To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友請食飯,  訂了樂雅軒,  油麻地城景國際酒店 一樓的中菜廳. 餐廳地方寬敞,  燈光悠和, 裝修典雅.  糸晚飯聚會好地方.   朋友訂位時, 已預訂套餐   , 每位 $398-.  菜式特別又豐富.  頭盤:   皇軒情四小品:  1 ) 蔥油海蜇燻蹄, 開胃好食.2)  鳳尾蝦多士,  蝦多士夠大件, 炸得金黃色, 很香脆, 蝦膠飽滿豐富, 入口彈牙, 加點醋汁, 更醒胃.3) 黑魚子醬帶子萵筍,  手工菜, 帶子萵筍吃得清甜,  伴上黑魚子醬及杞子, 囗感更好.4)  七味豆腐磚,   炸豆腐外皮炸粉鬆脆, 外脆內軟,  有豆香,  調味非常好. 接著送上  滋補濃湯花膠雞, 養生燉湯, 湯料足, 花膠膠質豐富, 雞肉甜美, 燉湯火喉夠, 味清香, 慢慢品嘗.  桃酥鱈魚球,   鱈魚球肉質優,  煎得十分香口,   配上炸合桃,  香脆可口, 更添美味.   蠔皇花菇扣鮑魚,   鮑魚及花菇燘得入味又軟稔,  用上蠔皇醬汁, 肉汁豐富,  入口更惹味,  伴有嫩綠菜心, 正 !!金枝玉葉炸子雞,   脆皮燒雞伴上川椒葉, 賣相亮麗.   上枱時仍帶溫熱, 金黃色炸皮, 入口香脆,  雞肉也嫩滑鹹香, 好食.手工雲吞百合泡時蔬,     雲吞內有鮮蝦,  配上幼滑菜苗, 吃得清爽健康.芙蓉瑤柱蟹肉炒米粉,  吾油膩, 簡簡單單幾好食.黑糖桂圓紫米露    餐後送自家制甜品.   香滑清甜.  好滿意.食材豐富, 烹調質素有水準,  餐廳地點方便,  價錢合理, 會再來.   continue reading

弟影完相約我食晚飯,忽然又話想吃中菜,於是揀比較就腳的城景酒店樂雅軒. 這間餐廳之前都光顧過吃大閘蟹套餐感覺良好,今次就不吃大閘蟹了試下二人套餐.  樂雅軒座位不多,而且餐廳中央又無擺放座卓,令到空間感好大環境夠晒闊落. 喜歡清靜用餐的朋友這裡是好選擇.二人套餐連同湯和甜品共有九道菜,每位418元.紅白餐酒,啤酒及汽水任飲. 我們點了白酒,只要酒杯飲到半滿,侍應就第一時間斟酒填滿,非常殷勤,服務水平值得攞滿分.首先上場是江南三小碟分別有黑豚肉叉燒,黃金豆腐條和葱油海蜇. 豆腐和海蜇不是巧手菜,味道正常已經可以了. 叉燒肥瘦勻稱, 入口算是軟腍而保留少許咬口,不錯! 醬汁恰可不會搶走原有的豬肉味. 我覺得叉燒水準不下於一些出名的燒味店.原盅花膠螺頭湯,大塊花膠,湯夠清甜.燒汁焗原隻鮮鮑魚,牌面上是套餐的主角. 但我反而覺得是整晚較為失色的一道菜,鮑魚夠彈牙但無乜味道,純粹靠過火特濃的燒汁推起味道,然而這個汁醬與鮑魚格格不入,有種不中不西的感覺.天白菇扒鵝掌~鵝掌夠腍炆得入味. 覺得鮑魚和鵝掌一起炆,用鮑汁推味會比現在分開兩個菜效果好.三層片皮雞~其實即是兩片燒雞. 皮脆,肉不咸不鞋. 香口食物當然好食,但無甚特別之處.鐵板煎白鱈魚~套餐中最喜歡的一道. 外表酥脆,肉質嫩滑而帶有甜美細膩的鱈魚味. 非常好吃.菜遠蝦球煎麵~大大隻蝦爽口彈牙,味道則較淡. 麵夠脆夠鑊氣. 有營紫薯包~煙靭的外皮,包著香滑清甜的紫薯蓉. 算是一道不錯的甜包點心.季節滋潤糖水-紫薯糖水, 一匙羹糖水再吃一口紫薯塊,非常滋味.樂雅軒二人套餐的九款菜式有高有低,就算最差的都值合格水平,無一道菜特別差. 以價錢來說是略高,然而環境和服務則不是一般酒樓能相比. 所以今餐整體評分在3至4星間,我都給予笑的總評,望給員工一點點鼓勵. 日後如有機會都有興趣品嘗下其他的菜式. continue reading

樂雅軒食記來喇!🍽️ 呢間喺城景國際嘅餐廳,環境靚靚,幾適合friend聚會。今次試咗佢哋嘅 ,真係一個字—正!先講講頭盤情四小品啦,有蔥油海蜇燻蹄,呢啲味道清新得嚟有股燻香味,醒胃又開胃。再講下鳳尾蝦多士,炸得啱啱好,夠香口,又唔會太油,蝦肉啖啖肉,好食到停唔到口啊!🍤個滋補濃湯花膠雞,溫暖哋咁滑入喉,感覺啲花膠同雞肉都燉到夠曬時間,又腍得滋味,好飲!桃酥鱈魚球呢個菜,我可以講你知係crispy啲啲,魚肉鬆化嘅,咬落去口感好豐富,啱晒愛嚼勁啲嘅食客。然後到菇扣鮑魚,講真啊,啲菇嘅鮮味同鮑魚啲鮮香真係好夾,料足味靚,鑊氣十足,叫我唔愛都難!🐚去到呢度,我已經有少少攰,但係一見到個炸子雞就精神番晒,皮脆肉嫩,啲川椒葉仲有嗰陣特別香,一試難忘。飯局總會有個食得清爽嘅菜,手工雲吞百合泡時蔬就做到啩嘅效果,鮮蝦雲吞超正,簡簡單單但就係好味!🥟最後個甜品黑糖桂圓紫米露就為今次嘅餐點一個完美嘅註解,甜而不膩,滑中帶糯,一流!總體嚟講,樂雅軒為呢次聚會增色唔少,食物好味,地方正,定必再嚟!🥂 continue reading

走入茶餐廳,濃濃的茶香夾雜住炒菜的鍋巴聲,嘩,立即食指大動。我點咗份豉油皇炒麵,疑,係咪太普通?但料理嘅師傅將佢變成平凡中嘅不凡。麵條跳過廚師嘅鍋仔,帶住輕微嘅焦香,但又保持住Q彈嘅口感,高手!配料有青菜、豬肉絲,簡單得黎又正!蒜香飄散嚟,係禁食,唔覺意滿嘴都開始流住口水。 另外,我仲試咗個脆皮炸雞,酥脆嘅外皮同香嫩多汁嘅雞肉,啖啖肉,真係爽口得滯,點住輕微帶甜嘅檸檬汁,酸酸地提升咗雞肉嘅滋味,真係一流!飲品方面,我揀咗杯凍檸茶,檸檬片浮喺清澈嘅茶水面,入口嘅鮮甜與茶嘅苦澀完美融合,消暑提神,清新過癮。個餐完結,心情好似都同呢份小食一齊high咗起嚟。下次又要嚟試下佢哋嘅牛腩撈面喇!🍜🍗🍋 continue reading

朋友請食生日飯,突然想食點心放題,上網搵吓!搜尋了酒麻地Cityview的樂雅軒,$298.00 一位,有9折優惠。兩小時用餐。見價錢都算唔貴,又方便我餐後去探親人,所以決定一試。到了當日,取位後坐底還未點餐,經理非常細心,叫我們叫住幾樣,食吓,傾吓再Order,咁樣慢慢食好d!我們跟著指示,唔覺都叫咗好多樣,可能慢慢食,食得唔覺好飽,但覺滿足,樣樣食物唔錯,環境算好的,見我們食了點心,吉碟又收得快,加熱水又快,我們見Order豬腳薑幾耐,問吓經理,他又好有禮貌回復又去跟進,今次選擇是對的,我會再去的,希望會保持水準啦! continue reading
