今日忽然想食河粉所以經過入去坐低左叫左個麵。湯底都算夠味但令我有點口渴。貢丸墨魚丸應該係成品貨 但都算彈牙,味就無咩。紫菜算多。係甘熱既天氣再配支樽裝可樂真perfect. continue reading

同朋友游完水,做完運動,當然要醫肚。走到大坑,左諗右諗,都諗唔到食乜好,眼見一間又一間夠鐘閂門。行到潮民,受到熱情款代,誠意邀請我地入去試下佢地新研發既雞煲喎。咦~個雞煲堅係特別。平時只見一大堆芹菜,洋葱,大葱咁。但今次見到既係青椒同埋青瓜,新奇!青瓜同濃味既雞煲做出奇咁夾。汁味香濃,只點小辣,但威力都唔弱,麻辣味都幾平均。雞呢就切得太大件啦,大家都覺得有少少難處理。好,加湯變身火鍋,值得一提係佢用既湯唔係清湯,係有色煲過既上湯嚟,仲有好多花椒喺入面添。所以出到嚟效果唔會好明顯淡左,保持到一定既雞煲濃味。嚮鈴質素唔太突出,吸湯汁後焾得好快,咬落有少少韌,唔易斷開。墨魚滑就勁,賣相已經好好,成球雪糕咁嚟。墨魚滑堅有好濃墨魚味,超級彈牙,我相信真係可以打乒乓波果隻。呢個豚腩片又係頂呱呱。由於同行友唔食牛局住點豬肉,但真係無後悔。厚度大約係平時手切肥牛兩倍咁上下啦,少少厚身。食落口感好好,佢又有少少肥,有返啲香口。配埋雞煲個味真係好掂。餃我地點左好幾種。愛心餃其實係韮菜豬肉,雖然無乜湯汁,但真材實料,韮菜超鮮嫩。豆苗帶子餃用既係溫室豆苗,有少少失望,但佢唔老亦無草青味,其實都幾正。鹹蛋蝦雲吞,呢個真係幾特別,食落入面起晒沙,好香鹹蛋黃味。呢度啲餃隻隻都漲卜卜,又新鮮包出嚟,感覺唯一美中不足係一客有5粒,實在難分。雖然有一位同行友人唔食牛肉,但佢都好為我地設想。老細非常咁推介呢度既牛肉,但我地又真係食唔晒成碟。就戲言話不如切兩塊嚟試下,好食就下次拉隊牛魔王嚟食啦。點知老細聽到真係二話不說走去廚整左呢碟野出嚟。其實我地又唔係搲野食,成餐都有傾有講交流下飲食心得咁。講返個牛肉先,有兩種,左邊係高級本地手切,右邊係普通少少既本地手切。左邊個牛味較重,有咬口,慢慢咬落會有啲油香滲出嚟。右邊果個就焾身啲,同樣係重牛味。其實兩個都好味,有得揀都係兩個叫晒會好啲。有時出街食飯,服務同誠意真係好緊要。全餐由佢超熱情咁招呼入去,到推介有乜好食,繼而再逐樣野問我地意見,交流下佢啲食物有乜特別之處。簡單一個火鍋,有心都可以做得好互動。食餐飯,食物當然要好味,但心情都好緊要,令食客可以開開心心食完餐飯,咁先有番頭客。 continue reading

今日經過食個午餐。--蛋+芝士+免治牛飯,賣相唔錯--可惜熱度唔太足夠令片芝士溶, 所以配飯食有回怪--蛋煎得幾靚, 但唔係流心既(呢點我無所謂~)--肉醬好多根, 一粒粒我咬唔到又唔想枇吞, 唯有隔走佢服務:有禮貌既。價錢:約HKD 50-環境:店唔大,但晚上做火鍋係可以坐出面的。 continue reading
