尋晚約咗朋友們去銅鑼灣食晚飯,因為唔知食咩好,所以就去咗時代廣場上面嘅食通天搵嘢食。11樓間韓國菜好多人,於是我地上咗13樓,友人提議不如食school food。其實都幾多人,我地等位大約都等咗半個鐘入到餐廳入面環境ok,座位唔算闊落但係都未至於會比人行過撞到。我地叫咗沙冷希肉、烏卒卒壽司卷、水冷麵、卡邦尼年糕、梳乎厘焗蛋同一榨菠蘿特飲。沙冷希肉有d似上海嘢嘅肴肉,(大塊切片版本)都ok但係最好食係下面嘅沙律!菜夠甜,沙律醬汁較得好好!烏卒卒係魷魚壽司卷,壽司飯用墨魚汁處理過,都幾特別!梳乎里焗蛋熱辣辣,口感比甜品果隻梳乎厘好,有d似實心水蛋幾得意味道都ok!水冷麵同平時食開嘅有少少唔同,呢間係撈埋辣醬落兜麵到,雖然都好食但係我比較鍾意有得自己較味嘅水冷麵。卡邦尼年糕個汁非常濃味,亦偏向芝味重,年糕煮到剛剛好,好食不過好滯同埋唔似韓國嘢!菠蘿特飲味道都ok,個樣好靚但係飲唔出係菠蘿......食飽傾唔到一陣就要交枱,呢到限時75分鐘,如果食飯+吹水嘅朋友就要留意返喇。 continue reading

今次嚟到School food搵食!睇戲前諗唔到食咩~School food喺戲院隔離~完全係有利位置~醬菜牛油鐵鍋飯 ($82)蛋夠滑~因為用鐡鍋嘅關係~上枱時都幾香可惜成個飯冇咩味道~亦冇咩餸想問店員要一點韓式醬撈飯…店員竟然話冇…呢度唔係韓國餐廳來的嗎⋯⋯石鍋梳乎蛋 ($58)以前喺日本都食過~應該一上枱好高然後慢慢變返扁~好似梳乎厘咁嘅~但呢度一上枱已經係扁扁的~有點失望⋯⋯至於個蛋~尚算滑溜~不過蛋味不足內𥚃亦太水⋯應該係梳乎唔起嘅主因配料只有少少菇類~烏卒卒($75)墨魚跟墨汁組成嘅韓式壽司~口質煙韌!食落去有少少甜味~但墨汁又唔會太腥~墨魚亦爽口彈牙~算係成晚最吸引的School food感覺只有韓式壽司較為出色~烏卒卒以外暫時冇其他值得推薦嘅食物呢⋯⋯ continue reading

     乌卒卒(HKD$68):墨鱼饭卷,用墨鱼汁染成黑色的饭,再裹上墨鱼,用紫菜扎得很严实,一口一个。    厨师卡邦尼年糕(HKD$68):以前吃的年糕,无非都是什么泡菜炒年糕,韩式辣酱年糕.把年糕做成意粉的方式,我还是第一次接触,觉得蛮新鲜的。年糕与烟肉、蘑菇、粉丝一起被厚厚的酱汁包围着。年糕本身的韧度刚好,卡邦尼酱汁很浓香,可又不会腻,烟肉蘑菇起了锦上添花的作用,再加上底下的粉丝又吸入了酱汁的精华,吃起来非常入味。   脆鸡伴大葱沙律(HKD$78):比较大件,外皮较为厚,咬开来里面的肉也挺大块,吃起来带点肉汁。   韩式冷面(HKD$70):旁边还放着一堆冰keep住温度,吃起来冰凉冰凉的。其实这冷面挺简单的,就面条、芽菜、鸡蛋与韩式辣酱,但吃上第一口,我就爱上了.面条挺弹牙,整体的味道就是酸中带辣,辣味占主导,越吃越辣,越吃越畅快,根本停不下来。 continue reading
