很久沒有吃韓菜了,就試試這店。月前的周日的下午來到,沒有訂位,來到時只得區區兩檯客,有點嚇一跳。加上見到一排排「88蚊任食」的擺設,真係想一走了之。可幸拿個餐牌來看,見還似樣,就選個靠窗的位置坐下來。不想吃石頭飯,不見爐,也不好吃烤肉,就要了個韓式香腸魷魚烏冬年糕窩及炆牛肋骨。先來幾碟前菜,分別是泡菜、漬黑豆、芽菜、A菜及甜薯仔。先吃泡菜,不差,不算很辣,欠點鮮味,但也應該是自家製的吧。黑豆味道最好,有點咬口也鹹鹹香香的,作為下酒菜真一流。甜薯也不錯,如果可以做得腍身一點就更甜美入味。經理的服務超好,見我們很快將前菜吃清,也連忙自動幫我們追加一份,一讚;年糕窩上檯,用一個氣體爐熱著的,經理來幫我們將其拌勻,滾了一會就有個熱辣辣的窩可以吃了。配料十分豐富,最多的是香腸,我沒有什麼興趣,年糕煙煙韌韌的,配上辣湯底,更美味;烏冬有點過腍,如果可以整得煙韌一點,會生色不少。這個窩只賣一百三十幾蚊,二人份量的,幾相宜,味道也不差的;炆牛肋骨也有水準,味道很甜美,肋骨肉肥廋相間,肥的部份甘美豐腴,廋的部份也炆得腍,一點不韌。,可惜同煮的栗子、紅白蘿蔔都不夠腍,還可以火侯足一點。汁醬用來下飯就最好,

先來幾碟前菜,分別是泡菜、漬黑豆、芽菜、A菜及甜薯仔。先吃泡菜,不差,不算很辣,欠點鮮味,但也應該是自家製的吧。黑豆味道最好,有點咬口也鹹鹹香香的,作為下酒菜真一流。甜薯也不錯,如果可以做得腍身一點就更甜美入味。經理的服務超好,見我們很快將前菜吃清,也連忙自動幫我們追加一份,一讚;

年糕窩上檯,用一個氣體爐熱著的,經理來幫我們將其拌勻,滾了一會就有個熱辣辣的窩可以吃了。配料十分豐富,最多的是香腸,我沒有什麼興趣,年糕煙煙韌韌的,配上辣湯底,更美味;烏冬有點過腍,如果可以整得煙韌一點,會生色不少。這個窩只賣一百三十幾蚊,二人份量的,幾相宜,味道也不差的;

炆牛肋骨也有水準,味道很甜美,肋骨肉肥廋相間,肥的部份甘美豐腴,廋的部份也炆得腍,一點不韌。,可惜同煮的栗子、紅白蘿蔔都不夠腍,還可以火侯足一點。汁醬用來下飯就最好,我也罕有的添了飯。

談起這裡的韓式米飯也很對口味,粒粒飽滿又晶瑩,煮得軟熟,用辣湯式牛肋骨汁來撈也很好吃。這裡標榜是「沒有添加味精,傳統地道韓國家鄉風味」,雖然不能說是完全正確,至少吃韓菜沒有吃到味精,也有點令人難以置信,至少韓式辣醬也有一點點吧。但吃完之後,又真的是不太口渴的,不錯。

服務很好,周到又有禮貌,值得一讚的。

埋單三百有找,以吃韓菜而言,是便宜的了,也可以一試的。
前菜,最好是黑豆

是日呢餐係同朋友一齊慶祝既,佢話點都要食多一餐金先生韓燒啵,所以又去食啦。不過,今次食既野就梗係唔同啦,我地今次成7個人啵! 有人生日就一定飲返少少啦A 我地有蘋果燒酒、有一個好似係燒豬肋骨(其實我都唔係好記得啦)、炒粉絲、兩個石頭鍋飯、炸醬麵、韮菜煎餅、燒魷魚,真係好豐富架,我仲知朋友想食Carmarel Crunch cake,所以一早就定左個蛋糕啦。酒就幾時都好飲架啦;個肋骨燒得好食,不過佢個附送既沙律就仲好味。石頭鍋飯我就鐘意名門果個,因為味道濃一d。韮菜煎餅好食呀,不過我爭唔到呢,都係食左一件即。炸醬麵上次食左啦,今次就留返俾朋友們食啦。燒魷魚都好食,不過少左d即。個蛋糕就真係巨型啦,呢餐真係飽到捧住個肚。個蛋糕就梗係有剩啦,朋友最後帶左返屋企同老公一齊再食。

呢排真係凍到人都癲,日日都要著到好似隻糉咁出街。呢一晚同個好朋友出黎食飯見下面(因為我地都成兩個月無見,而且我都好耐無出過去食過好野),我地係嚴寒之下去左食韓式晚餐。原來金先生都已經開業左一年啦,不過夜晚好少人去,我地一路食一路驚佢會執笠。佢係一間韓式食肆不過係無燒烤食,可能係呢個原因所以少人去幫襯囉。個老闆娘好好人架,前菜有好多選擇,而且你食晒只要你想食開聲就可以免費添加,仲要檯檯都有少少唔同添。由於得兩個人,我地叫左少少野即–一個柚子沙律、韓式炸醬麵同埋金先生特式鍋。至於飲品呢我地就要左一個菠蘿燒酒。個沙律唔係好似泰式咁,拆晒d柚子肉出黎就算,佢係個汁到都加左柚子汁所以就算係食菜都有好勁既柚子味。朋友睇左【茶煲阿四】所以話一定要食炸醬麵,不過我個人覺得似係北京食到個d炸醬麵多d,個麵豉醬真係好似。朋友話無黎味道,不過我就覺得都唔錯啵。個鍋一上我就飽左一半啦,我唔覺得我食得晒囉。有茄汁焗豆、午餐肉、公仔麵同年糕之類,不過真係好辣,後來都係要加水。朋友已經講左未來三次食飯都要係呢間,你地會遲d又見我post 呢間野出黎架啦。

因為情人節我男友話有公事忙唔得閒,所以就提前一晚食情人節飯~佢就帶左我去呢間野~上到去, 睇落環境都ok靜下,食晚飯時間都唔洗等位,坐落就有人招呼你~之但係一到點菜,就開始黎料..."唔好意思呢樣賣哂喇...""唔好意思果樣都無喎..."唉~ 嬲嬲到我就問佢,"咁呢樣有無呀?"原本落單果陣都話有,但到最後..."唔好意思啱啱無喇..."真係... 都唔係好多款食物簡,仲要呢樣又無果樣又無,我仲可以食乜呀!!!

因為情人節我男友話有公事忙唔得閒,
所以就提前一晚食情人節飯~
佢就帶左我去呢間野~
上到去, 睇落環境都ok靜下,
食晚飯時間都唔洗等位,
坐落就有人招呼你~
之但係一到點菜,
就開始黎料...
"唔好意思呢樣賣哂喇..."
"唔好意思果樣都無喎..."
唉~ 嬲嬲到我就問佢,
"咁呢樣有無呀?"
原本落單果陣都話有,
但到最後...
"唔好意思啱啱無喇..."
真係... 都唔係好多款食物簡,
仲要呢樣又無果樣又無,
我仲可以食乜呀!!!

o係外國成日都食到好正宗既各國美食,所以返香港都不停咁搵一d比較正宗既韓國野。Mr. Kim真係唔得,裝潢係好靚但係食物真係唔得。韓式燒餅仲差過茶樓d煎”薄餐”。石頭飯,普普通通啦,唔正宗但唔難食囉。因為覺得唔正宗所以都無再點菜...

o係外國成日都食到好正宗既各國美食,所以返香港都不停咁搵一d比較正宗既韓國野。

Mr. Kim真係唔得,裝潢係好靚但係食物真係唔得。

韓式燒餅仲差過茶樓d煎”薄餐”。

石頭飯,普普通通啦,唔正宗但唔難食囉。

因為覺得唔正宗所以都無再點菜...

我想講, 呢d"快速上菜"同"不停過嚟問呢問路"既行為, 令人好唔舒服...

這種沒有用心的服務, 好討厭!

My friend introduced this to me and I've tried one, and I came again second time with my hubby. The reason I came again is the good quality and service is quite good (tranditional). I have chosen 'dinner set for 2' and total is $350 before 10%, I believe the quantity enough for 3 person. But I quite satisfy this restaurant and I will come again.

星期三晚同朋友去銅鑼灣食飯,想食清D,左諗右諗,最後揀左食韓國菜。呢間金先生D裝修都唔錯,無烤爐,唔駛烏煙瘴氣,環境OK。食物都幾多選擇,有D都幾特別,我地點左金先生特色鍋(可以話係一品鍋,好多料,辣辣地,好惹味)、人蔘雞湯(雞裡面有糯米,淡淡地,幾正宗)、牛肋骨鍋(炆得好林,D汁送飯一流)、牛肉石頭飯、小食:泡菜薄餅、明太子春卷、豬肉雜菜卷(即係生菜包豬肉加飯焦),雖然好味,但略嫌份量太小。6個人埋單六百幾,都算合理。其實韓國菜都唔一定要有燒烤,呢間金先生D菜式都算正宗,仲有D菜係自創,其實都幾特別,但唔算多人幫襯,可能因為香港人普遍視韓國菜為次等菜式,好多人都接受唔到佢收接近日本菜價錢啦。

我尋晚媽子生日咪出去食飯囉,去開SOGO就經到駱克道,不過真係好勁,我見佢樓下有個阿姐派緊單,一直係咁叫我上去,咁見佢咁落力咪上囉,一上到去就見幾有FEEL,個場黑黑地但D椅子就金既,幾得意,咁我坐左陣唔知食咩咪叫個WAITER黎介紹啦,佢叫我試下個炸雞話係新野黎呀,仲有肉眼扒同餃子年糕鍋,咁我又想食D SPICY野,咪叫左個SUPER SPICY既---鳳爪囉,心諗住韓國人咁食得SPICY咪叫黎一試呀.D野黎到,我見係肉眼先黎,佢有一個好似係麻油鹽既汁,一試又幾正呀,個炸雞又幾甜幾好,之後黎個鍋幾好.個湯好香口,而且1佢仲可以整其他材料去食,之後就係我最想食既SUPER SPICY呀,嘩,真係好SPICY,食到喊咁樣,但又真係好正,佢係有個種食小小,明知SPICY都要去食既.講下SERVICE,個個都幾斯文,我見佢到咁多野做周圍走但一到客人到就好有笑容,幾好呀.我一家4口去食咁多野都係500...仲唔平呀...SERVICE又好...下次一定去多次

我今日去銅鑼灣行開街...有個阿姐好熱情咁俾傳單我...一睇點知係金先生...我記得我上次去過呀...個到都普通啦...但我女朋友話想試下...咪又去囉...一入到去...發覺裝修唔同左...除左一般咁金之外...D WAITER都唔同左呀...個個都好有禮貌打個招呼...D 服務仲好左好多...可能唔同左人啦...個場真係比我上一次旺左好多啦...咁我一坐低...見餐單都唔同左...咁我叫左咩呢...都係佢地最出名既...照燒牛肋骨啦...我見佢真係好左...以前佢一塊...家陣俾兩塊...仲叫左個<海鮮雜錦鍋>~個湯好鮮甜呀材料十足,上次我冇試啦...今次一於試下韓國出名<人蔘雞湯>啦.一試之下食得出佢同我係韓國食既一樣,入面包左糯米,味道清淡,佢地就話正常既...因為可以自己用海鹽調味(個個人口味唔同).今次我同女朋友黎食我覺得真係好左好多...D WAITER幾好態度會有傾有講...食品都改變左(可能係我地香港人心中,韓國菜就係韓燒啦,但去咁多間之後,我覺得依間真係正宗囉..)

都係佢地最出名既...照燒牛肋骨啦...我見佢真係好左...以前佢一塊...家陣俾兩塊...仲叫左個<海鮮雜錦鍋>~個湯好鮮甜呀材料十足,上次我冇試啦...今次一於試下韓國出名<人蔘雞湯>啦.一試之下食得出佢同我係韓國食既一樣,入面包左糯米,味道清淡,佢地就話正常既...因為可以自己用海鹽調味(個個人口味唔同).

平時去開呢到吃定食(午餐)都唔錯,仲要係買二送一,所以就諗住星期六個自助餐都應該唔錯,但係除了食物款式少,食物又凍之外,其服務態度簡直超差,明明係超小人,但係都要叫人嚟先識加水、收碟!$88(未計加一)一位就真係唔值得!我係短期內一定唔會再去!!!!

**是我嚐過最不值及難吃的韓國料理**它賣的是homemade韓式料理+不加味精+韓國廚師主理order:燒牛肋骨$140(只得一條)、人參雞湯$120(比一包即食的好少許)、海鮮雜錦薄餅$48(兩塊比旺旺大少許的薄餅+少許八爪魚) 相比起傳統的韓國料理店,比起來份量算少!2人=$360~錢多也不要來吃哦~我也不想浪費時間~為此店長篇大論~總之以後不會再光顧~
