對食有要求的我不單只要食物美味,更會在乎環境的氣圍這裡位於佐敦小巷的法國餐廳,內裡環境有著外國的歐陸風味人數不多,可以很優靜地享用晚餐及與朋友談天說地餐前包非常鬆軟,很有麵粉大麥的香氣,吃得出是粗糙純麥而製餐湯我選了忌廉甘荀湯,清新的口味不會有甘荀的草腥味道質感綿密杰身,嚐到用料之豐富主菜我選了香煎鱈魚,鱈魚肉質超級嫩滑,非常鮮甜配上的薯蓉很綿很滑,入口即化,與鱈魚配搭超級順滑甜品是焦糖燉蛋,表面的糖衣烤至脆脆的,燉蛋香滑如豆腐般口感入口蛋味充斥著整個口腔,令人回味無窮 continue reading

開心星期五,最好當然是約閏密們吃個浪漫晚餐,今次來到好友推介位於佐敦的法國菜餐廳Yours Bistro,餐廳裝修好有氣氛,食得舒適滿足。 我們一行三人,每人各點一份Set Dinner,以這裡的環境來說,價錢非常合理。 好吃的餐前麵包是美好開始,麵包外脆內軟,微微溫暖吃起來相當有咀嚼感,一人一個讓人意猶未盡。 是日餐湯是松露菌菇濃湯,非常濃厚的松露香氣,口感幼滑細緻。 主菜我選了慢煮美國西冷牛扒,一上桌就能聞得到牛扒的香氣傳來,牛扒很薄身,雖然我選五成熟,但看上去已全熟了,不過入口是意想不到的嫩滑,咀嚼時溢滿牛肉香,好好味。 彩色配菜看得出擺盤也很有心思。 是日甜品焦糖燉蛋,焦糖甜度適中,燉蛋滑到不得了。 整晚用餐的氣氛都很好,回味! continue reading

結婚週年紀念飯哩個雞年真係黑仔,但幾經辛苦終於出院啦,為左可以早啲同老婆過結婚紀念日,就一於去佢工作附近食西餐啦~ 喺OpenRice 左搵右搵,搵到哩間法國餐廳。去到門口,估唔到咁少人,心諗大獲啦,冇後備餐廳添,lunch hour 都咁少人,實唔掂啦,老婆話是但啦,食個環境都好丫,如是者我地入去叫左兩個餐。頭盆我揀左洋蔥忌廉磨菇湯,老婆就揀左雜菜沙律個湯比起我平時飲既忌廉有分別,所以對我黎講係比較新鮮,可惜我飲唔到有少少既洋蔥味喺等主菜其間,可能我地坐得近厨房啦,聽到入面好似教緊新人,不停講哩度做左點點點之後,點比客食丫~ 心諗我地啲野唔通全部都係出自新人?!如是者不知不覺等左都半個鐘啦,可能真係新人整比我地,我地見隔離都係上左菜冇幾耐,其間侍應都冇咩點招呼下大家,哩一點佢地要改善下啦。好啦~ 主角黎啦,首先係我老婆既澳洲肉眼牛扒,好鬼大件~ 味道一般如果啲薯條就仲正,可惜佢地話冇飯、冇薯條、冇意粉,大佬咩餐廳黎架乜都冇,最失望係哩點輪到我個豬扒啦首先個擺盆幾好,整到好似好多咁,啲汁亦都好夾豬扒,幾好食,但係我唔飽呢,同埋以我所知咁樣一齊炒,火力會唔均衡,味道上會打左折扣。埋單兩位$304, 哩個價錢食法國餐,算係咁啦 continue reading

10/02So I made a booking while I was on the MTR and then found this place on Openrice and saw from reviews it was quite good so I wanted to give it a try. The online booking on Openrice was very helpful and easy. I booked a table for 2 for 6:45 which was about 2 hours later. I arrived to the place and there was 1 waiter and 1 waitress. The service was ok and the menu was very limited since a lot of the dishes that I wanted to try were sold out but the restaurant just opened so maybe they didn't have enough stock. They didn't give me a drink menu only the set dinner menu. The quantity to price is a bit over priced but the flavours were nice. The starter that I had was ok the duck liver with toast and I had the Aungus beef steak. The desserts was just soso. The smoked salmon was very good indeed but the sea bass was over cooked. Overall the whole dinning experience with price wasn't really worth it. I can understand that the place has high rent but I think the whole experience wasn't worth the price. continue reading

Yours Bistro 小法國。法式甜品出色經過這裡很多次, 都好想入去試下~次次都走左去隔壁的 Yours Milano 食, 今次試試這間先對於法國是有點情義結~^^~ 終於同蝦子餅去試試門面兩張法國國旗, 歐陸式設計, 如果門外有埋台俾人飲咖啡就更似餐廳以紅白色為主色, 環境不算大, 不過樓底很高, 感覺格外寧靜配合柔和音樂, 令人放鬆享受美食餐廳佈局簡潔舒適, 黑白地磚配鮮紅餐桌巾, 正門有浪漫巴黎鐵塔掛畫柔和燈光舒適浪漫突然想到, 在這裡包場求婚都是不錯的選擇人不多便不會太尷尬, 求完婚還可慢慢與親朋享受美食價錢是中等價兩個熱辣辣法國麵包, 外脆內鬆軟, 需要用點牙力咬開, 入面卻鬆軟, 蝦子餅很喜歡夏沫卻喜歡吃軟身麵包, 所以蝦子餅一口氣吃兩個~羅勒葉香濃龍蝦湯點了一客香噴噴龍蝦湯, 大概有60-70%龍蝦鮮味, 忌廉味佔 30-40%口感幼滑不太咸, 整體都幾好喝如果湯內有少少龍蝦肉會更有口感法國餐廳令夏沫很想喝法式洋蔥湯呢~凍檸茶有點失色, 看上去好似很濃, 喝下去淡而無味不過飲品不是重點, 下次點別的飲料, 哈哈香蒜烤澳洲黑安格斯肉眼扒配薯條加 $75 可以配埋老虎大蝦, 不過我沒有加, 擔心吃不下~^^~薯條即炸即食, 好脆口, 加少少鹽花會更好旁邊的配菜賣相一般, 但味道卻非常美味, 好似用濃汁煮過咁, 好入味下次換個賣相影相就靚好多啦~黑安格斯肉眼扒上是香蒜牛油, 味道有點似薑蒜, 又幾香喎肉眼扒七成熟嫩口, 沒什麼根, 下次會試五成熟~^^~成晚夏沫最欣賞的是這道甜品Apple Cake 配雲尼拿雪糕, 雲呢拿味好香滑可惜沒有朱古力味雪糕~>_<~Apple Cake 真的超好味, 吃下去會感覺到一片片焗過的蘋果片, 極有口感外面吃的通常變了蘋果蓉, 這裡卻是一層層一片片的, 配合蛋糕一起吃, 甜度剛剛好小朋友老人家都岩食朱古力蛋糕當然是夏沫點的~哈哈~大廚好細心弄了心型士多啤利做襯托,朱古力蛋糕實而鬆軟的感覺, 朱古力味濃, 夏沫至愛~^^~為了甜品, 夏沫絕對會再來, 哈哈~~不知何時開始, 餐廳的甜品都成為主角特別提提, 餐廳服務一流, 店員親切帶笑容, 食得開心先係最緊要Yours Bistro佐敦官涌街5號地舖 continue reading
