家裡xmas party的甜品,選定為Luna Cake的原味芝士蛋糕,派對前一天先去買回家雪藏!店的地點蠻不就腳,雖然在銅鑼灣,卻是最外圍的邊緣,而且還要走行人天橋過去!附近也沒什麼值得順道去的點,可說是要去Luna Cake就一定是要特地去的了!店的入口放了Tea Set牌子,可是我想,除非有一天真的感覺很想遠離繁囂靜一靜,不然應該不會為了吃這一件cake而特地到這個銅鑼灣店!由於從沒嚐過Luna Cake的蛋糕,我讓店員給我試吃一下,她說現在試吃的只提供原味和咖啡口味備長炭燒咖啡芝士蛋糕(試吃)咖啡味道相然突出與討好,但真的完全吃不出有芝士味,成了味道不錯卻沒特色的蛋糕(i.e.想要吃咖啡蛋糕的話,也不用特地跑來你這個店買啦!)帶回家後,放冰格保存(最多可保存1個月),到第二天要吃前轉入雪櫃下格解凍5小時原味芝士蛋糕($168 5吋)芝士味香濃幼滑,我們吃的是解凍五小時的效果,吃時中心部份還沒完全解凍,會有一點冰沙feel(所謂的雪糕質感),我們不是太喜歡,大家一致覺得還是幼滑芝士蛋糕的口感最好!原個買的話,切開每件大概$21元,不貴,可以列入派對甜品之選! continue reading

最近有好多蛋糕食,呢間一直都想試下,不過覺得好貴,但咁岩見到有得團購,價錢平宜,所以買黎試下。取蛋糕需要三日前打電話去預訂,到取蛋糕當日一進入店鋪,已有服務員招待,還有供「原味芝士蛋糕」試食,店員還會講解蛋糕解凍食法,服務不錯。這是外盒,包裝精美。內裡還有一張紙包著蛋糕,衛生程度不錯。未享用時要放冰箱上層,當要進食時放下層解凍,我就解凍了2-3小時,食落去有芒果味,芝士味濃郁,口感似雪糕,味道一點也沒有失望,令我更想試其他口味。一個蛋糕5吋闊,分成四份,吃下一份感覺都飽,不過真係好好味,比起很多店鋪的芝士蛋糕,這間味道不錯!!!喜歡吃芝士蛋糕的朋友不防買一小件來試食還有一張卡講解解凍程度的進食口感。 continue reading
