蟹黃鮮肉生煎包賣相不錯,外面煎得脆脆地。味道一般般,偏鹹,比較油膩。擔擔水餃(不辣)賣相一般但是味道不錯,餃子皮厚,湯底是麻油花生擔擔麵湯底。三鮮年糕賣相普通,味道一般,用的年糕口感不是很好,總體上還過得去,但是比較以前在王家沙吃的好像退步了好多。蔥油雞其實是普通的炸子雞配一碟蔥油醬,賣相沒有什麼特別,但雞皮不夠脆,雞肉也沒有什麼味道,一定要點醬食,但是醬汁很普通。最後叫了個388元的大烏參,賣相只能用慘不忍睹來形容,成碟嘢都是啡色,麵粉多到得人驚,整到同炒牛肉差不多,完全看不出是海參,實在是非常獨特的做法。味道鹹鹹地,麵粉實在太多,口感頗差,食不出是海參,有點浸得唔夠耐的感覺,實在是令人失望 continue reading

Elements的王家沙是平时想不出晚饭去处时的常规选择之一,工作日的晚上基本没有人排队,walk in即可。整体质素不错,地道程度在上海餐馆中也能算是中等偏上。有几道菜式让我百吃不厌,值得力荐。酱排骨年糕是我的最爱,这大概称得上我在香港吃过的最地道、最美味的排骨年糕,浓油赤酱的味道恰到好处,年糕软糯,小排入味,缀以青葱几粒,色香味俱全,经常是火速扫完一盘之后意犹未尽地encore第二盘。甜粢饭做得也不错,胜在小巧精致、不易吃腻,最完美的吃法是就着热豆浆小口小口地品尝,顿时幸福指数飙升,home sick能缓解大半。其他值得一试的有熏鱼或排骨菜饭、蟹壳黄、糟溜鱼片,还有秋冬季时令的蟹粉拌面。辣味的菜式做得很一般,个人不太爱这种既不够川又不够沪的味道。 正如上海的王家沙以点心闻名,这家店的亮点也在于上海特色的主食和点心。 continue reading
