不知不覺寫了第三篇韓國菜的食評!寫了兩間小店,這次輪到人氣School Food!特地選了下午茶時段來,避開人潮,等了十五分鐘便能入座,限時75分鐘,對我們對說完全不是問題,哈哈。韓國菜中我最最最喜歡的是紫菜飯卷!第一時間點了主打的校園花卷$75。即是牛肉+芝士+蛋+紫菜飯卷,全部都是我喜歡的!跟其他餐廳不同,這客飯卷最外層不是紫菜而是一層薄薄的蛋,賣相甚佳;中心是很香的牛肉,配上芝士口感十足,非常好吃! 如果不是有朋友在,真想全部飯卷都試一遍!第二道菜水冷麵 $72,是朋友點的,本身是飯桶的我對這興趣不大,但出乎意料地好吃!這個麵不止是冷,而且是冰的!湯底真的有冰,配青瓜絲和蛋,夏天吃剛剛好。麵條異常彈牙,不自覺地吃完一條又一條。餐牌說是辣的,但嗜辣的我覺得還好。接著吃廚師卡邦尼年糕 $68。它跟卡邦尼年糕的分別,就是辣與不辣。醬汁很香濃,芝士和奶香十足,但問題是完全不辣,廚師在哪呢!?有點懷疑是侍應下錯單了。最後一道是炸物拼盤 $88,有薯條、炸年糕、炸雞肉丸。不是粗薯條,有點失望;雞肉丸吃起來有點像粟米餅?炸年糕有點乾和硬,沾卡邦尼年糕的醬汁來吃剛剛好。我最喜歡還是它的飯卷,下次要試試其他口味。 continue reading

尋晚約咗朋友們去銅鑼灣食晚飯,因為唔知食咩好,所以就去咗時代廣場上面嘅食通天搵嘢食。11樓間韓國菜好多人,於是我地上咗13樓,友人提議不如食school food。其實都幾多人,我地等位大約都等咗半個鐘入到餐廳入面環境ok,座位唔算闊落但係都未至於會比人行過撞到。我地叫咗沙冷希肉、烏卒卒壽司卷、水冷麵、卡邦尼年糕、梳乎厘焗蛋同一榨菠蘿特飲。沙冷希肉有d似上海嘢嘅肴肉,(大塊切片版本)都ok但係最好食係下面嘅沙律!菜夠甜,沙律醬汁較得好好!烏卒卒係魷魚壽司卷,壽司飯用墨魚汁處理過,都幾特別!梳乎里焗蛋熱辣辣,口感比甜品果隻梳乎厘好,有d似實心水蛋幾得意味道都ok!水冷麵同平時食開嘅有少少唔同,呢間係撈埋辣醬落兜麵到,雖然都好食但係我比較鍾意有得自己較味嘅水冷麵。卡邦尼年糕個汁非常濃味,亦偏向芝味重,年糕煮到剛剛好,好食不過好滯同埋唔似韓國嘢!菠蘿特飲味道都ok,個樣好靚但係飲唔出係菠蘿......食飽傾唔到一陣就要交枱,呢到限時75分鐘,如果食飯+吹水嘅朋友就要留意返喇。 continue reading

School Food, 在我入大學freshman之年,就有人流我食, 但我以為school food就是canteen,沒有必要專登去校外食。原來不是這樣的. 在韓國很平的快餐店,來了香港就不會是學生飯堂價, 甚是高級.點了客紳士先生, 名字很有風度,缺乏內涵, 因為不過是蛋包著餐肉和飯,換句話說, 餐蛋飯.芝士餃子拉麵, 其實是公仔麵,比傷心酸辣粉還要傷心...menu很華麗, 令人ff很多,但是都是普通的食材,我覺得不值得付上那麼高的價錢.學懂了, 要包裝成紳士先生,名字的重要性. continue reading
