只有文字,沒有相片。掙扎咗一段時間,諗緊好唔好寫呢個食評(因為比喊)話哂呢度曾經係我喜歡食中菜的地方,經常來飲茶亦食過多次晚飯。屈指一算,晚飯對上一次應該約兩三個月前左右。今次媽媽生日,佢貪方便又唔想煩,提議來返呢度食餐飯。今次其實都係ORDER 返平時食開嘅菜式,先發現唔知做乜鬼退步神速。長話短說,以下是各方面的summary:小洋甘菊茶: 飲咗一啖,發生乜嘢事? 再聞下有陣押押地的怪味,即時叫其他人飲下睇下係唔係自己問題,佢地都同意有啲怪味,於是即叫換返正常中國茶比我地。(本來佢仲想話啲味係咁,但我地強調飲過多次好明顯唔係咁既味,最後佢都幫我地cancel)焗響螺: 以前食過幾次。今次一放低已發覺size縮哂水。釀落去既螺殼由以前螺「爸爸」變咗螺「仔仔」。釀的螺蓉仲要係兩三啖(用佢的小茶匙仔)食完!個螺殻都細啦,佢仲要塞咗舊西蘭花喺入面,基本上啲螺蓉係薄薄咁抺咗少少喺個面到而已。差!差!差!其他啲小菜有素鵝,帶子兩食(炸同炒)等。味道正常,但都係一樣,食物似乎薄咗細咗,但未至於個螺咁過份。明白物價指數上升,但作為酒店內的餐廳,唔可以將貨就價。我自己就寧願餐廳加價比返啲有素質的食物比顧客。寫呢篇食評,希望海逸軒作出檢討與改善。暫時唔會再來晚餐了。 continue reading

同親戚食飯總會來到這里首先叫左個炆水魚煲 其實係我生平第一次食水魚 質感有d似豬手 同樣係有豐富骨膠原但比豬手更滑溜一点 感覺係用了長時間炆製 所以係非常之入味 個汁亦非常濃郁另外叫左道屈鯉魚 應該是母魚 因為係有勁多魚春 食洛又唔鞋 啖啖肉添 continue reading

本来是和女朋友一家吃饭,结果从头到尾气到死。四个人给的桌子很小,上菜速度真是快。刚刚上一分钟凉菜结果就把所有热菜端出来,要我们把凉菜给每个人分了。就像命令一样,结果凉菜没吃就打包了。热菜也摆不下台,烤鸭上来都是凉的。让他们慢点上菜说不可以!由于满桌子都是菜,让服务员帮忙倒一下茶,服务员说你自己不会倒啊!天啊!要的高汤燕窝最后当甜品上!要不是女朋友在,我真的会让他们后悔死。不要再来了。 continue reading
