以前好鍾意搵D 裝修好靚,好有氣氛的餐廳去慶祝唔同的紀念日。但係,近年已經比較鍾意去幫襯一D 私菜房(真係要預訂,無乜裝修,專注食材同烹調的私房菜)又或者一D 好有心的本地小店。因為我同太太都鍾意食日本嘢,所以今次的周年紀念就去咗呢間有心的小店食佢哋的Omakase (廚師發辦)。之前同朋友嚟食過一次,感覺好好,今次就先講好BUDGET 係$600/位,師傅就會問吓我哋有咩要求,然後我哋準時出現就有嘢食啦!今晚的菜式以龍蝦刺身做特別材料,再配埋其他刺身壽司,好味又足料呀!前菜 -- 小食拼盤。因為天氣凍,師傅特別準備咗燒茄子呢個熱的小食,另外仲有飛魚籽粒粒沙律,同埋黑松露醬枝豆。一邊食,一邊等刺身,真係好正。刺身拼盤 -- 龍蝦、北海道帶子、八角、鮮赤貝、三文魚、三文魚腩同埋墨魚海膽卷。刺身新鮮不在話下,最主係有心思的食法。帶子刺身,師傅話用青檸配少少海鹽,帶子的鮮甜味即刻爆出嚟;另外個墨魚海膽卷入面放咗紫蘇葉,又係創新得嚟又好的心思之作,呢個我哋之後再Encore 多一客,因為真係好特別!壽司 -- 漬吞拿魚壽司 + 香蔥吞拿魚茸卷。漬吞拿魚味道剛剛好,風味十足之餘,仍然可以食到吞拿本身的味道,而香蔥吞拿魚茸卷就係我本身都鍾意食的,所以覺得好呀! 呢度要提提大家,其實我太太唔係太鍾意食吞拿魚,所以要食Omakase 嗰陣記得要帶師傅自己/朋友唔食D 乜呀。先食蔬菜類SHABU SHABU -- 用返我哋的龍蝦做湯底,配料有唔同的蔬菜、蜆、三文魚、豆腐、芋絲、牛肉同埋雞肉。湯底味道好夠,基本上唔係點任何醬料都得,雖然唔係D 咩貴價食材,但勝在新鮮同足料。食晒D 配料,就會用個湯底煮粥,足足有4碗的份量,所有湯料的精華煮做粥,真係夠晒和味,而且仲食到飽添!食得開心,最後個粥同D 肉類都無影相。總括嚟講係好滿足的一餐,店內的位置雖然係細D,而且無乜令一嘩一聲的裝修或擺碟,但係食到真材實料的日本菜真已經夠啦! continue reading

結婚週年晚餐,見到上一次食過o既小店有新嘢試 --- Omakase,我同太太又未試過, 決定試吓 ! 訂檯時,負責人同我講,只要講好價錢同要求,例如唔可以食乜嘢 (我同太太都唔食牛肉),大廚就會跟 budget 同當日新鮮材料去準備設計菜式!即係去到先知道會食乜,感覺上好似有專人安排好食乜。聽完後,我相信會幾有驚喜 ! 當晚,我哋一共食咗9款菜式 (應該無記錯,因為真係好多款),每一款都好好味,好新鮮! 每出一款,都會有講解,同埋點食先至最好。我哋仲第一次食到咁大咁厚嘅帶子 呢餐食每人$380 !!!! 同上一次一樣,物超所值!!! 只係講 budget 同要求,就有人同你安排設計菜式! 真係好正!  P.S. 當日, 大廚見到我太太扎花, 問我係咪求婚 XD 我同佢講係慶祝結婚週年, 於是佢特登整o左個心形嘅壽司俾我哋, 好有心思! continue reading

經朋友介紹知道有間隱蔽嘅日本餐廳主打Omakase(廚師發辦),咁啱同未婚妻5週年紀念又諗唔到食乜咁就試吓啦!要預早一日訂位,個Price Range都幾大$180~$1000,我就揀咗$500 per head,如果好食先試最貴因為schedule問題,訂咗5點,去到得我哋一台,同waitress傾傾下計先知原來佢係老闆娘,咁後生就創業,值得嘉許,服務亦都好好,每樣菜都有介紹,等咗一陣就有得食1. 頭盤(龍蝦沙律,芥末八爪魚,明太子沙律,蟹膏配青瓜,燒茄子)樣樣都好好味,特別係蟹膏配青瓜2. 刺身拼盤(三文魚,竹籤魚,燒竹籤魚,帶子,牡丹蝦,海膽墨魚,拖羅)老闆娘話要由淡味食到濃味,三文魚=>竹籤魚=>燒竹籤魚=>帶子=>牡丹蝦=>海膽墨魚卷=>拖羅,全部都好新鮮,海膽墨魚卷同埋拖羅特別好味3. 法國生蠔 Gillardeau真係冇諗過會有生蠔,我哋本身都鍾意食生蠔,味道鮮甜,蠔味不會太重,海水味唔太濃烈4. 炸軟殼蟹沙律我哋最鐘意食炸嘢。炸軟殼蟹同其他配料比例剛剛好,有生菜,青瓜絲牛油果,竟然仲有天婦羅碎,幾特別5. 香蔥吞拿魚腩卷上菜時第一眼就見到吞拿魚腩仲多過啲飯,壽司卷就應該係咁啦!吞拿魚腩冇根,唔錯!6. 特製慢煮澳洲牛肋骨以為食完壽司刺身,應該差唔多食甜品。點知完來重頭戲先嚟!我本人唔係特別好牛肋骨,但係今次有驚喜!老闆話牛肋骨係用慢煮3個鐘嘅方法,加上黑椒調味,入口即溶,加上廚師自製嘅芥茉籽醬同埋秘制醬汁,係一個完美嘅配搭。老闆仲話唔係講笑,其實個薯蓉先係主角,因為又係廚師特別烹調,薯蓉裡面有一粒粒嘅薯仔,感覺唔太漏。7. 日本芝士蛋糕女人話甜品有第二個胃,斬眼間已經食晒個蛋糕。依個芝士蛋糕有雪糕嘅質感,唔會太甜,平時少食甜品嘅我都覺得唔錯。總括而言,店舖就無咩裝修架啦,你想舒舒服服慢慢坐著嚟嘆嘅話呢度就唔啱你喇,不過食物質素由前菜到甜品我哋都十分滿意。最緊要係老闆娘同廚師都好有心思!Fusion嘅Omakase唔係咁容易搵到,$1000埋單有咁既食物質素,下次一定會再試!有待改善嘅係水同茶嘅質素,茶好似太濃,水好似有啲怪味,可能我太挑剔啦哈哈因為本人覺得好嘅Omakase都要有靚嘅茶去配合先完美嘅~~~ continue reading

一直唔敢試omakase, 覺得唔抵,見一休個price range 咁大(i.e. $180 /person up),一於試下$400,有驚喜,食物新鮮質素高,大大件,好抵食!有生蠔,海膽,帶子,海鮮牛肉火鍋,最後一個congee ,加個cheese cake 甜品,正!所有朋友都好滿意,物超所值,$400真係好難食到咁高質!👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading
