To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行開呢頭,第一次試呢間,其實睇門面設計,已心裡有數只是一間普通食店,但看價錢表其實也不是街坊價,超過一百的食品我不會冒險選在這店試食.落order的妹妹仔正是所預料的沒禮貌,我點了「滑蛋吉列豬扒定食」「白汁煙肉烏冬」及「明太子芝士玉子燒」「滑蛋吉列豬扒定食」滑蛋不滑並出水,豬扒還可以但不夠脆,麵豉湯淡如清水,沙律菜枯黃的「白汁煙肉烏冬」這道菜反而可以,味道正常,烏冬口感煙un, 熱呼呼的送上來,感覺不錯「明太子芝士玉子燒」不過不失,明太子及芝士份量不多,芝士是不能拉絲的總括以上只稱為「可以一試」 continue reading
