To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近來有不少以「パン」或「烘焙」為名的新麵包店出現, 這個則是來自某飲食集團的新品牌。店員推介了這個手袋系列, 口味有辣有不辣, 選擇了後者的肉鬆蛋沙律手袋, 麵包質感鬆軟, 蛋沙律的味道也不錯, 不會太酸, 不過肉鬆卻跟蛋沙律有點格格不入的感覺。以 $9.8 的價錢來說, 跟其他「パン」或「烘焙」品牌來比較, 已經算便宜了, 可是跟整體質素還未能成正比。 continue reading
