聞說這裡即將結束營業,感覺有點可惜,因為又少了一所別具特色的食店。尤其在我時常出沒的地方,大多是連鎖食店,「倒模」一樣,對喜歡吃的我來說,真是悶也悶死了。而這裡最特別的,莫過於中山甜薄罉。輕輕煎香的薄餅,再包著花生、椰絲,甜甜的非常好吃,絶對值得一試。

記錯左佢係間上海食店,所以坐低就搵小籠包一定要試試,當叫了食物後先人齊,到這個時候我先發現原來這是間廣東酒樓,不過錯有錯著這間酒樓食物即整食材新鮮,選擇都算多可惜當日身體有小小不適,下次再試吸引的小菜見到隔離枱食物好吸引價錢又抵

雖然點心的潮流近年已遍佈酒樓與點心店, 但因成本和租金問題, 相對地大部分食肆選擇於食材上開刀, 節省成本。可惜, 花了時間, 花了人力, 花了食材, 卻加了味精、雞粉、鬆肉粉、發粉。。。顧客吃到的, 只是一件虛殼。由於我的愛人鍾情於麻蓉包, 一款傳統但於香港變得罕見的點心, 踏破香港, 於天水圍Albert Yip 驚喜找到。 (如果唔認識滿庭芳, 其實他們曾經在網上成名一時, 就是當年的Albert Yip 事件, 所以我不以為意地將此酒樓名記為Albert Yip。) 因此這兩年都經常光顧。 此店點心種類繁多, 大多值得一讚。 包點方面, 包皮煙韌,質量十足, 絕非偷工減料的發粉空氣澀口包皮, 而麻蓉包餡料則幼滑兼充滿原粒芝麻, 雙重口感。 最近推出雙色芋蓉包, 外表內涵兼備,不失驚喜。 個人很喜歡吃腸粉, 對上一次吃到好食的, 諷刺地不是在香港,反而是在6年前於英國, 由一對夫妻檔點心師傅手藝上吃到, 可惜自從他倆回中國家鄉後, 從此失去聯絡。當在Albert Yip吃到皮滑彈牙的叉燒腸時, 美味的回憶不禁在腦海中湧現。燒賣用的是切肉,鮮蝦和香菇,彈牙又鮮味,實屬難得。總括而

埋單個陣,平到嚇親。一般我咁叫法係出面無4、5百都落唔到樓。係呢間酒店嘅中餐竟然4個人平均每個6x蚊走得,真係平到嚇左嚇。個侍應仲幫我簽埋泊車,又慳幾十。下次經開呢頭一定會再黎。請呢度啲親戚食飯唔使再車啲老人家山長水遠出尖咀了。

好耐無一早去飲早茶了出奇地發現依家飲茶唔洗等位既咩?!熬辣辣盪咀得很可惜粉皮有點厚裡面既菠菜都幾油膩煎得好香脆芋頭是一條條分明不過好生水味!!有五款點心各一叉燒包、蝦餃、粉果、菠菜餃同燒賣菠菜餃重複了!! 早知道就唔要啦。。。無咩味又唔太油膩小妹比較鍾意呢type 既炒米粉豐富餡料但滑雞是鬆散的點心質素變差難怪連星期六都唔洗等位lu....

這個係大排檔取的,15元,好多料呀,好多豬肚,腐竹,咸菜,好入味,個湯好重胡椒味,正呀,咸菜唔好淋晒仲好爽口架,豬肚及腐竹都係唔會煮到過火,我好鍾意那個胡椒的味道,好香及暖胃的呀.

生煎菜肉飽
這個煎到金黃色,出面個飽軟淋淋,入面d肉雖然冇汁,但係好鬆軟唔似人地那些好實好硬的,我地還叫左兩次的呀.

椒鹽九肚魚
這個顏色較深色,個樣好似麻麻地吸引,但係一咬落去好熱架,入面d九肚魚好滑好香魚味,雖然個樣麻麻地,不過好味喎.

蘿蔔絲酥餅
這個看似唔夠大個,人地果d係圓圓地好多蘿蔔絲的,這個個賣相就好似廋左d,不過一夾開好鬆化呀,一夾就夾得開,雖然唔夠熱,但係都好好味,好香口及出面層酥皮真的一絲絲的.

豉汁蒸鳯爪
熱辣辣好味,唔會過咸,味道啱啱好,唔會好多醬及好結,鳯爪又唔會好硬,調較得好好呀.

南乳炆豬手
這個賣相都好吸引,顏色好靚的呀,豬手有兩大件,雖然唔係炆得好淋身,不過好爽口及好香南乳味道,飲茶都好少會叫及有得叫,所以都係諗住一試呀,好彩都沒有失望呀.

雞扎
兩大件,入面有好大件芋頭,好淋身的,火腿,雞肉及魚肚,出面層腐竹個顏色唔會好深色,唔會蒸到過晒火,好味呀,

蟹子燒賣皇
這個則同個點心紙既圖有d出入啦,個圖畫係好靚的,但係實物其實都係普通燒賣,不過味道都幾好,唔會好多肥豬肉及好硬好實,都好多蝦及好d豬肉都好鬆軟,好味呀

紫米露
特價5元好抵,雖然係普通的細碗仔,但係勁多料,好多芋頭及紫米的呀,味道都好好,啱啱好唔會太甜,芋頭都煲到好淋身好粉身的呀,好味道

紅棗糕
這個係蒸上的,賣相非常通透,好似透明咁,因我唔太鍾意食紅棗,所以都試左少少炸,都有紅棗味的,熱辣辣軟淋淋,好味的.

這裏的點心全部熱辣辣,味道都好有水準,服務都好好的呀,價錢又抵喎,雖然係遠左少少,有機會會再嚟食呀.

其實間唔中都有去e間食晚飯.見有唔差喎咪帶埋屋企人嚟試吓啦.咁岩爸爸生日就早一日訂枱&訂菜.6個人訂半席食曪(唔駛諗食咩咁煩)去到見個帶位本訂位order明明有寫我訂咩菜,但到上菜嗰時經理先話冇人落個order我哋食咩!想話佢之時個經理立即幫我落單話即刻上菜比我.見佢咁有成意就信佢等等~~~真係好快就上菜喎.基本上菜同服務都唔差,仲同個經理有2咀潻.哈~~~最後食埋個生日蛋糕真係個個都抱住個肚走.開心一晚就留係心中啦^^

基本上菜同服務都唔差,仲同個經理有2咀潻.哈~~~
最後食埋個生日蛋糕真係個個都抱住個肚走.開心一晚就留係心中啦^^

Today, I went there with my family. We arrived at about 6:30pm. We asked for a table for 6, but the waitress gave us a table for 4 (there were many bigger tables and not many people were there). When we asked again for a table for 6, they had a very bad attitude against us, Then we left, and I promise my family we will not go there again.

5 person arrived at around 8pm. almost full & not many choice for table. a lot of ppl having hot pot meal & temperature of the restaurant was hot but spacious between tables.we ordered 4 dishes咕嚕肉 - a bit too sour上湯菜心 - fair欖菜肉鬆四季豆 - good燒鵝 (半隻) - taste good, not to fat陳皮紅豆沙 - free, taste okservice - just fair but they finally got us a fan to improve ventilation

欖菜肉鬆四季豆 - good
燒鵝 (半隻) - taste good, not to fat
陳皮紅豆沙 - free, taste ok

特 蝦餃皇: 蝦肉都很鮮甜味美, 用料新鮮, 很爽脆. 皮也夠煙靭,
大 四寶滑雞札: 可惜的是沒有棉花, 只有餐肉, 雞肉和冬菇, 略嫌美中不足.
中 流沙奶皇飽: 名不符實的奶皇飽, 沙並不是流的, 是乾的, 何解還叫做流沙奶皇飽?? 根本不配這個名字! 要數流沙奶皇飽, 個人還是喜歡葵興花園酒家, 那裡的流沙奶皇飽是全港數一數二的
椒鹽雞軟骨: 實在太咸, 雞軟骨也不脆, 剛炸出來還沒有封乾便上菜了, 有點兒那個, 用來佐酒還好, 但飲茶吃的話就不能了
大 小籠包: 皮厚, 非常厚, 而且有點硬, 很難咬開. 咬開後湯也很少, 沒有內裡的一半份量. 豬肉, 還算可以.
中 豉汁蒸鳳爪: 略嫌咸了一點, 汁也過份濃了一點. 肉容易離骨, 不難咬.
大 蒸叉燒腸: 沒有蒸得過久或過短時間的情況, 蝦仁還保持爽口的狀態
冷氣也略嫌不足, 有點焗促.
