終於有機會一試人氣飯店東寶喇,堅係呼聲高而中外知名囉,認真誇張。席間都不乏不同國籍人仕,眼見都有中西日韓印食客。係灣仔傾完裝修大計後順路可以一探究竟,步入東寶人山人海、坐無虛席,好采兩個人好快有位啫。睇個 menu 真係非常多菜色,中西港日台泰樣榚有,第一次黎唔知食咩好,請教侍應阿姐先得。近年坊間好似興起此種戰鬥碗喎,哈哈 ﹗最初飲左兩支細健力士,發覺唔多夠喉,開始要轉飲朝日大啤,最後食到勁飽仲要飲埋啤酒,飽到想噴囉,勁辛苦。風砂雞半隻,其實係炸子雞鋪上炸蒜之麻,有點取巧。淺嚐一口,竟然皮香肉嫩,外皮炸得乾身,雞肉非常嫩滑帶肉汁。只係雞胸稍為遜色少少,略為鞋身。雞肉配上淡淡的南乳汁就更添風味,蒜味配南乳虧您諗得到,仲要好味道,您係勁既!多謝侍應阿姐推介,好食﹗辣酒煮花螺,花螺浸得好腍而富彈性,辣酒汁已完全滲透每個細胞,非常濃郁甜美。但我不太喜歡依個麻辣汁,稀到水汪汪,味道較為單調,只有辣同花椒味,好齋好寡。酒味好濃好霸道,特別之處係加左豬皮索汁,我煮既辣酒煮花螺比東寶更好食﹗墨魚汁鮮魷意粉,朋友仔覺得味道淡,但我就覺得味道偏咸及單調,有點悶。地道港式烹調,不過我地同樣感到欠缺左墨魚汁應有既鮮甜味道。意粉腍劈劈,鮮魷就非常新鮮爽脆喇﹗有特色又有趣既,放依味道要求,一試無妨。碳燒盲曹,侍應阿姐推介。最衰剛才食左碗牛腩麵打底,依家飽到想嘔添,食物好有品質,我仲想繼續食呀!好少食盲曹,真的奀戈認識。一上檯已聞到勁香檸檬草同香茅味道,配埋個青檸糖醋汁,真係好鬼泰國、好鬼印尼 feel ﹗外皮燒得金黃香脆,真係燒得好靚。掀開塊皮第一眼睇到係魚肉濕潤,肉汁非常豐富。即刻試試味,魚味香濃又多汁,好好食﹗點汁帶酸開胃醒腦,唔點汁原味更好味!回想以前係泰國或印尼食燒魚,燒到黑晒又乾爭爭又無味道,非常難食。椒鹽醉蝦大辣,好食到拍手掌!炸得好香,香氣撲鼻﹗味道不算好辣,玫瑰露既酒味非常香濃但清爽帶甜,蝦肉鮮甜,殼又炸得透徹脆脆的,連殼完隻啪落口,好味到不得了,十分喜歡,好好味呀 ﹗ continue reading

东宝是开饭的大热门,这次去香港住在将军澳,当然要过嚟一试。晚上八点多从东涌坐地铁来到北角,A2出口出来过马路在渣华道街市的三楼。环境还是挺特别的,非常的大排档,不用等位,但是要孖台。两个人,现金不足,只有三百蚊左右的预选,所以就住点,点了一直想试嘅沙拉骨和蒜片安格斯牛仔粒。过咗15分钟,终于上菜。蒜片安格斯牛仔粒,148蚊,味道不错,很有牛香!沙拉骨,作为食肉兽,我期待已久,肉厚有汁,非常开胃。送饭的菜要送饭,结果白饭都要15蚊一碗,真心觉得太贵。但货真价实,物有所值,确实感觉到对食物的用心。买单275,两个人,在香港来讲不算贵吧。 continue reading

I'm Australian born half Chinese. I come to Hong Kong a few times every decade and I'm always looking for places where the locals go. This is a perfect find for true local market/street food. Good food and quick service, super busy and in a market. Might need to clean the cutlery but that doesn't bother me when the food is more important than the stuff you eat it with. Staff were helpful and beer girl where definitely serving beer with haste, and it is all part of the service. continue reading
