兩個人,點了一份二人B餐:

高力豆沙 - 香蕉及豆沙作內饀,香蕉盡管受熱後有點點酸,但香氣提升了整個組合,畫龍點睛!

要裝修,食物賣相,這裡未能滿足您,但質素絕對比不少大集團或華麗食店好。實際,做好菜色,沒有多餘造作。

Lamb noodle soup - Last time, there was a distinct flavor of lamb in this dish, which is the sole reason I came back. This time, it was very disappoiting as I cannot taste the lamb in this dish at all.  The noodle soup comes with shanghai noodles wtih cabbages and thin slices of lamb in it. The lamb were tasteless while the broth was oily and unflavorful. I had to add some hot sauce to make it more interesting to eat.

Spicy chili oil wontons - skin was hard and thick while I can't taste any flavor inside (no shrimp?). The sauce was more sweet than spicy. Size was too big for my liking as I like to be able to eat my wontons in one bite.

Shanghai soup buns - supposed to be bigger than xiao lung bao. Looks unsightly and shriveled up though. The bottom stuck to the paper, so the soup leaked out as we try to pry the bun off the wrapping. Can't taste the soup at all. The skin was thick and tough while the meat was average and too big in size. I like xiao lung bao better as it's easier to pop one in your mouth.

店員都是有傾有講,很有家庭式經營的味道,已經不是講究服務,是人情味。

是次很晚才吃晚飯~2100廚房好像也要收爐了但店員仍很熱情的招待我們 很好吃湯很甜羊肉味很重怕羶的人應該會不喜歡可是吃羊肉就是要吃羶的嘛~即叫即蒸很多汁體積也不小(較小籠包大多了)總結為很值得支持的小店!

羊肉拉麵湯底濃郁滾熱辣,麵條是自家拉的,羊肉夠羶。但街坊小店的質素不定,有時湯底會淡了一點。另外因為羊拉的湯太搶,建議食左湯飽先,否則會覺得湯飽的上湯淡如水。食完麵行出英皇道,天寒地凍,但有一股暖流湧上心,好正。

係呢區工作,所以平均一星期都有一日黎呢度食飯係比較硬,但係撇除呢樣野,味道都可以獅子頭舊肉會比其他上海菜館細涼瓜比較爽口(可能唔夠熟),但勝在夠苦(本人喜歡冇飛水)滑蛋蝦仁如果用平常午餐角度來看尚可擔擔麵個湯幾足料仲有D特價飯天天新款以為食宧唔夠飽,但係原來都幾夠份量客飯午餐$31包餐飲,豆漿(冷或熱),生渣茶(冷)或菊花雪梨茶(冷)菊花雪梨茶冇乜雪梨味,但係都喜歡天氣最凍個幾日所以餐飲都有熱阿姐招乎幾好,可能見得我地多所以都就更加好傾

再闖濱海街, 今次試湯飽皇客飯套餐,客飯套餐包括: 一碗飯+一碟餸+酸辣湯+飲品一杯我點了:一碗飯 - 不夠熱, 比較硬, 不好吃獅子頭 - 幾好吃, 算是整個餐中最好的部份, 有肉味有咬感酸辣湯 - 材料頗多,有香菇絲、旬絲、蛋絲及肉絲, 筆者喜歡辣, 可是, 這酸辣湯太多胡椒粉, 更沒有酸的味道, 感覺不太好, 過多胡椒是它最大的敗筆山渣茶 - 很有溝水的感覺, 太淡可能我應該試試這裡的飽點, 客飯套餐可能未能試出真正的水準。

我點了:
一碗飯 - 不夠熱, 比較硬, 不好吃
獅子頭 - 幾好吃, 算是整個餐中最好的部份, 有肉味有咬感
酸辣湯 - 材料頗多,有香菇絲、旬絲、蛋絲及肉絲, 筆者喜歡辣, 可是, 這酸辣湯太多胡椒粉, 更沒有酸的味道, 感覺不太好, 過多胡椒是它最大的敗筆
山渣茶 - 很有溝水的感覺, 太淡

比較少在這區吃東西,看見這裏的食評都很正面,家人們對上海菜沒有抗拒,故此也來試試。上海湯飽:與傳統的小籠包差不多,包內盛著豐富的肉汁,真的要小心吃,自己忘了這點,一口咬下去,肉汁四濺,都有點狼狽。火腿津白:四五塊火腿(中式的那款)放在津白上,然後淋上芡汁,津白清甜,火腿略咸,我們因不太欣賞多芡汁,這是美中不足的地方。大鹵麵:有蛋花、木耳、腩肉等,但最欣賞的是麵,扁扁的麵身,煮得剛剛好,有爽的口感,眾人皆讚。雜錦鍋巴:叫這道菜主要是想試鍋巴,有三個選擇,蕃茄蝦仁、酸辣湯和雜錦,最後我們選了雜錦,但因為是很濃的芡汁感覺,所以有點失望,如果是酸辣湯可能會好些。雜錦有蝦仁、雜菜、粟米仔,都算清新,比我們想像的內臟雜會應該會健康些。蒸銀絲卷:不錯,雖然有點飽,但單單吃它,不加上其他餸同吃都很好吃。葱爆牛肉:這是廚師推介,大葱不太多,與牛肉互相配合,牛肉香口和不UN,真的不錯。义子燒餅:一客兩件,然後切開兩半,外表有芝麻,皮薄香脆,再配上葱爆牛肉,冇得頂。蒸素餃:大大隻,一口咬下去,香軟滿足,也是不錯的餃子。菊花雪梨水很清新,感覺叫人舒服,又不太甜。整晚都只有我們這一枱,不知道與週六是否有關,因為

整晚都只有我們這一枱,不知道與週六是否有關,因為在隔鄰的食肆也是甚少客人;店內也沒有電視機,因此我們在十分寧靜的環境下享受我們的晚餐。並且在短短的一小時內,遇著店內不同的員工,在點菜時他們都給予我們不少意見,態度親切,猶如自家人一樣,吃得開心,坐得舒服,足夠矣!

11年1月8日(星期六)中午,是日中午送女友回家,因為還未吃午餐,便來這裡來個速吃午餐。其實之前也來過一次,不過是外賣,而且沒有寫過食評。這趟我們點了羊肉搶湯拉麵、蒸素菜餃和上海湯包。羊肉搶湯拉麵先來,湯底色澤雖濃但味道溫和清淡,麵條幼滑偏腍,最驚喜的是羊肉片,肉味夠濃郁又夠羶味,真的很少地方可以吃到又有羊肉味又羶的羊肉了,差點想叫多一碗;蒸素菜餃的餡料好像是把菠菜、津白和粉絲切碎包進餃內,味道清淡;上海湯包果然是鎮店之寶,皮夠薄卻不易穿,肉汁多且夠鮮味,水準如一!

羊肉搶湯拉麵先來,湯底色澤雖濃但味道溫和清淡,麵條幼滑偏腍,最驚喜的是羊肉片,肉味夠濃郁又夠羶味,真的很少地方可以吃到又有羊肉味又羶的羊肉了,差點想叫多一碗;
