早前同朋友去了白石燒野食加慶生,除了烈酒外大家都買左不少私伙入來其中一個就係Paul Lafayet 的馬卡龍了,這間我比較喜歡焦糖燉蛋,每次都會要求拎走個啡色小碟。而店員會包一隻全新的讓你帶走,服務不錯的!朋友總共買了14顆,顆顆也不同,原來有原因的,就是代表當晚出現的朋友,合共14人,每一顆也代表其一,而且是獨一無二的,so sweet。我揀了粉紅色白色的,內餡是荔枝口味,因為天氣熱及已經放置了一段時間,所以脆身的表面有少少裂開,底面不同色都幾有趣,裙邊都幾靚,入口外脆內軟,內餡是以荔枝和白朱古力製成,口感交錯,甜膩感比一般的少。 continue reading
