To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次寫食評,點列式啦~簡潔D環境:食物區燈火通明,座位則暗暗的頗有情調。衛生:食客頗自律,經理又勤力執拾,食物夾、容器等都好乾淨。水杯:水杯就系一般茶餐廳的凍飲杯,已經花曬了,舊舊的,比起cafe kool、the market品位差太遠了。餐飲:等左四十五分鐘才來餐飲!!!凍檸茶水準不錯,完全沒有澀味;鐵觀音就系下欄野,一點香味都沒有,同跟大陸團團餐的茶水一樣,苦澀得很。最推薦的食物 生蠔:即開生蠔!頗鮮甜!排一次隊可以拎3只,開蠔的哥哥仔勁辛苦,不斷開,但還是細心地用過濾水沖洗一下,以免有蠔殼。但有香港食客,一個家庭,經常阿媽排隊,中途插入個女;阿女排隊,中途插入個阿媽,十分沒教養。如果個阿媽都系openrice食家,又或睇到呢篇食評的,麻煩反省下!鵝肝多士:即煎的鵝肝配上酸酸甜甜的桃醬,非常美味!可惜塊法包太硬了。心太軟:外層鬆軟,裡面的軟心系黑朱古力,真系會流出來尬!整個味道剛剛好,不會太甜。迷你馬卡龍:細細粒,大概拇指指甲甘大,有好多種口味,放在甜品最上一層,開始仲以為系裝飾品haha~試左熱情果、咖啡味,不太甜,果味、咖啡味濃,細細粒真系試曬八種都不過分芝士與法包:食buffer食飽肚的法包好似好蠢甘,但真系值得留小小肚試下。共有六種芝士,我最鍾意Brie and Taleggio,屬軟芝士,口感綿稠,配上種子法包外脆內軟,好滋味。順帶一提,呢個區域有好多種火腿提供,還有很少見到buffer會提供的肉腸條小食,不咸,幾好食。一般般的食物龍蝦、龍蝦鉗:龍蝦供應快,比起the market的要小一個碼,但只只都沒供應龍蝦膏,真系沒供應,因為只龍蝦本來又膏的,但吾知點解只只D膏都挖左出來,甘孤寒尬~~本來對龍蝦沒有特殊喜好,覺得D肉很韌,但整體而言,D龍蝦蝦肉頗彈牙,新鮮的。而龍蝦鉗D肉竟然比龍蝦肉要先甜!湯:粟米蟹肉羹、蟲草花螺頭燉湯,兩個湯用料足,可惜太鹹!非常差的食物甜品:配合商場藍精靈的主題,十多啤梨藍蘑菇、藍精靈cupcake仔賣相幾Q,但味道、口感超差,街邊不知名的面包舖的蛋糕比這些甜品還好吃。試過甘多間酒店(hotel Icon、洲際、文華、香格里拉、喜來登、成日做團購的君怡、逸東等),從未試過食甘難食的甜品,種類少不在話下,連最普通的芒果布丁都好難吃,落太多魚膠粉,很硬。其他甜品賣相已令人望而生畏。個人認為,酒店的甜品部員工要積極進修了!!壽司:沒什麼選擇,刺身有四款:三文魚、希靈魚、吞拿魚、甜蝦,竟然有甜蝦!!!但臭臭的其他的選擇很少,有迷你魚生飯(成碗飯wow,穩鬼食咩)水果:今次的主題系夏日鮮果,鮮果選擇系多了,但不新鮮,就連當造的西瓜、蜜瓜都系融融爛爛甘,食落口軟軟的,擺明不新鮮;奇異果系青奇異果。大佬啊~既然推得夏日鮮果,用不起日本西瓜,用馬來西亞都好啊,在或者用好D的大陸西瓜啦~青奇異果同金奇異果價錢差小小,但等級就差好遠了。總的來說,不貼題!!!! continue reading

第一次黎到海港城的THREE ON CANTON食BUFFET,因為之前同男友行街經過,見到呢間餐廳就好奇上OPENRICE睇下好唔好食,發覺都幾多好評,襯著端午節假期就黎試下。環境唔算好大,但檯與檯之間空間都算寬敞。食物擺呈L型規劃,有海鮮區、冷盤區、甜品區、粉麵即煮區、熟食區再細分有中式、日式、印度、西式等。由於咁岩我地黎的時候好似做緊蟹宴主題,有龍蝦、毛蟹、長腳蟹腳、加菲蟹等等,咩海鮮類型都有得食。熟食同冷盤都有好多選擇,有烤牛肉、羊架、片皮鴨、鵝肝多士,而且仲有刺身、生蠔、PARMA HAM等等。甜品區款式都勁多元化,有不同種類的蛋糕、Movenpick雪糕、豆腐花、心太軟、窩夫、麵包蛋糕、朱古力噴泉同自製PANACAKE機,多到我都試唔晒。呢度食物種類係非常多,而且大部分質素很高而且平均。一開始,當然先品嚐海鮮啦~~龍蝦跟毛蟹看起來非常肥美,而且一般BUFFET很少會出現毛蟹,而且6月也是毛蟹當季的時候,應該品質也會很好。毛蟹肥美多膏,蟹膏甘香甜美,而且每一口都回甘,口腔那濃濃的蟹膏簡直是揮之不去,大美妙啦~~而且連蟹肉也十分鮮甜有水份,肉質也細滑幼細。龍蝦肉質很彈牙,味道亦十分鮮甜。而且每一隻龍蝦都是爆膏呢~~心心眼~ 他們的生蠔是即叫即開的,不是預先開定,所以品質相當新鮮。當晚供應的生蠔品種是SOMKEY BAY,體型較細,肉質結實且脆口,味道初入口是海水咸味,但之後生蠔的甜味就會衝出來,勁鮮甜。我差不多食了十隻才收手。勁推薦!男友常說我每次食BUFFET都喜歡吃粉麵呢類蝕本野,但我就愛吃嘛~~呢度有即叫即煮的粉麵檔,我點了個銀針粉,質素還不錯,而且超過十五種配料選擇,很豐富~~每次到BUFFET我都看他們有沒有燉湯,因為我真很愛喝BUFFET的湯品。這知蟲草花螺頭排骨湯還蠻好喝,只是味道不算很濃郁,而且湯料有點少。再來是刺身,水準屬於中上,最值得食是甜蝦,是原隻連殼的,味道相當鮮甜,而且還是爆籽的。那個甘甜蝦頭簡直是罪惡的根源,食完都快爆血管~~~最後那PARMA HAM是我食過那麼多間BUFFET質素最高的,因為我偏愛吃了9至13個月的PARMA HAM,味道不會過咸,而且保有水份肉汁,配上蜜瓜一起吃或是單吃也超美味。單是PARMA HAM我也食左三轉~~這間滄海遺珠為什麼我那麼久都沒發現?!還可以由6:30吃到10:00,真的很超值~~絕對值得再來,還未結束呢餐,我地已經諗緊下次幾時再來。 continue reading
