經過此店,見到好多人排隊,炭火明爐煲仔飯,見阿姐燒到唔停手,冬天多人食,可以理解,點解夏天熱辣辣,都有人排隊食,莫非真係好食到不得了(個店名改得好好),終於要嚟試試。此店位於後街,如果不熟稔此地,要睇地圖搵搵,油麻地香港傳統舊區,樓房非常殘舊,而廟街是遊客必定探訪之一,但其實這裏衛生環境就麻麻,真是不符合標準。炸蠔餅,蠔仔份量不多,人多流轉快即炸,炸粉很香口,喜歡的朋友們,必然贊賞。$40.- 兩件滑雞潤腸煲仔飯,雞肉多及算上滑溜,飯份量很多,但可惜飯未燒到有飯焦,份量一煲,夠兩個女仔都飽。鳳爪排骨煲仔飯,鳳爪唔入味,沒有鼓椒,排骨肉質都好好,但都是沒有什麼調味,唯有加些鼓油,其實試下香港特色都是一種人生。 continue reading

外國好友擾嚷著說想吃香港煲仔飯,而且還指定要去油麻地這家四季煲仔飯,說感覺很香港很地道。我自己其實從來沒試過,因為家附近也有很好吃的所以不會特地去油麻地。好吧這次奉陪到底,工作完就去吃這家四季煲仔飯。要吃地道的港式風味,環境不能太介意,這家餐廳比大排檔環境要好一點,裡面還有很大冷氣,餐具要跟本地風俗用茶水沖洗以後才放心食用(笑)。我點了排骨配臘腸煲仔飯。建議大家想好快點點,因為真的是立刻出爐所以要等20分鐘。排骨很多塊,臘腸有一整條。加上醬油很好吃,排骨不會很肥膩。有飯焦,煮得軟硬適中,非常不錯!我們還點了腐乳炒空心菜。這邊是把腐乳放在菜一旁,讓我們要多少沾多少。空心菜很爽口,是直接水煮的,感覺不會很油比較健康。帶外國朋友很適合來這邊體驗地道香港風味! continue reading
