週六午餐點了排骨蒸陳村粉粉皮口感挺好,不會糊成一團,份量也大。整餐裡最滿意的鯪魚球 點心不過不失魚腩煲打芡、汁多、魚肉非常少大家都不太喜歡最horrible的一道菜灌湯餃如果你有去過鳳城酒家就會知道正宗灌湯餃係唔應該係湯入面上菜。咁樣上係因為避免顧客見到灌湯餃破皮漏汁宜家正正就係呢個case,一拎起就發現其實皮同餡分離,唔講以為人地洗手水入面放左紙巾浸係到。🙂記得都唔平,三十幾蚊好似淨係食一塊餃子皮。😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂巨伏 continue reading

一行八人,到此酒家食晚飯。平日多數吃午餐,第一次吃晚餐。事先預訂了冬瓜盅,消暑、去濕一流,每人約有一碗半,湯料也可以吃得到。一大盤的煎釀三寶是重中之重,今次仲配上蓮藕餅,其實單單這一碟餸再加白飯,都夠八個人食。筆者最喜歡食魚,是次盤龍鱔夠哂睇頭,很入味,可惜魚肉不夠彈牙。此頓晚餐的整體感覺是平、靚、正!而且餐廳是充滿人情味的,員工像是老屎忽,但並沒有躲懶,笑容是親切的。請大家繼續支持非連鎖店,食物不是粗制濫造或是一式一樣,而是每一次也是驚喜的。 continue reading

訂左 6點半,一行七人到這裡晚飯。煎釀三寶,雖然份量比以前細左,但魚肉依然彈牙。菜芯炒牛肉,牛肉和菜遠都嫩口,炒得十分夠獲氣。咕嚕肉,份量細小,肉得幾粒又吾脆,這個比較差。炒番薯苗,冇試。排骨蒸陳村粉,d粉好滑又有米香,個豉油調得好出色。瑤柱旦白炒飯,炒得好乾身,粒粒分明,但略為淡口左少少。7點多離座,都差不多坐滿,平日也有這樣的生意,應該與價格合理有點関係。加左 $50切餅費,埋單 $735,都抵嘅。 continue reading

第二次光顧,還記得第一次來的時候非常欣喜,因為我特愛炸物,而恰巧這裡的招牌就是煎釀拼盤。由於人數不多,只可叫藕餅,個人認為是拼盤中最為出色!每一塊都均一,顯出功架。但略嫌魚肉跟連藕的比例參差,較沒爽脆的口感。店員推介了霸王雞,值得一試。誰不知雞味不濃,肉質不滑。不過配料也充足,可能是時令不合。店員非常熱情,介紹了店內有名的河鮮,可惜我們只有3位,吃不下整條魚。另外試了豉油王蝦,醬汁不夠乾身,蝦也炸不到脆的感覺,吃到濕濕淋淋的感覺。而且蝦不算很新鮮。以及叫了一個魚骨例湯,出奇地讚好!除了味道偏濃,湯能滾出奶白色,中和吃下一口的油膩。如果一大群人來吃,相信氣氛也會熱鬧起來,雖有進步空間,但認為店員的態度、順德菜的名號,也會吸引不少人的。 continue reading
