Ocean 新裝修後第一次來,白色仿磚牆加添希臘小屋主題,配上藍白色窗廉布,全餐廳以藍白為主,令人有點在希臘聖托里尼嘅感覺。今次主㕑阿賢為我們準備煙黑毛豬泰式柚子沙律作Appetiser. 泰式柚子沙律醬汁配搭得天衣無縫。跟一般外面食的不太一樣。黑毛豬略嫌太乾,如配beef or tuna tarta 可能會更適合。跟著就是杏仁蟹肉忌廉湯,這個湯在西餐很少見。杏仁磿得比外面吃到的杏仁茶還要香滑,配上手折蟹肉和杏仁脆片,我確實忍不住大啖的喝下。可以再㖭嗎?主菜我點了紐西蘭安格斯牛柳,我太太點了智利鱸魚配法國藍青口。我眼前這個牛柳是藝術品嗎?擺碟十分有心思,有點像花園嘅感覺。牛柳水準十分高,外層煎得outside burn,medium rare 剛好,配合那非常有層次的配菜,實在是大滿足。智利鱸魚亦煎得十分香口,內裏嫩滑,亦是剛剛好。阿賢煎魚確有一手!甜點來一個招牌菠蘿五重奏同新出的榛子香橙crepe。為這頓飯畫上完美句號!一定要再來! continue reading

Just Wonderful I personally have never tasted food so well balanced in flavors, design, attention to detail and full of passion. Every dish really made me literally go wow with the burst of exciting flavors and excellent presentation. Every dish was presented with heart and the idea behind the dish was explained with smiles and enthusiasm. Overall, excellent food and service.
