This place is usually not fully and not noisy so I like to go there for tea break and just read some magazine to spend my afternoon...Iced coffee is not good...too watery and milkyLatte is averageFrosty banana caramel is good...this doesn't have coffe so it's good if you don't want to have caffine~the banana flavour is not too artificialBanana mocha is good...the chocolate is nice but it has some oily taste...I asked the waiter and they said it's because the nuts at the top was fried...the taste was gone after they removed the nuts~Delice cake...nice chocolate flavour (which is sort of expected given it should be their signature cake) continue reading

在銅鑼灣走着走着突然Quiche癮起,又不想去到灣仔金鐘那麼遠,才猛然醒悟agnès b.也好像有售,於是選了最就近的一家。由於比較偏離銅鑼灣的心臟地帶,而且位於樓上,因此環境非常寧靜,是個十分好Hea的地方,加上花店位處同層,活像一個樓閣的花園。既然衝着Quiche而來,便不用傷腦筋,選了Spinach And Mushroom Quiche(HKD42)。想不到還會伴上沙律菜,所謂聊勝於無,雖然沙律雜菜不太新鮮,但是靠法式沙律醬帶着總算過關。至於Quiche的批皮由於翻熱的水氣而變得軟腍糊化,也油氣欠奉,只有圍邊尚算有咬口。蛋奶餡蛋香足也夠滑,芝士鹹香足,蘑菇和菠菜也顯然易見,不過整體還是不如灣仔(某店)和金鐘(某店)的。Danielle (HKD35)對agnès b.出品的甜餅期望素來較大,根據中文譯名這次選的是奶油甜酒朱古力蛋糕。夾着中層朱古力蛋糕的就是奶油甜酒Mousse,細滑不用說,奶油酒把整體的奶脂濃度提升,吃下去很Rich但是感覺毫不Heavy。中層的朱古力蛋糕軟綿卻未能融入整件甜餅之中,只像一條橫樑把上下層分隔開。底層的是朱古力脆餅,香脆可口,可可香甚過於中層的朱古力蛋糕,Mousse與脆餅也是非一般的組合。表面類似一層Glace的焦糖醬除了添加另一種甜,也與奶油酒味很好地配合,賣相也很好。Frozen Yogurt (L) (HKD38)配料和醬料各選一款,配料選了彩虹蛋白霜,醬料則選了香桃醬。各種顏色的迷你Meringue Cookies其實都只是原味,甜度不算高,勝在夠乾身夠脆身,不漿口。香桃醬雖然香甜,但是味道不討好,相信是那種強烈勾起喝藥水回憶的味道吧。原味乳酪相當細滑,全無冰碎,乳酸也到位,奶脂味不算重,應該也合大眾口味吧! continue reading

在週日約了朋友tea,隨隨便便選了去agnes b cafe。 本以為在繁忙區域銅鑼灣到哪裡坐下喝杯咖啡都難,可是到了二樓咖啡室卻沒有覺得擁擠,而且還蠻安靜的。 它這裡有很多種飲品(咖啡/茶/朱古力)供客人選擇,對於像我有選擇困難症的人是需要花時間想好要點甚麼;最後在朋友催促下,我點了Vanialla and Caramel Cappuchiono $39。等了五分鐘也沒有便沖好了,拉花和周邊一圈焦糖看上去十分吸引;喝一口,雲尼拿味確是有,可是焦糖味卻一點也沒有,跟一般泡沬咖啡沒分別,因為我一向喝咖啡都下落糖,所以我還是分得出有沒有甜味的。不過口感保持了水準,仍然很滑。我會因為環境再來的。 continue reading
