Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

幾年前利東街岩岩重開,吃過依間泰國野,覺得係好正宗好好食。今日放飯打算行遠少少再試一試佢,唉點知質素已經大不如前!印象中佢個青咖哩係好好食的,因為嗰時椰奶味重,仲有唔少ge青咖哩配料,而雞扒係脆皮的。但今日個青咖哩黎個時已經心知不妙,個隻青色似人造色素,配料得番d 配菜only。吃落口係好普通既味道,仲差過我係街巿買ge 醬。。。完全唔係我印象中既味道,失望至極!泰奶不過不失,絕對唔係好飲。。依餐飯我食到一半已經搞唔掂,放棄寧願行過隔離再吃多餐。。應該唔會再黎了甘既質素👋👋 continue reading

-星期五晚上,放工去左灣仔做個Thai massage鬆一鬆。按完意猶未盡,十分懷念泰國的點滴,決定在附近搵一間泰國餐廳食下。本來打算去廈門街盡頭的一間餐廳,後來發現原來整條廈門街都係泰國餐廳。由於下著微微細雨,就誤打誤撞入了這一間。-食物:由於入座後已經9點多,就只點了兩個主食和一個小菜。兩個主食分別係香葉辣肉碎煎蛋飯和海南雞飯,小食就係我的最愛,青木瓜沙律。香葉辣肉碎煎蛋飯好食,分量多,辣度適中而不會蓋過香葉的青新,雞蛋煎得脆而唔會老。反而海南雞飯有一點失色,飯太淋,雞飯醬略咸。青木瓜沙律味道好,但撈得唔夠均勻,而且冇左咸蛋,少左和咸香層次,可惜。環境:店面唔大,所以座位比較迫,但可以接受。部分店員是泰國人,都有善的。總結:埋單計大約$300內,期望可以有更住的食物質素。环境:店面唔大,所以座位比較迫,但可以接受。部分店員是泰國人,都有善的。穌棧地址: 灣仔廈門街25號地下電話: 25291008 continue reading

穌棧位置的廈門街和之前的汕頭街, 也是我常在吃飯的熱點, 大部分都是小店, 比在隔離的利東街, 選擇更多, 更值得支持. 穌棧是那裡的泰國餐廳之一, 主要打傳統泰國住家菜, 沒有甚麼豪華的裝修, 簡簡單單, 但是價錢並非簡單, 兩個人人均二百五十多元, 已比得上Apinara等較Hi-End的泰國菜餐廳.先來的泰式小食拼盤, 種類和份量都正常, 壽司炸蝦餅和春卷, 以及雞翼和串燒, 水準一般, 沒有大問題, 但也沒什麼印象深刻的地方. 之後的炸軟殼蟹, 配上大量蒜蓉, 蒜香帶微辛, 軟殼蟹外脆內腍, 啖啖肉之餘, 也沒有碎殼, 整體處理不錯, 只是兩隻份量要大約二百多元, 不太化算. 這些香口的東西, 啤酒就是最佳伴侶, 但這裏沒有走牌, 就打消了念頭, 相當可惜. 炒河沒有牛肉, 只有雞肉和豬肉, 不太吸引, 但下午沒有吃午飯, 需要一些Carbo, 吃起來感覺一般, 鑊氣夠但河粉太散, 吃起來不夠盡興, 相對可取的, 也許是侍應和老闆的服務態度.Cafe Y Taberna is the Thai restaurant in wan chai that focused on family style Thai cuisine. The appetizers platter and the fried noodles are so so. The deep fried crab is full of garlic and nasty enough but also really costly. 有間泰菜令我念念不忘,印象中真係好好食!但係今次再去,好似同記憶中嘅味道有出入,但都好食嘅,只係「泰菜不似預期」🍴香燒豬頸肉 $78 🌟🌟🌟🌟唔知大家有冇喺泰國食過豬頸肉?小編就覺得好乾好柴啦,而穌棧嘅豬頸肉更迎合香港人口味,肉質彈牙綿密,鎖汁度頗高。豬頸肉醃得入味,香料隨豬肉帶入齒頰,算係是日最佳。🍴泰式香葉肉碎煎蛋炒飯 $82🌟🌟🌟🌟呢個肉碎蛋飯味道濃重!好辣好過癮!當然係針對啲食得辣嘅朋友,佢嘅辣度並唔係咁老少咸宜。小編認為味道過重,但係隻辣又不失開胃,好容易一啖又一啖不知不覺間食曬。🍴咖哩炒軟殼蟹 $178 🌟🌟🌟呢個恕小編俾唔到公平嘅評價,因為一直對咖喱軟殼蟹麻麻地,所以食落去覺得味道平平。叫咗唔會後悔,但係下次唔會再叫。值得稱讚係軟殼蟹份量十足,有兩隻巴掌大嘅軟殼蟹!🍴芒果糯米飯-細 $58 🌟🌟正常芒果糯米飯唔會出差錯,但係偏偏糯米飯煮得唔夠熟,有啲夾生,有啲失望呢! continue reading

店內位置唔多,好彩去到啱啱好有位。位置比較逼,但食物都黎得快,食lunch都ok既。🔅泰式炒金邊粉 ($82)金邊粉份量頗多、偏酸,有幾隻蝦已剝殼方便食,食落唔太油膩。🔅雞扒撈麵 ($76)撈麵份量好多好濃味,啱晒我濃味人士😍。麵好爽口,有少少芽菜、蔥、生菜、花生碎、炸蒜片等等,配埋雞扒已經好豐富,唔會好齋。🔅凍檸茶 (+$10)加$10少少貴,0T無乜特別。不過最近太熱,加上食濃味野都會想飲返杯🤣。💬整體食物都算大份,所以唔算貴,係。下次會想試埋炒河😍。 continue reading
