即慶同朋友食dinner, 揀左朋友仔屋企附近嘅士美菲路熟食中心,夠哂方便就夠小炒皇味道ok, 金沙鮮魷都幾特別,比平時食開嘅椒鹽鮮魷多左一種咸香味反而雞煲就麻麻地喇肉質雖然算滑,但咬落無味,而且雞嘅數量好少,相比另外果幾款小菜,相差太遠喇,希望下次帶改善啦。 continue reading

原本諗住同朋友去西環熟食中心食好出名雞煲,點知原來星期三休息,所以我哋就去咗隔離鋪《煮廚》試吓佢的雞煲。重慶麻辣雞煲$118(半隻)好失望的雞煲我食第一口,發現雞肉未熟,大約5成熟同侍應反映,佢連sorry 都無講,直接比左個爐我地,叫我地再煲下隻雞!但係本身個雞煲都冇咩汁,所以我哋要求要少少雞汁我們煮返熟d雞。佢就俾咗打邊爐嘅普通湯我們倒落去,不過加左普通湯個味會不一樣!另外,本身半隻雞的份量比較少,辣味為主,沒有什麼麻味,所以覺得有點失望。金沙鮮魷 $88外皮炸得唔脆,應該要打鹹蛋落去嘅時候,火候掌握得唔好!所以成碟都好油,同好唔脆!總括來講,失望。😋味道: 2/10💸性價比:1/10🍽回頭率:1/10 continue reading

夜晚興致勃勃約朋友去食雞煲點知冇留意原來逢星期三唔開😳又費時行返去 見到隔離間鋪都幾多人食就試下本人係雞煲控,見到有雞煲當然要試下半隻$118, 1隻$218,價錢上都算平同公正一於見半隻試下先上菜個陣都好熱辣辣,不過香味唔太濃郁,份量都一般食落雞肉都還嫩口,炒得少少入味,但味道唔太濃郁同麻辣味得好少雞煲控表示好失望😢重點重點係---竟然唔熟,見到粉紅色喎個員工比個gas爐我地煮返熟😰但又唔比湯,整到差d燶,好彩我地及時強烈要湯加左湯(水)後的雞煲,真係完全唔係個回事半隻雞配上淡淡的雞煲汁送飯都還食得過諗住打下邊爐,但選擇真係好少諗住叫個菜碌下碌下但都要$68田園籃咁不如我叫個小菜食仲抵又要冇烏冬冇公仔面,打邊爐必備的😢另外叫左個小菜--金沙鮮魷 (佢推介)一黎到見到個樣都真係下左一聲個漿係薄但係好淋好淋,冇炸過的香脆而咸蛋黄份量唔多同唔香,又掛唔上係鮮魷食到一半個碟就好油同好油唯一的好就係個鮮魷整得嫩口,唔“鞋”身仲叫左個自家制竹蔗茅根水味道幾清同唔太甜不過味道唔突出總括黎講: 環境坐得舒服但滴水😢,不過食物質素好一般,雞煲仲要係生,真係失望 continue reading

想食大排檔風味,不過又唔想去附近嘅煲仔飯狂等到2046,聽聞呢度街市嘅大排檔好出名,就試試啦。叫菜之後,等左大約15-20分鐘先有菜黎。第一個係紅燒豆腐,其實,呢個係好普通嘅菜,普通嘅味道,無咩大驚喜,都無咩特別差,味道咸左小小,蠔油多左小小,過得去啦。第二係金沙鮮魷,味道十足,不過濕左啲,咬感就差左,應該係因為要快而求其左。第三係薑汁芥蘭,菜算係新鮮,不過薑汁麻麻,鑊氣普通,應該係因為用水拖得太耐,無左應該有嘅鑊味。第四係臘味糯米飯,料十足,味道中上,都因為咁多料,好難味道會差,不過都要一提,飯雖然一粒一粒,無一pat pat,但調味都係差啲啲,呢個應該係咁多之中比較好。第五係沙拉肉排,見到相都應該問,呢pat係咩黎架?正正係我見到第一眼嘅問題。咬落,肉排好可能拖油唔夠,咬落比較一pat,再者有可能因為外面嘅醬滴滴吓,真係有啲。。。。感覺麻麻,味道都普通。最後係扁豆,平常係欖菜炒,會野味好多,不過試試呢個呀。好,全部野都拖油唔夠,食落味道已經差啲,肉好油,辣椒都出唔到味,豆就普通啦,有啲味,不過都係一樣,差鑊氣。食後感: 呢度煮咩都快為主,將好多應該要做嘅野都簡化左,不過因為簡化左後就無左啲好重要嘅元素,鑊氣都唔夠,令到野食嘅味道失準,呢度食野不過不失,普普通通,好似屋企食飯嘅油膩版。順帶一提,雖然價錢比較平民,不過每碟嘅分量比較少。 continue reading
