難得可以單獨同細佬來飲茶吖,以前都係一家大細一齊來嘅,今次我地兩個靜雞雞來歎下早茶,更難得嘅系禮拜六嘅八點我竟然唔使等位真係太lucky喇!蓮香樓作為一家老字號D嘢一如既往嘅有水準,蛋黃蓮蓉包好正,我鐘意嘅鹹蛋黃同甜甜嘅豆沙融為一體,甜鹹啱啱好!豉汁排骨肥肥D,豉汁味好入味,細佬鐘意到爆吖。仲有糯米雞都係佢心頭好吖,糯米嘅香,荷葉嘅香,雞肉嘅香,仲有腸仔同香菇。。所有的香味加埋一齊真係口水都流吖。我最中意豬潤了,豬潤腸真係食過返尋味吖,腸粉皮薄又有點韌韌地,加上豬潤嘅嫩滑,正!馬拉糕我唔系幾鐘意,不過都夠曬鬆軟,奶味十足,仲有好多好像嘢都未食倒就飽曬喇,睇來下次要繼續加油先得 continue reading

今晚老爺CALL食飯, 話去蓮香樓, 家人舉腳贊成, 呢間都有成百年歷史既既中菜館, 原來媽媽稱佢未去過, 好啦, 等小妹帶佢去見識下啦~老爺係常客, 一坐底 (我同男友遲來) 就已經留哂餸, 因為會賣哂架. 呢度今晚都滿, 連老外都識黎喎.識食就緊係要食八寶鴨啦, 好有家鄉味, 第二度真係食唔到八寶鴨裡面好足料, 有我最LIKE既蛋黃, 荳蓉, 蓮子等, 當然仲有鴨肉啦, 呢度炆到隻鴨連骨都食得, 真係好味呀, 食落有D似咸肉糭, 呢度菜一定要多人食, 如果唔係都幾膩架繼八寶鴨要留定之外, 另一個要預留既菜係紅燒石斑翅, 我初頭以為係去飲個D翅, 原來係咁的, 係斑背部位置, 好多肉, 魚夠新鮮, 個底仲有好多油麥菜, 索埋個魚汁, 好惹味呀~驚唔夠食再加左個蓮藕炆腩仔, 不負眾望, 腩仔肥瘦平均, 用南乳炆得夠香夠腍, 好好味!!!長輩們嚷著要食, 雞蛋焗魚腸, 坦白講, 小妹不太懂欣賞, 呢砵野用左魚腸, 魚膶加蛋一齊焗, 一聽就知勁腥, 我沽且試一口, 唔得, 要勁落糊椒粉, 我睇佢地咁鐘意食都係因為有佢地"那些年"的味道, Well, I am out~黎到無理由唔試下呢度既馬拉糕啦, 食落夠香夠鬆軟, 不過真係太飽了, 只叫了一舊6個人分送的紅豆沙, 唔太甜, 夠多料, 不過我覺得果皮味不夠埋單先每人$140, 去邊度搵呀??? continue reading

一到週末某人就會吵著要嚟蓮香樓,個個星期都咁嘈著我,太煩啦。。。位於中環惠靈頓街附近,店鋪本身唔遠,不過行起身都幾攰。朝早8點到,等咗10分鐘就有位啦。都係公公婆婆過嚟飲早茶嘅多。蝦餃可以話系最具人氣嘅點心,皮薄蝦夠厚,一啖要落去真係好滿足。馬拉糕好大一舊,內餡有少少肥肉,個人真係好唔鐘意食到少少肥豬肉,見到都會覺得反胃··蒸排骨口感軟軟地,肥瘦啱啱好,而且用雞汁淋過蒸嘅,味道有滲入去。牛肉燒賣口感彈牙。 continue reading
