舊式齋舖,咁多年都冇裝修,餐廳很殘舊,客人大多數上咗年紀。餐廳選擇很多,不同種類都有,連打邊爐也有,還有水果,糖水任食。食物質素不錯,像真度很高,我們點了乳豬,口感和真的乳豬沒有大分別。錦鹵雲吞,份量充足,比傳統酒樓更多,很有小時後的感覺。豆豉蒸魚,味道濃郁,個汁好好味,可以用來送飯。炒粉麵飯,份量也很多,一份可以供4-5人。食物整體質素不錯,但味精比較多,食完好口渴,餐廳環境比較舊,感覺不太舒服,其他大致上都OK。 continue reading

打邊爐係冬天少不了既活動,個個打邊爐都話要食肥牛,聽到素食邊爐就以為得菜會好dry,但其實素食邊爐一啲都唔dry,而且仲好正添!素食火窩有四款湯底,我地揀左鴛鴦湯底,一邊係清湯,一邊係沙嗲。落單前問左阿姐沙嗲湯底有冇蛋奶,佢話啲師傅都係咁食,咁應該即係冇蛋奶啦!火窩料可以散叫,但如果唔想用腦就可以叫什錦火窩,乜都有啲。我地又問多次阿姐啲火窩料有冇蛋奶,佢話得個素雞柳有蛋奶,可以幫我地換第啲料,好貼心。我地叫左一個大既什錦火窩,真係好大盤!素料啦、菜呀、菇同好多豆腐。唔鐘意食素料既可以考慮散叫。另外仲叫左個好多人都推薦既炸水餃,就咁食又得,放落湯當響鈴咁食都仲得。除左打邊爐,萬寶仲有任食生果,當晚既生果有木瓜、梨同蕃石榴。負責既叔叔成晚不停手咁去切生,唔洗擔心啲生果唔新鮮,啲姐姐仲係咁提我地去拎黎食,好貼心呀。萬寶既裝修係舊啲同老土左啲,坐亦未必坐得好舒服,但味道同服務都令人好想再黎encore! continue reading

一間10分懷舊嘅齋菜,我讀大學補習嘅時候已經嚟呢間野買齋春卷食,有時仲會買盒齋滷味返屋企。菜式價錢一啲都唔平,一樣有茶介加一服務費!而且裝修殘舊,清潔狀態一般。大嘅齋滷味,味道比以前退步了一點,齋鴨腎OK好味。五柳仙班味道酸酸甜甜幾開胃,芋頭魚炸得唔夠酥脆。加上醬汁螢光的顏色⋯⋯豉汁鰻魚豆腐煲,食齋其中一個趣味就係無論你睇過名寫乜嘢你都係食緊齋素數鰻魚味道一點也不會像鰻魚。還有喜歡食乾燒伊麵,材料夠經典。最欣賞係老闆切生果放題,仲有幾款可以選擇。雖然唔理想但可以接受!繼續努力 continue reading

之前因爲有朋友唔太食肉類,所以食飯都要諗過去邊,呢間位於油麻地同旺角中間嘅素食館,就算係唔錯嘅選擇。雖然門面唔係話好光鮮,但係坐落都唔會話感覺太差,野食方面都多元化,雖然用料都係個啲,主要都係豆類製品當肉類咁煮,不過都唔差,今次食左芋頭魚、沙薑素雞、炒三絲等等,重點佢有一味素魚生,就咁食落其實無咩味道,但一同豉油一齊食,又真係幾似魚生喎衰鬼。值得一試。另外就係,晚市食夠人均60蚊就可以食佢地嘅生果放題,有咩生果就視乎老細切緊咩生果而定,仲有涼粉同紅豆沙任食,都幾特別。 continue reading

A walk back into 1980s HK.. Might be the huge pile of cassette tapes displayed outside. But it also sells a veg old school dish too. One of the few vegetarian places in HK which still make the old-school dry beancurd sheet rolls. From $15 you can get a take away assortment of the gluten mock meats from the stall downstairs. These aren't the loose ones you get at dim sum. This is a proper back in the day vegatarian favourite. Only a few places in HK still do these... Everything else? Yep, yummy! continue reading
