有D cafe感覺既餐廳 Featured Review

今日約左朋友出黎旺角Shopping, 食飯。由於2個都鐘意都鐘意發掘新餐廳,試新野,所以今日就揀左呢間遠離主要街道既樓上餐廳。餐廳俾我既感覺有少少似cafe,仲有2部飛鏢機放左係餐廳,不過今晚好似就唔見有人玩。餐廳既面積都唔細,出面仲有個露台,需要食煙既朋友就可以出去外面。我地見到有個尊貴2人餐既Menu,只係 $388,就可以揀3款頭盤,2款主菜,仲包餐湯、沙律、甜品同餐飲。不過餐飲就只包 $25既,多過 $25就要補差價LA。頭盤我地揀左青蘋果鵝肝多士 / 煙三文魚胡麻蘆筍卷 / 蒜香牛油帆立貝。先黎既係青蘋果鵝肝多士。鵝肝多士就食得多,配埋青蘋果既都係第一次,又幾特別WOR,青蘋果可以抵消左部份鵝肝既油膩感,但係又唔會破壞左鵝肝本身既香味。大大件厚切鵝肝,兩面微微煎過,下面係脆身多士,吸哂鵝肝多餘既油份,作為頭盤,簡直係最明智既選揀。跟住係煙三文魚胡麻蘆筍卷,用煙三文魚包住爽脆既露筍,配埋日式胡麻沙律醬,好清新。蒜香牛油帆立貝好大隻,2邊都有煎過,不過就無咩牛油白味,但係帶子夠哂彈牙,搭救返。是日餐湯係磨菇湯。磨菇味好濃,亦都食到磨菇茸,算係唔錯。另外,穩陣既拍檔 - 沙律菜配日式芝麻醬,味道唔差。終於到主菜之一 - 安格斯肉眼扒。大大塊牛扒,加配2球著蓉。點左5成熟,不過切開略厭牛扒有D過熟,所以中間D肉既口感有D "鞋"口。不過牛扒既2邊肉質其實係好嫩,好好味。如果連間都KEEP到嫩口就好 ><反而個著蓉好好味,一啖不漏地食哂,哈哈。另外點左鵝肝意大利飯,為左鵝肝而叫。唔知個飯係唔係用左鵝肝油去炒,定係鵝肝d油滲左落d意大利飯到,所以d飯都有陣陣既鵝肝味,正 XD跟餐甜品係木糠布甸,就算幾飽都好,甜品一定會開動我第2個胃,整得唔錯,真係一層一層分開,味道亦夠香濃。另外,即場成為會員仲可以享受會員優惠,可以有套餐9折,正價餐牌會有85折,仲有其他優惠,而且參加既方法好簡單,即場join都可以有呢個優惠,有筍野點可以放過,即join continue reading

旺角嘅Café開到成行成市,但今次想搵一間食物質素好啲嘅café,慢慢坐低傾計,細嘗晚餐。呢間Café雖然冇棋玩,但係有飛鏢仲有卡拉OK唱,卡拉OK我地就冇唱,反而我哋玩咗飛鏢機。而餐廳外面有個室外空間花園,客人可以選擇坐出邊或者入邊,但係夏天天氣太熱,所以都係坐翻入邊好d😂睇完餐牌之後我哋揀咗個二人餐再另加左一個生蠔拼盤,二人餐好豐富,有頭盆、餐湯、沙律、甜品同飲品!🤓二人餐比起平時嘅café每人都係貴多$20至$50左右,但係食物嘅質素就高好多, 而且款式亦都多好多!生蠔拼盤: 雖然生蠔唔算十分肥美,但係勝在夠晒新鮮,配埋佢哋嘅特製辣汁,唔錯👍🏻煙三文魚胡麻蘆筍卷: 煙三文魚配蘆筍就見得多,加埋胡蘆醬又幾夾同更加開胃。凍蝦杯: 每隻蝦嘅size大隻個手指公,而且十分之爽口👍🏻👍🏻最細心嘅係凍蝦已經剝咗殼,唔使驚整污糟隻手!牛油帶子: 帶子除咗有香濃嘅牛油味之外,仲有少少香草味👍🏻沙律及餐湯: 沙律份量好多,最好嘅係超級多醬汁,每一啖沙律都有醬汁,唔會覺得dry。但係餐湯稍為有d淡同稀,而且南瓜味唔夠🙊肉眼扒: 主菜之一,非常大塊,大過我兩隻手板,相當抵食😂但係牛扒稍為熟左少少,有啲邊位過咗火。羊架: 主菜之一,我最愛既羊肉😙落單時講咗5成熟,所以羊架肉質十分鬆軟唔會韌口。而且羊架冇蘇味,配埋薄荷醬更加清新😋 continue reading

I usually have drinks in SOHO & LKF,central.Occasionally in TST but seldom in Mong Kok/Prince Edward.My friend said there is a restaurant & bar which called ''Amour garden grill & bar''locating in MK which has a spacious terrace with nice vibe.It provides liquors,food,snacks but also shisha.I decided to go with my friend and give it a try.The restaurant & bar located on the 4th floor of a commerical buliding in Portland street,MK.Its like a oasis hidden in the bustling and hustling Mong kok destrict which gives you a relaxing ambience differ from the surrounding enviroments.As we arrived here around 7:30 p.m.,both of us ordered the dinner set plus a snack platter to share with each other.All dinner sets include a salad,a soup,main course and a drink(those cost HK$25).We ordered black truffle cheese mushrooms stuffed spring chicken and bass risotto.Both of us added few dollars to upgrade to stawberry milkshake and latte.Black truffle cheese mushrooms stuffed spring chicken黑松露芝士汁雜菌釀春雞(HKD$178)The spring chicken is quite tender as you can see the chef carefully controlled the cooking time to ensure the spring chicken just cooked rather than overdone.There is gravy split out the chicken so it is quite moist and juicy.The mushrooms stuffed inside absorb all the essences of chicken,cheese and truffle which makes the mushrooms very flavourful.However,I prefer the classic herb ones(seasoned by Rosemary,thyme) over the black truffle cheese sauce ones.Bass risotto香烤鱸魚燴意大利飯(HKD$128)The bass is perfectly seared with crispy skin and moist flesh.Large portion for the risotto which can be shared by two people.However,the risotto is flat and bland.I suggest add some black pepper to give a kick to it.Snack platter小食拼盤(HKD$168)There are deep fried chicken wings,onion rings,tortillas,mozzarella sticks and sweet potato chips.All the deep fried goodies are superrrrrrr crunchy,crisp and not oily at all.The wings are juicy and tender.There are gooey cheese and spring onion inside the tortillas which veryyyy tasty.The melty,stringy cheese elongated from the little devil stick as you pull it apart with two hands.Yummmmm!The sweet potato chips is soooooooo sweet but a bit soggy and not very crispy.Strawberry milkshake 草莓奶昔(HKD$46)The milkshake is not too sweet with a bit of tartness.The seeds of the strawberry give some bites to the milkshake.Sesame sauce Salad芝麻醬沙拉The salad is delectable as the sesame dressing gives the richness and the distinctive aroma to it .The cabbages are crunchy and fresh.Black truffle cream soup黑松露忌廉湯Although the soup has strong unique scent of black truffle,its quite salty which discount the overall tastiness.There are shisha costing only HK$150 which much cheaper than the bars in central costing HKD$3XX~$4XX.The shisha stands here are quite special which are in Eiffel tower appearances that differ from the tradintional ones.The terrace is very spacious and the enviroment is quite nice which not very common in many MK bars.There are palm trees and Thai style outdoor furnitures.Its enjoyable and relaxing to have drinks and chatting out here.I definitely will come to here to have drinks or smoking shisha in this nice terrace.The food here are acceptable.However,this restaurant served tables very slowly.I have to wait about 30 mins before the first dish is served!Nevertheless,both waiters and waitress have good attitudes,but many of them are quite clumsy.One of the waitress even unintenionally drops my mobile on the table to the floor!!I thought the kitchen should speed up to shorten the cooking time.The restaurant can provide more F&B trainings to their staffs to improve the services. continue reading
