最近發現這酒家快結速了,這晚帶娘娘來懷舊一下 ...“頭抽薑蔥魚腩”,它沾了一層薄薄的脆漿走過油,還有不少蔥,也算香口,但不夠鹹,不知道頭抽去了那兒,幸好我們也點了生蠔,用生蠔的淮鹽沾一下,鮮味馬上提升不少,不過除了真魚腩外,魚背脊佔了大半,勁多骨刺,要不斷的在“吐”,吃得不過夠癮!“酥炸生蠔”像樣,雖然不算大隻,味道、口感還可以,只是脆漿普通了點兒,整個菜合格。“豆豉蝦”,蝦還是新鮮的,底味也不錯,不過走油時略厭炸得不夠透,蝦殼未夠脆,於是那些沒有修過的蝦頭蝦尾就很影響口感,一不小心嘴巴會遭殃! continue reading

𝒞𝒽𝒾𝓃𝑒𝓈𝑒 𝑅𝑒𝓈𝓉𝒶𝓊𝓇𝒶𝓃𝓉 𝒾𝓃 𝒦𝑜𝓌𝓁𝑜𝑜𝓃 𝐵𝒶𝓎好耐冇黎食呢間,一入去就係舊式茶樓既格局,仲見到有個紅色𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥 有個好大既"囍"字,佢既擺枱比較密,不過好在枱與枱之間都有坐地既隔版,反而感覺多左少少𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘷𝘢𝘤𝘺。🌟奶皇馬拉糕次次黎都必點 "黑糖馬拉糕",但因為今次人唔多叫唔到一底,所以只可以叫佢細籠既奶皇馬拉糕。味道比較普通,同出面食到既差唔多🌟玫瑰雞 呢道好出名既玫瑰雞,又係皇牌。今次覺得調味比以往重手左,略微咸左少少,但係整得唔夠耐,咸味入唔到𝘥 肉,有𝘥 失望🌟炸雲吞佢既炸雲吞都幾大隻,炸得非常酥脆,裏面唔係包蝦,而係類似菜肉,比較特別。🌟蒜蓉魷魚佢既蒜蓉整得好好味,蒜蓉整到好碎,唔會食到蒜好辛辣既口感,但非常香口,配魷魚好夾。超好食!另外仲叫左叉燒腸、水晶奶黃包、煎魚餅等等。📍大榮華圍村菜九龍灣宏開道8號其士商業中心1樓2號舖 continue reading

酒樓環境比較少而且很多人等候, 和同事選擇了這酒樓午餐做節。我們6人柯打了一般的點心,煎釀三宝,雞腳,水晶飽等等。大榮華的點心款式比較傳統,但勝在味道十分好味。食物質素很有水準,而且上菜速度很快,勝價比非常高。整體評分高, 值得推介。 continue reading

大榮華圍村菜唔講都唔知原來大榮華有三間分店。今日我去嗰間喺九龍灣。今日係星期六下晝12點左右,都有少少人等位,等咗10分鐘左右就可以入坐。入面啲裝修都幾老式。舊式茶樓嘅格局,同元朗大榮華嗰間差唔多。睇返個菜單,以茶樓來講,真係幾平。炒粉麵都係$6/70;點心就$23起。我, Mcdull同Mc老太一行三人叫咗五個點心,一碟飯,一條白水浸元朗烏頭。炸雲吞 中點$28 (8.5/10)好鬆脆,炸得一啲都唔油,個餡d肉都幾好食,個汁酸酸maymay,唔多食炸嘢嘅Mcdull都係咁食。四寶滑雞扎 大點$32 (6/10)普通茶樓水準,豬肚魚肚芋頭雞肉支竹皮,全部正正常常,個芋頭幾綿但係個魚肚就唔夠淋,奇怪。鮮淮山百合餃 小點$23 (5/10)鮮淮山百合呢個配搭其實都幾新鮮我都未試過。不過真係好淡好淡好淡,不過咁健康嘅嘢其實係應該係咁嘅。細味之下,鮮鮮甜甜,有食材嘅味道。外皮就普普通通,都唔係咁煙韌。豬膶蒸燒賣 大點$32 (5/10)依個點心我去到啲舊式嘅茶樓我都會叫。真心,未試過有一間係好食。依度食嘅豬膶燒賣,已經算係正常入得口,比起鳳城酒家,陸羽茶室都好好多了。始終蒸豬膶都幾難,啲燒賣餡同啲豬膶熟嘅時間都唔同,要煮到唔過火,好難下下搵師傅睇住。可能豬膶都係啱用嚟煲粥食。如果講煲粥食嘅豬膶,將軍澳間譽嘅豬膶粥居真係無得輸🤤白蓮蓉包 終點$28 (5/10)Mcdull 好中意食,我就真心無乜興趣,甜。我同Mudull講,你中意食就襯中秋節之前食多啲喇,唔係就冇貨。😂白水浸元朗烏頭$95 (6/10)白水係乜?Mcdull上網查過好似係白酒,我試咗啲汁,淨係覺得好鹹。襯落條魚度又唔係好覺鹹。但係條魚普普通通,肉質都正正常常。菜遠斑腩飯 $78(好似) (3/10)真心麻麻哋,雪藏嘅魚塊,無乜味。成個飯溝埋啲菜/配料,打個玻璃芡上面就算,Hea。味又比較淡,不推介。隔離枱嘅叔叔同韜韜吹咗好耐,教隔離枱嘅叔叔叔叫hidden menu - 「鱸魚兩味」聖瓜炒鱸魚飯 + 涼瓜炆鱸魚頭腩煲 $180我無試過味,但淨係用個鼻聞,用眼睇,都知喺好野。其實,新鮮嘅野,就好食左一半。韜韜仲同我講「下次唔好咁叫餸喇,你睇下隔離枱嘅菜,都係$180,平過你又新鮮過你叫嗰啲」佢真心🌝🌚三個人埋單食咗咁多嘢, $400都唔使,仲要可以見到韜韜本人,又食飯又追星,真係抵到爛。🖖我哋食到兩點幾見到張下午茶餐牌,個價錢簡直係驚為天人,喺九龍灣呢啲地方,竟然有$15一籠嘅點心,真係擔心佢做唔做得住😮‍💨加油啊韜韜!Mcmug綜合評分:6/10,野食正正常常,唔會太鹹或者太多味精;韜韜好nice,又好吹,心情愉快加多一分,7/10Mcdull綜合評分:8.5/10 Mc老太見到韜韜好開心,加分! continue reading
