今日同朋友經過銅鑼灣,見冇乜人係豚王,所以即刻入去食個午餐~~我們二人分別點了一個「翠王」同「豚王」,即係芝士豬骨湯底同原味豬骨湯底。所謂芝士湯底,其實係加大量芝士粉係面,我仲以為係會煮溶d芝士加入湯入面。原味豬骨湯底好濃,食完會好「濟」。另外,可以自己選擇麵嘅硬度,呢個主意非常適合我,因為我係要勁硬,勁濃湯,勁多油個種!整體係好食嘅! continue reading

7點左右黎到拉麵街 ,見到黑王望落幾有趣。平時都係食開豚肉湯底 即管try try 黑王等左15-20分鐘左右入得。不過原來坐位係圓台 似茶餐廳格調都有小小逼同嘈吵。 Focus 返食物到普通濃度 幼麵 1辛 軟麵 帶蔥 肩肉 。湯頭有泡 應是真材實料。吃麵前先嚐一〇湯頭 味道比想像中濃郁。墨魚汁亦都很粘。中間有一陀黑色的 不過搞拌後湯底有小小比這陀東西蓋過,亦都變得更濃稠 所以不能把湯一飲已盡。肩肉肥瘦均勻,不油不膩,肉味濃厚,數量亦都合理。食完要飲返杯冰水 因為整碗拉麵味道挺重。不過仍可接受 因為在日本吃過更重的 continue reading
