Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

和牛牛柳、佐賀和牛肩肉、厚切牛舌、精選牛肋骨、一口牛……見到別人的食評相片,$788套餐都有和牛的每個部位名稱,咁我諗住我呢個$888就更加會有名牌啦!誰不知,越貴就越冇呢個服務,我問服務員點解冇牛肉名稱牌既?但佢只答呢個套餐係冇名牌😲😲😲😠😠😠 我當塘眼都突埋O晒咀囉!貴100蚊既套餐反而冇名稱牌仔,所以我都唔知自己食緊邊一個部位,有肉就食囉!
至於味道,我開頭燒過龍,燒到6成,點知已經覺得肉質好韌,於是試下燒3,4成熟,感覺就嫰口啲嘞!但可惜我真係無論點燒,都係食唔到入口即溶化既感覺,而且食唔出貴係邊度,根本同普通韓國燒烤冇乜大分別,所以呢…根本就毋須需比咁多錢去食什麼和牛,或者留番去日本才食和牛囉!到時就可以品嚐到入口即溶既感覺。

我和友人一同來到 國際廣場7樓既牛蔵諗住去食燒肉,我們叫了兩個套餐同一些海鮮,尚記得其中一個套餐係叫(和牛盛宴)。我覺得極上一口牛有口感,燒帆立貝味道夠鮮味,和牛刺身夠新鮮,海鮮亦夠鮮味,只可惜有點兒美中不足就係服務態度。這間餐廳結帳時送了一張現金劵給我們,我看見這張現金劵日期是2月29日,我就問一問這裏的職員,一位口齒不清晰的女侍應向我解說張現金劵,我問佢為什麼要給一張就快到期的現金劵給我,她說這張現金劵可以去四間餐廳使用,這點我夠明白,我怒氣的是為什麼要給一張就快到期的現金券給我,她根本就不明白我問她什麼問題,同沒有解決我的疑惑,她解說的全是廢話,究竟這間是什麼餐廳,聘請一個怎樣的員工去解決客人的問題。

happy new year, first day back to work. traditional  custom is a gathering lunch on 1st working day. as most of the restaurants are full so we have no choice. Set lunch i have order a mixed mushroom and chicken set ($65 plus 10% service charge)i want to ask why japan cuisine always add sugar for a savvy dish? the sauce is too sweet and taste like syrup. frankly speaking it does not match with chicken and mushroom. i used to drain the excess sauce  before eating. and the salad  was without salad

beef marinated with sauce - 2 pcs - sauce was a little sweet, and ICY again. 汁燒牛肉2片(自己燒)- 醬料偏甜, 味道OK, 不過又係雪的

beef stone pot rice (not pictured) - not bad, they used the sauce for this rice too, not spicy, and put quite a lot of sliced beef(felt like the lowest grade they offered), this is the most generous of the whole meat, they hope to fill you up this way.- 牛肉石頭鍋飯 -味道不錯, 燒肉汁, 唔辣, 放了幾多片肉的(用的相信是他們最cheap的肉). 相信店家想以這道填飽你的肚子.

Our experience:
First of all, the first dish, the "beef tar tar" didn't come until ard 20 minutes after we ordered. We came in at 7 pm, you would think the chef should be ready to whip it up in what ..... 5 minutes? All the appetizers, bar the egg roll, was raw, so there really was no excuse for it to take 20 minutes, you just need to put it on a plate! OK, maybe they need to defrost the meat more .....

But then, almost all the meat came to our table frozen and stayed frozen for quite a long time, you would expect better service/ preparation when you order the most expensive set the restaurant can offer, and my set beef was all not completely defrozed except for the short ribs! And then, regardless of what we ordered, I would expect at least any kind of raw meat should never be frozen, this should be the standard of any restaurant that serves raw meat, isn't it?

Lastly, when we asked, they only offered sesame ice cream, were we asking for too much when we wanted to choose the flavour we want to eat?

No wonder how fancy the place could be, and even if you could offer the greatest rank and quality of beef ever, it means nothing if your service and your kitchen staff couldn't step up to do the most basic jobs they are supposed to do. This dinner wasn't worth our money, having Saga beef alone wouldn't cut it, your staff had made all the nice wagyu lower in value because they don't know how to properly prepare them and how to properly serve their customers. We won't be returning.

不過, 由前菜一路至燒烤用的肉都有好多未完全解凍就給我們嘅情況. 作為一家燒肉餐廳, 你最基本要做的事不就是要把肉好好解凍後提供給客人嗎? 而我們叫的是全店最貴的餐, 而餐中最重要的燒烤肉除牛小排外, 上桌時全部都是未解凍, 硬硬的.

而且,到最後, 要點甜品雪糕時, manager 話冇得揀, 只比芝麻 .....

這是什麼服務? 係, 加了一過900蚊係唔算太多, 但都不是一個小數目. 你比嘅嘢份量少, 準備得差不特止, 服務仲要如此, 我唔知點解咁嘅服務同食物質素可以值900蚊. 你有佐賀牛又如何, 你做嘅嘢令到你D和牛完全不值此價. 我想不到有任何理由再回來.

今日去左呢間食lunch. 點了牛舌、牛肋肉燒。牛肋是配橘子汁,偏咸,不需要再點醬料,但無咩橘子味。牛舌,彈牙爽口,很鮮味。另外加了個烏冬,蕃茄牛肋烏冬和三文魚牛油果加州卷。蕃茄湯烏冬,湯底濃厚而不酸,牛肋調味較燒物的汁好,而且燜到好軟滑。加州卷,就嘛嘛地。最後加了個黑芝麻雪糕和抹茶雪糕。香味濃郁,但可惜係冰水而不是牛奶底,越食越涷、水溶了亦把香味混淡了。PS. 佢地會換爐,感覺衛生,而且待應多,好nice. 不過好大風好涷。價錢偏貴,但物有所值。想慳錢就食唔飽~

星期六的下午,來到這間期待已久終於有時間黎食既燒肉店,吸引我之處是假期都有午市,還要低至$55。太吸引了吧!!!店內只有幾枱客人,我們兩人被安排坐在寬闊的四人卡位,很寧靜,這個舒服的環境令我們大嘆舒服!!沒有跑來跑去的侍應;沒有站在你身旁暗示你快點餐的侍應;沒有入坐便要求只可坐一小時,我們可以慢慢選食物,靜靜地談天,太喜歡了我們點了最便宜的三式烤肉定食,包括豬肉、牛肉和雞肉;一小碟前菜;麵豉湯;一大碗珍珠米白飯和木桶雪糕。看上去比較韓式的,而份量很多,很豐富的。燒完肉還充滿肉汁,牛肉最好味,雞肉比較淡,我加了黑椒粒一起燒,好正,好香!!!而另外提供的燒汁和青檸汁比較少用,因為已經好夠味了,這碟燒肉竟可以令我這個不愛吃白飯的人把一大碗吃得清光,男朋友也嘆為觀止!!其實是不知不覺間食晒,真是送飯一流!!!******************************最後送上紅豆雪糕,放在小小的木桶更添感覺。雪糕濃滑的紅豆味令燒肉的油膩感除掉了。

看上去比較韓式的,而份量很多,很豐富的。
燒完肉還充滿肉汁,牛肉最好味,雞肉比較淡,我加了黑椒粒一起燒,好正,好香!!!

鰻魚表面汁醬鮮甜,魚肉就略嫌過份淋身,也不夠香,相對個石頭飯做得不錯,有微微焦香,更值得一讚的是店長見我們有二人前的壽喜燒未食,特以知會待應將這鰻魚石頭飯留後再上,好使我們整個晚餐得以完美配合,這份細心是要真正用心做才會出現的。餐後的甜品是芝麻雪糕,這個就真是非常普通了,芝麻味也不濃。

Lunch冇咩打算搭車去尖沙咀之後流連一輪,邊行邊打算諗起之前經過燒肉牛蔵見到午市有燒三式肉既優惠,趁未係放飯peak hour就衝上去食入到餐廳,睇過menu,諗過度過好多菜式都有優惠,腦海閃過豬軟骨飯、三式燒肉、厚燒牛舌……燒肉店唔燒肉又好似有d無謂又唔想燒三式肉(牛、雞及豬)中既豬肉(好麻煩又要全熟,同埋我又唔係好中意食豬肉)好!定案!「唔該我想要牛小排套餐:^)。」這就是我。通常最後既決定係冇列入考慮list既項目XDDD牛小排套餐一直上菜都好快手,前菜、魚生、味噌汁……魚生其實普通,我覺得三文魚唔錯,油花白間均勻,食落新鮮富油香一切相安無事……直至睇到牛小排,我不禁有點中伏既感覺……一夾起,雪到兩塊少少痴埋:^|……唉!唔驚!事到如今……物不可貌相,要試過先知我將那一片輕薄如紙張,硬繃如木板既牛小排拋到燒網上它靜靜地躺在熱床上……一秒、兩秒、三秒,才開始發生呼叫終於到左品嚐既一刻,試左原味--最純淨最自然既牛味先肉香味濃,油脂肉汁輕輕流躺於舌尖,可惜點點美味轉眼消逝牛小排既肉質尚算細膩,但我……都係去番牛角算了飯後甜品係極小球既芝麻雪糕算啦!為健康,食少d糖啦!

一直上菜都好快手,前菜、魚生、味噌汁……
魚生其實普通,我覺得三文魚唔錯,油花白間均勻,食落新鮮富油香
一切相安無事……直至睇到牛小排,我不禁有點中伏既感覺……
一夾起,雪到兩塊少少痴埋:^|
……唉!唔驚!事到如今……物不可貌相,要試過先知
我將那一片輕薄如紙張,硬繃如木板既牛小排拋到燒網上
它靜靜地躺在熱床上……一秒、兩秒、三秒,才開始發生呼叫
終於到左品嚐既一刻,試左原味--最純淨最自然既牛味先
肉香味濃,油脂肉汁輕輕流躺於舌尖,可惜點點美味轉眼消逝
牛小排既肉質尚算細膩,但我……都係去番牛角算了
