明安街只賣10蚊一塊蔥油餅好佢地千倍! 食緊完全無味道嘅蔥我同隻食緊路邊野草嘅牛有咩分別?小熊就似咬緊竹葉嘅熊貓!6, 餐廳環境衛生就唔欣賞,見到佢出菜時個木夾係浸落D湯內,又見到D外賣周圍放,有相有真相。7, 服務態度唔得,落單無人理。價錢貴份量少質素差!第一次幫襯咁差上海菜餐廳!永不光顧! continue reading
