第一次朝聖(在門口等足20分鐘左右)算少人等位嘩!!!!!牛肉餅外觀不花巧,外皮煎得好靚(焦黄金色)咬開(皮好脆,好香口)肉汁彈出(好多好多肉汁)牛肉好嫩口,肉汁好香濃,似牛肉湯,而且熱辣辣(即煎的效果)肉好大塊,皮好薄身,每個牛肉餅都滿滿肉汁,師傅煎功出色,上枱(牛肉餅皮無穿)但我筷子一夾,漏曬d肉汁出來,食完後,想多食幾個值得等位再食!點左酸辣湯(细碗)2個人分享(最好),细😮都算大碗味道方面,好重胡椒味(好香口)酸味少左d,辣不算特辣(湯好足料,多肉絲,冬菇絲,筍絲,好濃)整體好飲(但不似酸辣湯),少左d酸和辣味三絲拉皮牛肉絲,雞絲,青瓜絲,牛肚絲,红蘿蔔絲……粉皮(粉皮好薄身,口感好滑)花生麻醬入味(味道好香口,不會太鹹,整體好惹味)牛肉鍋贴外表煎得香脆(每隻煎行金黃色),好香脆咬了一口,肉汁流出,牛肉好嫩好甜,配上濃郁的肉汁和金黄的外皮,好香好可口整體食物味道偏濃味,不用再加任何調味料,已經好好味p.S.多人食,也有套餐選擇環境方面,少人一定要搭枱(全部是大圓枱設計)想唔搭枱(很難,因為都好多人等位) continue reading

在網路上看到很多人推薦這家餐廳的咖哩牛腩,所以和朋友一起來嘗鮮。我們大約是中午12點之前到的,馬上就有位子,上菜速度也很快!咖哩牛腩口味偏重又有點辣(我比較不吃辣),但是牛腩和咖哩一起煮得很入味,所以入口即化,很好吃,配在咖哩裡面的馬鈴薯也很好吃!!!朋友點的是宮保雞丁,再另外配一碗白飯,宮保雞丁也不錯吃,腰果很多! continue reading
