To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日午飯時間同同事去咗呢間食西餐，叫了Y5 Alfafa海鮮飯。店員首先上餐湯同餐包，餐湯係金黃色既南瓜湯，餐包又煙煙韌韌，配牛油真係一流呀！呢個海鮮飯係廚師推介的，有四隻藍青口、一隻烤虎蝦，仲有蜆肉，魷魚，同大西洋鱈魚柳，飯就係金黃色嘅，真係色香味俱全，貴少少都抵呀，餐廳環境又坐得舒服，店員服務都好好啊！

今日嚟樂富行UNY見到呢間Alfafa，估唔到服務同食物質素都唔錯👍🏻是日餐湯係南瓜甘筍湯，餐飲可免費配有機茶，我哋叫咗蘋果茶同埋雜莓茶。加錢又可升級其他飲品。All Day Breakfast黑松露醬炒蛋•炸阿拉斯加魚柳•雞肉腸•煙肉•火腿扒番茄• 炸迷你薯餅•alFafa招牌沙律•法國牛角酥聽個名就覺得好豐富😋炒蛋滑溜，成個combination 好平均，有菜、魚同肉，而牛角包🥐都唔錯。大西洋鱈魚柳照燒汁炒意粉大西洋鱈魚肉質厚實，照燒汁有日式風味，無西式芝士醬咁油膩。呢度嘅甜品好吸引呀😍今次試法國芒果熱情果蛋糕，賣相好精美，有法國feel！🛎️必試指數：8/10🔆

第一次光顧食早餐，門面早餐牌吸引光顧，可能還早當時餐廳唔算多人，見服務員吹水，但Order 嘢食時，差服務態度、很無禮貌早餐食物ok , 但服務員需要改善態度，不應在客人問嘢無耐性又竟很串回應客人，餐廳有收服務費就要注意改善！

今次試咗Alfafa嘅早餐，正！Egg Benedict嘅蛋白柔滑得嚟，蛋黃流心，戳破咗個黃金流淌得好滿足😌。加咗king oyster mushrooms，真係香口得嚟有咬勁，超正。Morning glory and sesame bun超出預期，外皮酥脆，芝麻香味襯得起啲菜，唔係普通包包那麼單調。配搭杯Matcha latte，溫潤嘅抹茶香味與咖啡間唔中嚟點醒神，順滑嘅奶泡，與coffee亦是match得好。這份餐單，食物之間互相襯托，口感層次分明，人一試就難忘記。不過，如果你係咖啡控，個hot coffee又真係溫暖心房，咖啡香濃郁，醇厚又唔苦，真係啱曬現代人忙碌生活裡嘅一個暖心暫留。 餐廳嘅氣氛舒適，食物質素有保證，我覺得朝早行過嚟，食個早餐開始新一日，真係咁上下開心啲🌞。吃得開心，開心吃，Alfafa真係做到咁簡單嘅快樂。下次再嚟，我會試吓其他推介，希望都有驚喜。

從來冇試過有咁差服務既連鎖餐廳第一 落單揀嘢飲可以選擇唔要冰，結果杯嘢飲少咗三份一 …仲要有職員特登攞個空杯裝啲冰出黎話比我知佢地本身杯冰有幾多，做咩呀而家係？！第二一間連鎖餐廳可以唔夠現金找續，但係餐廳隔離本身已經有間銀行分行喺度，唔夠散紙既行過隔離分行唱散紙真係有咁困難咩？咁樣係做生意既態度黎架原來？雖然野食唔算差 中規中矩，一般連鎖店既質素但係咁樣既服務質素，真係連普通小店都不如，以後都唔會再幫襯呢間野！
