味道的確係肉味濃厚嘅牛扒。。我地叫嘅7成,面頭少少焦香,內裡肉汁慢慢喺口中滲出黎。。喺已經咁飽嘅情況之下,依然覺得好好食嘅一塊扒,証明的確係唔錯

香脆豬仔肶配蜜糖芥茉汁
豬仔肶係烤出黎嘅,超香口。。肉質係介乎半肥而偏瘦,食落夠林,而且鬆化嘅感覺!

重要一提,喺拎餐湯旁邊有一個毫不起眼嘅白色餐包,呢個小麵包真係鬆軟而有𡁻口!好味到我食左3個。。可惜太好食忘記左影相比大家睇
不過亦因為咁,已經飽晒,最後只食到兩款主菜。遺憾😭😭😭
不過令人難忘嘅係,餐廳旁邊有個露台位,如果天氣再涼少少不妨坐露台,黎個露天晚餐,感覺應該會再有情調一點,好正!❤️
(亦好適合會食煙嘅朋友仔,食到咁上下出去呼吸)

突然想吃生豪同長腳蟹,但臨時找不到飯腳,最終一個人去吃精品buffet....即胃就得一個,垃圾野唔吃,見open rice d comments 唔錯,上次試過lunch buffet 也不錯,$300即管試下,真係冇令我失望,雖然限時90mins,但對我來說,足夠有餘,因為目標為本,全部snack and starter, pasta & risotto 同main course 、飲品任叫,白酒任飲另加$70⋯⋯蠔比蟹腳出色,屬於肥美類,新鮮乾淨,蟹腳瘦咗D但仍算新鮮,我各吃了4隻,再黎燒鴨胸、白酒蜆同火腿忌廉球,蜆差D,其他不錯,甜品不多,但留意mini 鮮忌廉卷,好好好味,我上次lunch一次吃了7個,今次只吃了3個,仍然覺得好好味!生意難做,以這價錢計,這間位於hart Ave 的wonderland too已算很不錯!大家可以試下

雖然多數都係大路正常野~款式唔多~但尖咀呢個地帶呢個價錢真係抵到爛~希望佢唔好咁快加價啦XD
Other Info. : 堅要讚下呢到啲服務生~真係四星級服務!不但比一般餐廳多服務生~仲要個個都好有禮咁先難得~例如輕輕撞到我個手肘~其實我都無意都會即刻講唔好意思~見我跌咗叉又即刻拎新俾我~Good ar!!

今日去左呢間任食蠔既放題餐廳網上睇食評幾乎一面正評所有本身都有一定既期望唔知架lift係咪壞左搞到我地行左5層樓梯。岩岩入座 面積唔大燈光有啲暗 嘗試做到浪漫感覺但同網上講到好多野食有啲出入有任食salad bar dessert bar 頭盤不過黎黎去去都係個幾款我地一行二人坐低左先叫左個任食牛扒同燴飯叫左5成熟但好似cooked twice 10成熟咁飯既份量一般 味道唔係特別正宗我地又叫左個雞鴨豬雞既味道怪怪的(可能係我地食唔慣)鴨同豬硬到食唔到正常既係carbonara我地最想食既蠔 每次係bar只會refill大約10隻但全場20幾桌點會夠分 次次都好似去搶咁小弟尚叫跑得快 都食得8 9隻有啲直情灰到叫waiter叫一盤佢蠔既味道總算尚可 size一般如果講係主打蠔既餐廳黎講實屬麻麻不過咁既價錢算係不差 服務都係幾好不過大家真係唔好抱太大期望

所有本身都有一定既期望
唔知架lift係咪壞左
搞到我地行左5層樓梯。
岩岩入座 面積唔大
燈光有啲暗 嘗試做到浪漫感覺
但同網上講到好多野食有啲出入
有任食salad bar dessert bar 頭盤
不過黎黎去去都係個幾款
我地一行二人坐低左
先叫左個任食牛扒同燴飯
叫左5成熟但好似cooked twice 10成熟咁
飯既份量一般 味道唔係特別正宗
我地又叫左個雞鴨豬
雞既味道怪怪的(可能係我地食唔慣)
鴨同豬硬到食唔到
正常既係carbonara
我地最想食既蠔 每次係bar只會refill大約10隻
但全場20幾桌點會夠分 次次都好似去搶咁
小弟尚叫跑得快 都食得8 9隻
有啲直情灰到叫waiter叫一盤佢
蠔既味道總算尚可 size一般
如果講係主打蠔既餐廳黎講實屬麻麻
不過咁既價錢算係不差 服務都係幾好
不過大家真係唔好抱太大期望

前幾天好友告訴Si尖沙咀有一家有生蠔任食的餐廳,Si當然極速去調查是哪家啦!原來是位於赫德道的Wonderland Too!正在做一個晚市自助餐,時段為晚上六時至十一時,限時九十分鐘內任食生蠔、頭盤、海鮮、甜品、主菜及飲品!價錢只是二百多元!Si就抱著一試無妨的心態試試啦!餐廳環境一般,不算太大,燈光比較暗。餐牌上亦有清楚列明收費,Si和好友就加了八十元任飲白酒,雖然是house wine但都不難入口。主菜都是任食的,Si點了香蒜橄欖油野菌意粉、黑松露野菌意大利飯、西班牙豬肉串標和炭燒雞扒。海鮮控Si當然立即去看看出面的海鮮bar啦!有青口、螺、蟹腳、蝦和生蠔!看起來都滿新鮮的!有沙律bar。也有頭盤,煙三文魚、火腿、salami等等。還有甜品,果撻、tiramisu、puff等等。這是Si點的主菜,Si覺得份量剛剛好不會太多,大概是平時份量的一半吧!雞扒比較普通,豬肉串香口,意粉不錯不過好友覺得淡了點,意大利飯軟硬適中,黑松露味很香。Si合共吃了九隻生蠔呢!還吃了少許頭盤,好像米紙卷那款麻麻,中間的蔬菜餡料很硬(汗)甜點普通,沒什麼驚喜。其實Si還可以吃多幾隻生蠔呢,不過店員refi

這是Si點的主菜,
Si覺得份量剛剛好不會太多,
大概是平時份量的一半吧!
雞扒比較普通,豬肉串香口,
意粉不錯不過好友覺得淡了點,
意大利飯軟硬適中,黑松露味很香。

Si合共吃了九隻生蠔呢!
還吃了少許頭盤,
好像米紙卷那款麻麻,
中間的蔬菜餡料很硬(汗)

甜點普通,沒什麼驚喜。

其實Si還可以吃多幾隻生蠔呢,
不過店員refill 食物的速度有點慢,
而每次都只補十隻左右,
Si實在不好意思拿太多啦!

總括而言,
雖然自助款式份量不算多,
不過主菜可以任食,
加八十元還可以任飲酒,
以三百多元任吃生蠔加白酒都很划算啦!
不過限時九十分鐘喔!
要邊吃邊談天的就不算是一個好地方了!

除了羊架有點燒焦味, 鮑魚雞湯有點平凡,Tiramesù 中間心還有冰塊之外, 整體都尚算ok!不得不讚就是柚子三文魚沙拉...味道非常到位,龍蝦汁意大利飯亦有非常濃郁龍蝦味又不會太膩, Tiramesù 用特濃咖啡浸住上枱很香很有特色(如果完全溶雪的話就很好了)!不過勝在有露臺座位,空間感一流。

不得不讚就是柚子三文魚沙拉...味道非常到位,龍蝦汁意大利飯亦有非常濃郁龍蝦味又不會太膩, Tiramesù 用特濃咖啡浸住上枱很香很有特色(如果完全溶雪的話就很好了)!
不過勝在有露臺座位,空間感一流。

這個濃口味的一層先給肚子空空的你來個熱身,先行給你的胃踏實的感覺。黑松露薯蓉酥(Black Truffle Mash Potato in Filo Pastry)是在一層薄薄的脆酥皮下包裹著混和了黑松露的薯蓉,口感香脆。西班牙火腿忌廉球(Spanish Teruel Ham with Cream Ball)賣相很美,在忌廉球上有一小片西班牙火腿,放在湯匙上,方便用家一口品嚐。

分別有煙三文魚班戟卷及烤帶子牛油果泡芙。煙三文魚班戟卷(Smoked Salmon Pancake Roll)的班戟彈牙,可惜蛋香未夠濃,但煙三文魚配上魚子醬,也為味道扳回不少分數。烤帶子牛油果泡芙(Roasted Scallop with Avocado in puff Pastry)把新鮮帶子烤得半熟,天然的海水味加上牛油果醬也是不錯的配搭。

We started off with ordering a set dinner for two, spaghetti aglio olio, french fries with honey mustard and black truffle mashed potato. The soup came, it was delicious! We started off with ordering a set dinner for two, spaghetti aglio olio, french fries with honey mustard and black truffle mashed potato. The soup came, it was delicious! We had to satisfy our curiosity by asking our server who was nice enough to tell us it was Scallop and Cheddar Soup. Did i mention it was delicious? 

The Spaghetti Aglio Olio came next. Well peppered with slightly seared garlic slices and herbs, fragrant and the spaghetti just nicely done, al dente. 

The Spring Chicken was warm, slightly crispy skin, juices locked inside the freshly roasted bird. Once again, our server, great attention to detail, sliced it up into manageable pieces. It was so delish I used my fingers to lick the bones clean. So unladylike, I know! And was promptly brought a piece of wet tissue to wipe my fingers. Whoa! 

The finale was a really amazing Creme Brulee, just the right texture, the caramelized sugar beautifully done, vanilla seeds bursting forth with flavour and a zest of lemon. Lovely! 
Fantastic service, that alone is more than a 5 star experience. Thank you, Peter for the kind of attention to detail you have for your customers. You really set the bar for customer service!

其後,主菜未見其形已聞其香,黑松露的香味已經將我地的注意力完全轉移,二話不說由鴨肝即時轉戰天使麵,個人對麵類食品軟硬度極有要求,如果麵質太軟,即使味道絕頂都會大打折扣,而天使麵由於麵身非常幼,如要維持al dente質感是極考功夫的,而當晚的黑松露天使麵是絕對沒有令我們失望的。另一道主菜,rib eye steak,五成,不知道是否之前的前菜及天使麵太過出色,rib eye就顯得非常一般了,不是不好,只是,珠玉在前嘛!

最後,當然少不了甜品作為結尾,order creme brulee及 Tiramisu,極力推介Wonderland Too的Tiramisu,其做法與坊間的完全不同,Tiramisu質感猶如sorbet同雪糕的混合體,非常出色。

埋單兩個人加埋$800,食物+環境+服務都很好,唯一是那個開瓶費(好像是$230一枝)真的是有點兒太貴了。

真的要再來,希望不是一年之後吧!
