K11有好多個POKESTOP點,又近訊號山,又有洗手間,又有頂蓬,落雨也不怕~ 所以都聚集左好多訓練員。而呢間Paul Lafayet店o係K11商場外圍,就在中間條巷,唔係大起眼。幾過K11好多次都發現唔到,今次捉精靈發現左佢,就梗係要食佢既焦糖燉蛋。店內只有兩個位置可以堂食,所以唯有攞走,一路行一路食。買時店員會即時灑上沙糖,再用火槍燒成焦糖。 所以焦糖好脆好好食! 但一定要即食,唔係就冇咁脆口架喇!食一口,就發現裏面得一兩點雲尼拿籽,真係好驚訝!! 以前食係燉蛋入面好多好多雲尼拿籽,好香好滑又好味,但每食一次雲尼拿籽就少一次。有圖有真相:放到咁大都得一兩點雲尼拿籽,真係有啲偷工減料。整體黎講成個甜品好好食,但少左咁多雲尼拿籽真係一大敗筆。 continue reading

【當Paul Lafeytte焦糖燉蛋變了M記雪糕味──我個心好似穿咗個窿】Paul Lafeytte早前推出大量焦糖燉蛋買一送一的的優惠券,興奮了一剎,心感不妙。沒想到,惡耗比想像中來得早。我興奮地到Paul Lafeytte吃期待了一整晚的焦糖燉蛋,吃了一口就想哭。以往滑溜濃郁的燉蛋變得完全無蛋味,只有cream 味,奶味也把雲呢拿籽的香味蓋過,像極M記$3. 2的新地雪糕。而且所謂「燉蛋」稀了很多,口感軟塌塌絕不是平日的入口即融!我和朋友吃了三個,不是個別問題,根本配方就不同了!!!別騙我!是因為省錢才用了平價食材?還是將貨就價?我不介意付原價買一個很好吃的焦糖燉蛋,但我很介意生活中的美食變得這樣!嗚嗚,誰還我原來的焦糖燉蛋! t ^ t作為Paul Lafeytte的顧客,這幾年一直都是Paul Lafeytte的Fans,但這次真是太失望了! 愛之深責之切,希望Paul Lafeytte能夠正視問題!  continue reading
