辣酒煮花螺,花螺浸得好腍而富彈性,辣酒汁已完全滲透每個細胞,非常濃郁甜美。但我不太喜歡依個麻辣汁,稀到水汪汪,味道較為單調,只有辣同花椒味,好齋好寡。酒味好濃好霸道,特別之處係加左豬皮索汁,我煮既辣酒煮花螺比東寶更好食﹗

墨魚汁鮮魷意粉,朋友仔覺得味道淡,但我就覺得味道偏咸及單調,有點悶。地道港式烹調,不過我地同樣感到欠缺左墨魚汁應有既鮮甜味道。意粉腍劈劈,鮮魷就非常新鮮爽脆喇﹗有特色又有趣既,放依味道要求,一試無妨。

碳燒盲曹,侍應阿姐推介。最衰剛才食左碗牛腩麵打底,依家飽到想嘔添,食物好有品質,我仲想繼續食呀!

好少食盲曹,真的奀戈認識。一上檯已聞到勁香檸檬草同香茅味道,配埋個青檸糖醋汁,真係好鬼泰國、好鬼印尼 feel ﹗

外皮燒得金黃香脆,真係燒得好靚。掀開塊皮第一眼睇到係魚肉濕潤,肉汁非常豐富。即刻試試味,魚味香濃又多汁,好好食﹗

點汁帶酸開胃醒腦,唔點汁原味更好味!回想以前係泰國或印尼食燒魚,燒到黑晒又乾爭爭又無味道,非常難食。

椒鹽醉蝦大辣,好食到拍手掌!炸得好香,香氣撲鼻﹗味道不算好辣,玫瑰露既酒味非常香濃但清爽帶甜,蝦肉鮮甜,殼又炸得透徹脆脆的,連殼完隻啪落口,好味到不得了,十分喜歡,好好味呀 ﹗

今晚來到東寶食飯,諗住開心食好嘢,點知俾東寶某人(疑似老細)鬧,態度極之惡劣。送錯了食物,但我們不為意,食了兩舊,卻話我係唔係第一次做人,咁都唔識分。我極之火滾,我倆同佢嘈,佢就用粗口鬧我哋,之後另外一伙記來到和解,那位態度惡劣的人走開。今時今日的服務態度點可以咁差,我都未有投訴,但反而俾餐廳啲人鬧,我和太太都食得非常不開心。老實講,啲餸又唔係好食,胡椒豬肚湯得嗰辣字,最貴的泰國奶油蟹,味道一般。我和太太都決定不會再來東寶食飯。

基本上真係幾岀式,味道一流。環境乾淨。係略厭味精重手咗啲啲。但一定會再嚟!We have ordered 黃金蝦、墨魚汁墨魚麵、蘇炸一口牛及冷盤牛舌。basically, everything is good. 好有鑊氣. Prawn is extremely fresh. Price of the food is slightly expensive but I do think it worths. Service is good. The waiters are kind and helpful. We got there at 6pm so there's still quite a lot of tables.

一早就聽過東寶booking好full, 原來都唔係, 平日去食都有好多位, 基本上全層都係佢既去到就叫左個胡椒豬肚湯同雞煲夠辣但唔夠咸菜味 好多芽菜仔 不過豬肚就唔多夠料 豬腸就好多 呢個雞煲特別在有雞同田雞, 田雞好咬口又滑好好味 上枱個時仲咋咋聲好夠鑊氣之後就食薑蔥魚雲煲薑蔥炒得好香 未上枱已經飄來香味 外酥內滑 豐富既魚脂流緊出黎 真係過我如何抵住引誘 減肥遲d先算啦之後就梗係加返支啤酒助興啦戰鬧碗! 氣氛果然係正既!佐酒小食椒鹽九肚魚! 炸漿好薄 魚又肥美足料 炸好之後香酥得黎完全唔油膩! 正丫!p.s. 鍋氣真係好過大酒家多多聲 份量同價錢相稱 夥計仲好好服務會幫你清理枱上既垃圾

全部門嘅同時都需要加班,咁無辦法喇,我地成班人都落咗班之後去食下宵夜喇,當然系放鬆下咁咯,就近去咗東寶小館度,哩個鐘數都唔多人嘅。黃金蝦都幾好食下,不過總體上都還可以,黃金蝦成碟咁多,味道足,不過我就唔鐘意落手咯。仲有個炒飯,我覺得條名好好笑,炒飯裡面有菜、叉燒等等,蒜蓉味道勁香,推薦俾各位同事。成碟炒飯咁多,我地幾個人大家一人分咗啲之後,仲有得剩喔。辣酒煮花螺,花螺其實係好打腥味嘅,而且真系好驚咯,不過見大家都贊成咁就無符喇,點知上臺之後食得最多嘅居然系我,首先系一啲都感覺唔到腥味,花螺每一個都好大只,螺肉好肥美。

近幾年已經沒有來東寶小館,今日朋友邀約食飯,只好再來。(因為環境實在太吵雜)如喜歡熱鬧的人,這裡氣氛一定很滿意這裡飲啤酒,一定是用碗,此碗還叫「戰鬥碗」,所以大家都順道啤啤佢。菜式都係叫左例牌招牌菜最後整體都很好,價錢就比一般大排檔有點貴,但香港風味的好食的大排檔已經不多了。值得一讚就係服務員,每個人都在忙,但服務態度仍然很好

如喜歡熱鬧的人,這裡氣氛一定很滿意


這裡飲啤酒,一定是用碗,此碗還叫「戰鬥碗」,所以大家都順道啤啤佢。菜式都係叫左例牌招牌菜

最後整體都很好,價錢就比一般大排檔有點貴,但香港風味的好食的大排檔已經不多了。

值得一讚就係服務員,每個人都在忙,但服務態度仍然很好

朋友生日 想食大排檔 未食過東寶 但起碼有三個朋友話 食大排檔一定要食東寶東寶位於渣華道街市2樓 2樓有唔少食市 東寶係中間 朋友訂左位 730pm訂位時講明 遲到5分鐘就唔留枱 所以我地都唔敢遲到一去到就有位一去到 已經人山人海泰國人奶油炒雜菜 。朋友覺得幾得意叫黎試試 個咖哩好香 奶油味好香 但唔會太膩 仲有埋麵包多士俾你tim荷葉蒸花甲 。其實荷葉味唔突出 但係花甲本身鮮就好好味喇 荷葉將花甲鮮味留番係入面 南乳炸豬手。鍾意食軟軟既豬手既朋友 會覺得佢炸得太乾 冇左咬筋既口感 但佢個南乳醬唔錯!好香 同豬手好夾風沙雞 。大部分大排檔都必有既 雞都算滑 蠔餅。又係大排檔必叫既食物 蠔唔算多 但煎得夠脆炸大腸 建議你同菠蘿一齊食 減低油膩感覺 出奇地夾2樓有好多食店 當晚係星期五 成個2樓都人頭湧湧 好有大排檔風味

外出食飯已經是家常事,大排檔風味是最接近家常菜的味道! 近日天氣高達三十幾度,當然唔會選擇舊式露天大排檔啦“選擇北角這間有冷氣開放及名氣的“東寶“..位於渣華道市政三樓,上到去已經見在外有人在等候入座,當中亦不乏外籍人士! 其實都有分別幾檔食肆,但等候的人都是為東寶而來的,我們兩位等候入座,很快已就座,兩人叫了三款菜式!(豉汁 蒸白鱔配粉絲底$198)白鱔夠厚肉,若然豉汁味再濃些少會更惹味,粉絲亦吸收哂所有豉汁味,沒有一點剩餘!;很久沒有食過蒸鱔了。。味蕾滿足了!(菠蘿咕嚕肉)特別之處分兩碟上?原來肉與醬汁分開上。。是選擇自行沾醬或撈在一起!咕嚕肉炸粉不厚,酸甜適中,在炎炎夏日下這道菜令我胃口有所提升,加上菠蘿很juicy,我跟他很快便ko這道菜式。最後一道就是經常都吃到(沙嗲金菇肥牛粉絲煲),好采這是最後上的一道菜,確實比較遜色。。它的辣度完完全全蓋過了 原有沙嗲的味道,最基本簡單的,反而失望! 始終這間店已經出名了,很多人會聞風而至來品嘗這港式大排檔風味,因些價格相應高一點,但是可接受的!而且環境乾淨衛生,座位之間不會很逼夾,沒有舊式大排檔很嘈吵的感覺,兩個人用餐時亦可以正常傾談!

1)Rude manner of receptionist:👎We were reading the menu given by one of staff while waiting for the table at the entrance. The receptionist took away the menu from us and said that we were not allowed to take it .2) Food Quality:👎We ordered for "Shrimp with Curry"at the market price . FRIENDLY REMINDER:
1) They will treat you as a tourist by giving you the wrong bill and the wrong type of food you ordered
2) The atmosphere is very noisy
3) I won't come back again. No surprise to food quality at 5% service charge.

東寶名物之一的墨汁鮮魷 底下有意粉墊底 意粉口感是平常港式的那種 鮮魷新鮮厚肉 而墨汁是有鮮味的 不像一些地方只有顏色沒有味道


還點了椒鹽九肚魚 但很一般 所以不多說了 
最後還有足料蕃薯糖水送!

成年無去東寶吃,今晚想吃大牌檔風味,就去北角東寶,8點上到去排隊等位,細枱爆哂,唯有搭枱吧!一坐下來,伙記說很多招牌菜已沽清,最後叫了燒白鱔、咕嚕肉、青瓜白爪魚、梅菜蒸茄子及豉油皇炒麵。等了十多分鐘才上梅菜蒸茄子,其實呢個是冷盤,應該一早煮好冷凍,唔明點解等咁耐!梅菜是甜梅菜但不野味,茄子全去皮,整體上味道偏淡。跟著上豉油皇炒麵,睇碟底沒有多餘油份,炒得乾身,有芽菜、蔥及洋蔥同炒,再灑上芝麻幾香口。主菜的燒鱔賣相麻麻,好錯入口尚算有少少彈牙,味道則是平常燒鰻魚汁味道,尚算合格之上;不過 $180 得手掌咁長,貴過酒樓呢!另外的咕嚕肉配以大量鮮菠蘿但太酸,至於咕嚕肉,每粒都炸得脆脆無骨,但略偏酸,平時咕嚕肉多配罐頭菠蘿令味道不至太酸。最後上的是另一個冷盤青瓜白爪魚,呢個沙律醬撈了 wasabi,配無味青瓜條就變得清新,但吃得多時,辡味就慢慢滲出來,至於白爪魚則夠淋身,成晚除了豉油皇炒麵,呢個冷盤味道叫做滿意。2個人除了以上食物,飲了一支大啤酒及一支細可樂,埋單是 $573。大牌檔來說是貴假了!
