今次同一班無見好耐嘅大學同學重聚,揀咗呢間食泰國菜。印象中尖沙咀泰國菜館唔多,但我每次看海港城都會經過呢間金不換,今次終於有機會去試。先唔講嘢食,以佢嘅地點嚟講,真係好方便,火車,地鐵,不是,天星小輪,無論你響邊度返工好,放工嚟呢度聚會都一定唔會有交通上嘅麻煩。點裡面裝修到好靚,有海景望到維港,有好多大台,適合大班人聚會。坐低咗之後,侍應就好快同我哋斟水,比menu我哋,服務唔錯! 頭盤嚟咗個海蝦刺身先,海蝦望落去新鮮,肉質晶瑩通透,同日式甜蝦刺身比泰式嘅生蝦味道雖然無咁鮮甜,但係佢就用多咗好多唔同配料,再加埋佢嘅特製醬汁,味覺比甜蝦更多層次。太肚餓唔記得單影個蝦餅同個柚子沙律,個柚子沙律食落口好清新,柚子肉亦都好多汁,係前菜開胃之選。蝦餅炸成冬甩shape,除此之外無咩特別,同出面啲泰國餐廳差唔多。炭燒豬頸肉呢味嘢差唔多都係每個人嘅至愛,豬頸肉肥美爽脆嘅肉質加上外面燒焦咗嘅脆皮,再點埋少少酸同辣嘅醬汁,無得輸 。蛋網海鮮炒金邊粉望落去已經加咗分 ,佢應該係用蛋漿煎咗個網出嚟包住個炒好嘅金邊粉,呢啲真係講心思手工,識食一定係相機先食。個金邊粉本身都炒得唔錯,好夠味,亦都唔算油,海鮮足料 。但個蛋網界開咗之後連埋啲金邊粉一齊食果陣其實就食唔到啲咩蛋香味 。最後我哋食到十點半鐘都唔知時間,我哋已經係最後一枱,但店員都冇話想吹我哋走咁,依然笑容滿面。我哋今次平均每人消費一百蚊多啲,咁嘅服務,咁嘅食物質素,咁嘅環境地點,算係物有所值! continue reading

星期日去開尖沙咀行街,6:30pm 見呢間餐廳唔洗等位。所以就決定試一試。首先黎個泰式拼盤(小) , 有蝦餅,魚餅及春卷, 每樣有2件, 2個人每人一件剛剛好。蝦餅好味彈牙。黃咖哩牛根腩,味道OK, 不辣,不過牛腩份量較少, 薯仔同牛根較多,如果多番D牛腩會開心D。蟹肉炒飯,飯乾身,見到一舊舊蟹肉,算足料。唔知係咪星期日的關係,用餐時間只有1小時15分鐘。 continue reading
