今晚約咗4個同事一齊晚飯,事關公司之前cancel 咗中秋節餐晚飯,但又已經俾咗500 蚊訂金,無謂浪費,所以老總益我哋俾咗呛500蚊我哋去自己再補錢食返餐。5點半準時收工,6點已經到達酒樓。星期一嘅夜晚水靜鵝飛,全場得我哋一枱客,我哋坐正喺大廳中間好似包場咁,哈哈哈!先睇下個menu......發現價錢都幾貴,又無乜選擇!不過,我好快就睇中咗個燉湯,跟住太難揀嘅關係,我哋要用差唔多30 mins 先決定到叫乜其他餸。期間同我哋相熟嘅經理又遞咗個新menu 過嚟,不過都係唔多啱,因為大部份係大閘蟹,同事個個怕膽固醇,所以都係叫返小菜好d。石斛蟲草花燉鷓鴣個湯好足料,有原隻鷓鴣,瘦肉、雞腳、蟲草花、圓肉,好清甜!湯嘅份量都唔少,一盅可以分到6碗!湯渣都有一大碟,雖然係湯渣,但點少少豉油食已經好好味。一哥靚叉燒點解要叫一哥呢??乜一哥唔係大家樂咩??哈哈哈~真係唔知,淨係知呢度d叉燒確係唔錯!肥瘦適中,叉燒d燒得焦香帶點麥芽甜味,肉入口又唔會太過軟腍。因為同事都覺得好味,諗住放工行過可以斬下料返屋企食,點知問咗經理,原來外賣都只係得例牌108蚊,無得斷斤買,所以大家都立即放棄呢個諗法!姬松茸遼參豆腐煲味道中規中矩無乜特別,姬松茸同遼參都好似好矜貴咁,但份量都算幾多,豆腐就有6大件,我哋5個人都夠食。榆耳百合浸豌豆苗榆耳有健脾養顏,滋陰補腎,含有幫助吸收天然食物嘅植物性膠質,有潤膚同抗衰老嘅功效。至於豌豆苗,佢同我地平時食果種荷蘭豆豆苗有d唔同,有人叫佢蝴蝶苗,因為頂頭兩片小葉似蝴蝶。有人叫佢翡翠苗,因為佢色澤翠綠。豌豆苗營養都好豐富,含有多種人體必需嘅氨基酸。但有人會覺得佢有陣草青味唔鐘意食,不過我又幾鐘意呢種味道獨特嘅菜。古法蒸海斑件其實我對魚麻麻地,唔係樣樣魚都食!但大多數係酒樓蒸嘅魚我都會食,唔係因為條魚本身,而係因為d豉油。不過今次呢個豉油唔太香,吸引唔到我食多件魚,反而墊底係果d金菇同雲耳就幾好味。蒸紅棗糕呢個係經理送嘅,同事以為呢個紅棗糕係凍食嘅,但其實我哋之前Annual dinner 都有食過,佢上台果陣仲係暖既。糕本身帶有紅棗香味,又唔太甜,都唔錯。 continue reading

熱帶風暴「洛克」襲港,雖然天文台懸掛1號戒備訊號,但無損我們尋找美食的雅興.今天選擇了如心廣場內的”陶園酒家”,作為享用晚膳的地方.”陶園酒家”位於荃灣如心廣場3樓,經過兩重扶手電梯,尋找商埸的指示路標,好不容易才抵達.酒家的門面裝飾富麗堂皇, 牆上貼滿獲獎的相片,配合倘大的魚缸牆上,使酒家的氣派生色不少.我們在門外等了一會,便有待應帶領入座.剛坐下不久,待應便不斷推介”黃金蟹鮑魚餐”,稱每日限量供應廿份.比較其他單選菜色,相比下較為抵食,最後便揀選了它.”黃金蟹鮑魚餐”第一道菜色是”黃油蟹粉小籠包”,薄薄的皮包裹著鮮肉,點上醋汁後進食,口感不錯.“原隻鮑魚件金柚鮑魚伴隨醬汁,味道較濃.幸好金柚和菜蔬的味道相對清淡,中和了鮑魚濃味的感覺.“金湯小米燴遼參”,放有菇粒和遼參,湯味頗濃.於添加胡椒粉前後飲用,可嚐到湯的不同味道.“極品黃油蟹”蟹身不大,穿上膠手套,利用剪刀把蟹續一拆開.只有蟹鉗有多一點肉,鮮味十足;蟹蓋分佈的蟹榚不多,有少許肥膩的感覺.“黑魚子煎魚扒”魚扒和麵條配合醬汁進食,味道一般.“黃金蟹皇炒飯” 飯身乾爽不油膩,碎瓜粒和肉粒配合得宜,味道和口感不錯.“蛋白杏仁茶”茶温保持熱騰騰,打開蓋時看見有輕飄.清潤且甜度適中.“鮮果薈萃”的菠蘿和西瓜,未知是否“蛋白杏仁茶”,掩蓋了味蕾的觸覺,竟嚐不到水果鮮甜的味道.整體來說,各式各樣的食物的味道不錯,待應招待有禮,用心推介優惠,值得一讚!”黃金蟹鮑魚餐”買一送一推廣,優惠至2017年9月15日., continue reading

今日好耐冇去過陶源飲茶,所以今日就去試吓飲茶食點心。今日星期日,人流都唔係好多,所以唔使點等位。叫咗個龍蝦伊面,係芝士伊面嚟嘅。味道都唔錯,芝士味好濃。而且龍蝦亦都唔算少,適中。不過龍蝦肉就冇乜,腳就好多。叉燒,叉燒好肥美同肉厚。而且肉質嫩滑,味道都唔錯。鮑汁鳳爪,非常之入味,好重鮑汁味。紫薯西米布甸,侍應話啱啱出爐所以就試吓。但係點知一啲都唔熱,仲凍冰冰,不過味道唔錯,紫薯味好重同好濃,甜甜地。 continue reading
