相信係中環返開工既朋友, 都知道中環食lunch出名多人...同貴 ! 要食平既唔係冇, 但唔會係西餐 所以呢間真係好難得 ! $108 plus 10% service charge, 有appetizer, main and dessert/drink ! 最重要係有quality 的 !!! 第一次食, appetizer有3個choice 我叫左caesar salad, 唔記得左影相, 簡簡單單的, 個dressing 都唔錯, salad 當然好fresh 啦!份量唔會太多, appetizer真係岩岩好Main course, 我朋友介紹呢到既rib eye, $100 都有扒食 ! 當然食啦, 仲要係grilled ribeye steak ! 如下圖, steak size 適中, 男仔食都覺得夠, 但, 又唔會太大塊食完好heavy ! steak 叫左medium, 唯一唔好係...呢到會mix up岷唒你張台既人叫既生熟程度, 我明明叫medium就比左我frd既medium rare 我....唯一唔好既地方...同埋上菜比較慢但...steak 方面, 肉味重既, juicy既, 同肉質有咬口得黎鬆軟, grill 到外面香口得黎入面都仲keep 到好juicy 再另外上一gravy sauce , 鐘意先自己加落steak到食 side dish 都係grill 過既vegetables, 都好好食 ! vegetable好甜 Lastly...本身係有tiramisu, 不過今次轉左做peach with ice-cream ... 輕輕煎過個peach, 係罐頭果種, 所以一定甜 ! 再加埋ice-cream 都唔錯, 幾好食唔鐘意食dessert既可以叫coffee / tea 埋單$120有找, 食3 course meal , 真係好worth ar !  continue reading

與同事午餐, 她選了Cenacolo, 我們兩個都是第一次到這餐廳,看著Google map邊走邊找, 終於找到這間不太起眼的餐廳 前菜分別選了三文魚沙律及餐湯,不過不失吧! 另外有像鬆餅質感的麵包,配上醋很好吃,我們兩個把整盤吃掉! 主菜我們都選了Grilled Sirloin Steak, 因為很多店選牛扒都要另外加錢,但這間是全部同價的,很划算! 牛扒來到真的很驚喜, 表面有炭香的味道, 內裡是剛剛好如我所要求的5成熟,只是這個主菜已值回票價,牛扒下有不少烤過的蔬菜,平時少吃菜的我吃了不少 最後可以選飲品或甜品,由於趕著回公司,所以忘記拍照,吃完便匆匆離開了 這間店我絶對會再來呢!  continue reading

突然興起約朋友食飯,第一選擇是小澤。點知冇位。退而求其次,選了她旁邊的這間Cenacolo。由於裝修的關係,門面搭了棚,毫不起眼。最起眼的反而是Set lunch $108的易拉架。Insalata Mista吃厭了凱撒沙律,揀了這個意式田園沙律,生菜、芝麻菜等,以及我喜愛的紅葱,加了醋,感覺清新而微酸。最喜歡的是面頭那塊刨薄的parmesan cheese。任何野加了芝士都不會難食得去邊,對芝士迷而言。芝士包裹舌頭、化作細沫的口感,正!Grilled Sirloin Steak這裡的西冷扒質素只是一般,肉質不算飽滿,肉汁亦不多,咬下的肉味沒有太大的驚喜。唯勝在使用格紋狀的網燒製法,這點倒是令人欣賞。底部是南瓜和薯蓉,正常。這間的牛扒比Wagyu Lounge好食一點而且便宜。真正令我欣賞的反而是它們的甜品是日甜品是Tiramisu with ice cream手指餅沒有太濕,但充滿咖啡香味,Mascarpone cheese打得綿滑,口感佳雪糕亦甚為香滑,並非平價貨色,另外,不得不提的是它的服務不用排隊,但店員好像不理不睬。然後嗌甜品時,最少3個店員問完又問這個order究竟要答幾次才能傳到廚房去呢?結果lunch time嚴重超時,如果趕時間的人,奉勸不要去。 continue reading
