又是雙雙加班的日子，晚餐只有簡單吃吧!宵夜選擇愈來愈少了，想吃的瑞士汁炒河已在餐牌消失了。只好選紫菜冬菜香芹豬扒湯烏冬($58)。說起來宵夜竟然索價近60元，真是那麼好吃嗎?成品份量很大，湯底是豬骨湯，味精感略重。紫菜、香芹不少，卻幾乎找不到冬菜。烏冬彈牙得有點假，味道十分一般。豬扒是敗筆之作，有點像上海排骨，蘸粉炸過後該擱了一會，放湯後黏糊糊的，肉質乾硬，下次還是簡單吃一碗雪菜肉絲米好了。不過，這兒的冰鎮奶茶濃香奶滑，依舊是最好的。

假日，在太多食肆選擇下，通常貪新忘舊，嘗試其他不同類型的美食。印象中的太興，對它的燒味，冰鎮奶茶有著不錯的評價，但整體晚市價錢不算太便宜。今晚，重臨久違了的太興， 發現有著不少的變化。原以為一般平日晚飯時間，不用等位直接可以入座。但當小妹與家人逐漸走近食肆門口，發現仍有圍數不少的人在等候入座吃晚飯。自然心裡面忽然有個疑問: 平日晚飯，太興也可以有那麼多人棒場。仔細看一下晚市餐單，謎底亦隨即解開。原來平日晚上(星期一至五)，凡惠顧晚市小菜，可免費升級至套餐，有白飯一碗、熱飲一杯。不用再像平時需要額外加錢才可以升級。回味菠蘿咕嚕肉 (HK$56)小妹這碟心頭好，竟然減價做優惠。每一次，總會點來吃。全因為沒有帶丁點骨，每一塊也是啖啖肉，才可以一直深得小妹喜好。今次，不知道是減價優惠下，份量比以往來得少，味道亦能保持水準。滋味蔥燒鮑魚雞煲 (HK$71)環顧餐牌，這款比較能夠吸引小妹和家人眼球，決定點來嘗試看看。的確，相比起市面專門吃雞煲的，不能相提並論。蔥燒加醬汁配搭雞肉，雞肉未算太入味，而配料亦略嚴比主菜為多，還好有隻大鮑魚充撐一下場面。冰鎮奶茶 (跟餐凍飲+ HK$3)來到太興，當然少不了這杯冰鎮奶茶。價錢跟以往一樣，沒有改變。濃香奶茶被周圍冰粒所包圍，私毫不會影響其奶茶原有風味。每飲一口也是醇滑質感，一直受食客歡迎亦是不無道理的。在平日晚飯日子，免費自動升級套餐，的確節省了不少，自然吸引不少食客作為晚市選擇。

My parents suggested to go Tai Hing for dinner. I haven't been there for dinner before and found out that they had lots of food to choose from. We ordered three dishes and soup. They are doing a promotion which if you order a dish, you only need to pay $38 for the first soup and then if you order more soup, it will only be $28. So we ended up ordering 2 bowls of soup.The soup was in very big bowl. It as stewed pig lung soup with bitter almond. My mum loved the bitter almond taste. She said the soup was very smooth and tasted sweet. The pig lungs were clean and soft to chew. My favourite dish, eggplants and minced pork with salted fish came. I could smell the fishy taste in a distance. The eggplants were soft and tasted so well with the minced pork. The dish was not salty at all. The flavour was just right.The braised pork with preserved cabbage and vegetables in hot pot came next. The preserved cabbage was salty but tasted so nice after mixing with the rice. The braised pork was not too fatty and very soft to chew. The vegetables at the bottom were a bit oily because they absorted all the pork's oil.The sliced ling fillet with sweet corn came last. The sweet corn sauce was creamy and sweet. The fillets were cooked beautifully. The coating was not too thick and the fillet was easy to chew.

基於離家太近的關係，我們一家人通常都係卓爾居商場果邊吃飯，而第一選擇通常又係D無乜人排隊的餐廳。我們一行人四個，這次又是吃太興，坐低伙幾耐就點左好幾樣野，有咕嚕肉、粟米帶子豆腐等等…咕嚕肉都炸得唔錯，甜酸度適中，粉不會太厚，咬落有口感。而粟米帶子豆腐既豆腐都幾滑既，帶子煙韌不會散，味道調教得不錯，不會太咸，然後都岩送飯既。不過！杯野飲既冰好可怕，不用3秒就秒速溶哂，天氣太熱，杯凍飲無冰真係無咩胃口，杯柚子蜜和凍檸茶都係無冰，又無味，好難飲，叫他們加冰都無用，成杯野無味，加左冰只係冰水，熱到無心機食飯….

見冇咩人等緊，過左一陣就入得，所以入左去。叫左個雙拼燒味飯，叉燒同燒肉，叉燒唔太肥又唔太瘦，而且唔會好多油，燒肉個皮都好脆，幾好食。另外叫左個豆腐火腩煲，都算唔錯，好豆腐同火腩都好入味，而且煲到好淋。但係我就覺得個燒味飯有d貴，唔係好值，叫餸食飯會抵d。
