To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 牛角相信都係一家供應好好食嘅韓燒的餐廳,除咗啲嘢食非常高質,而且仲有好多種類可以選擇~首先,他們的烤肉真係好好食,好鍾意食佢哋嘅和牛🐄肉質鮮嫩多汁,個人認為叫佢嘅拼盤會抵食啲,因為有唔同嘅種類可以是,而且都算多。同埋佢仲會有各種唔同既調味,可以滿足各種口味。另外佢哋嘅配菜都好豐富,通常我自己都會叫泡菜、燒菠蘿、雞髀菇等等,每個配菜都好味😋最後就係出晒名嘅牛角飯🍙配上溫泉蛋同埋紫菜,冇一間燒烤餐廳可以做到嘅好食,真係牛角先有嘅必叫食品‼️ continue reading

如果人生四大美事要添一項,「有得食燒肉」絕對係首選。點餐個陣,我望住個屏風,突然諗起東邪西毒,呢度無得點醉生夢死酒,但有得食燒肉就已經令我醉生夢死啦。我唔係慕容燕或者慕容嫣,呢度無湖面俾我練劍,但有個烤網俾我用鉗,佢個外號係東方不敗,我又何嘗唔係有個外號叫燒肉不敗呀。午飯定食可以選三味,我一於高中低價位各揀一碟。78蚊嘅肩脊肉,嫰下Tiger,好食到Error;52蚊四片牛舌,牛舌我期望厚過姜濤,點知呢舖做神徒,因為佢喺薄切嘅,但理得佢姜濤定Anson Lo,一於放入自己肚。姐姐腦中充滿鏡仔,食到以為自己回春,唔識死點左個雞肝,幾十歲人今舖真係食到膽固醇超標。我唔係叉燒炳,燒味店個d外脆內軟先係王道,所以下次都係唔好慳,點多幾件牛。呢度白飯可以無限encore,食到你變肥阿哥。肥婆就無添飯啦,但十二蚊雪糕點可以唔加,抹茶雪糕配上黑糖黃豆粉,為這餐盛宴畫上完美句號,簡直係一百分。 continue reading
