今日同友人搭電車捉小精靈,到終站筲箕灣下車,難得來到,便周圍閒逛。走著走著,突然飄來一股雞蛋香,當聞到誘人味道,便不斷向前尋找。看到一群人聚集在小店<低調高手大街小食>前,羊群心理下,也心思思買一底雞蛋仔試下。雞蛋仔和格仔餅一底$16,2底$30元,令人有意欲各買一底。付錢後,店員會給你一張籌,等叫number,食客便不用全部擠擁在店前。看到Poster標榜著正宗雞蛋仔,我內心也有點期待它的味道。等了大約5分鐘,新鮮熱辣的雞蛋仔終於到手了! 手中拿著很熱燙的感覺,我拿近鼻子聞一聞,真的蛋香迫人! 我也欣賞雞蛋仔的外袋設計,一個個的透氣孔,可怕防止水蒸氣影響到雞蛋仔脆身的口感,十分貼心! 捏一口雞蛋仔,口感外脆內軟,而且內餡很豐富,絕對不是只有外皮薄脆那一種。內餡軟腍而富空氣感,蛋味濃郁,也有牛油香味,我也明白為何有這樣多捧場客。邊走著,邊捏著粒粒雞蛋仔,是最滋味不過的! 如果店中有多一兩種特別口味的雞蛋仔選擇更正。 continue reading

今日係港島遊, 去完柱赤, 去完康怡 AEON, 最後一站黎到筲箕灣東大街搵食!老公話佢之前黎筲箕灣做野時, 成日食佢既雞蛋仔, 話好好味, 今日我地楝左食夾餅試下...佢地個位子真係幾抵調, 係啲橫街入面, 不過一望就望到好多人係度等緊....所以想低調都好難.....哈!落ORDER 時, 亞姐會問你分唔分, 就可以方便兩個人SHARE 食, 平時我地出去出面食夾餅, 一定要叫佢地多醬多奶, 因為出面個啲擦好少, 哩度我地第一次食夾餅, 所以乜都冇講, 睇下佢會點俾先, 嘩, 一攞上手, 正呀, 唔使叫都已經係多醬多奶, 食夾餅最緊要就係多醬多奶, 哩點已經取勝, 個餅焗得好夠軟身, 唔會過晒龍-硬晒....下次再黎東大街, 一定會再幫襯! continue reading

9月27日, 諗起雞蛋仔, 我地都會想起細細個在街上看見的炭爐車仔, 一底一底咁烘出熱辣辣嘅雞蛋仔, 有炭燒味又有豐富蛋味~ 但隨住呢D小食入咗舖, 水準就好似冇以前咁好. 但近年又掘起番雞蛋仔風, 唔單止傳統雞蛋仔味, 仲加入唔同其他味道, 甚至加埋雪糕變成中西式fusion甜品, 好唔好味就見仁見智. 我地都係鐘意傳統雞蛋仔多d, 今日經過筲箕灣, 知道呢頭有間好出名嘅雞蛋仔店, 我地就買咗一底食~:::  ::: $14叫咗雞蛋仔後都要等大概5分鐘先有, 熱辣辣不能即刻食~ 要說味道唔算太特別, 但係脆卜卜嘅口感, 加上雞蛋仔裡面都足料, 包住成粒都食到蛋, 唔會齋空氣~ 可以話粒粒都夠料唔留手, 應該係佢受大讚嘅原因~呢店嘅蛋仔都食得過, 之不過好似以前細個食嘅雞蛋仔滋味d~ continue reading
