燒味呢樣嘢… 相信每一個香港人都會食過,小編呢個香港人,燒味🍖緊係喜歡啦~😄小編對於叉燒簡直係由細到大嘅至愛之一,除咗小編六歲之前,喺藍田一間已經結業嘅多年嘅X慶酒家內,逢午飯嘅時候經常食嘅美食。之後,兒時食過嗰種叉燒味道,真係咁多年都食唔返…😭皇天不負有心人,終於俾小編行去灣仔街市買餸,諗住晚飯加餸斬料之際,亂打亂撞見到呢間燒味店,係佢喇~呢間燒味真係不得不介紹,小編已經係第二次去買,今次係諗住再試吓,驗證吓第一次嘅味道係咪撞手神,小編上次買咗一隻油雞髀,一隻切雞髀,兩加一條肥叉燒(25元/條),成為95元。35元隻髀… 好貴啊… 😓 點知……食完就知道點解喇… (今次去到影底個價錢牌,原來係收成盒飯嘅錢囉…俾返兩碗飯我吖~唔該~)🤣完全冇諗過咁好味,入口一點都唔韌,冇筋冇渣好入味,仲搵返當年嘅味道✌🏻😋。真係要決定每次行去灣仔鵝頸橋底搭車前,如果灣仔街市未收,都必定要走入去買勁肥叉食啊!👍🏻PS:怕行濕淋淋街市嘅人,自行選擇喇~😆 continue reading

是日在逛鵝頸街市買餸,路過鴻發,案臺上堆滿了油光紅豔的叉燒,很是吸引,13蚊一條的價格都算平。掌櫃隨手拿了一條給我,我嫌太肥,要瘦一些的,他立刻拿了一條幾乎全瘦的,還沒等我開口就三下五除二切好,一切已成定局,拎回家吧!肉比較硬一點,蜜度對我來說有點不夠。此外因為是全瘦,少了油膏的香味,滋味又少了一分。味道雖不出眾,但也還可以,不至於難吃。考慮到價格,算是非常抵食了。 continue reading

中午,無暇外出食飯,一出去搞好自己的銀行事,就在鵝頸街市找了一間小小的燒臘檔,整盒雙併回來。這兒,無論單併雙併都是$16一盒,咁經濟實惠,當然要整返一盒來試一下好壞啦。鮮為人知的食肆,是我最喜歡發掘的。叫了一盒叉燒燒鴨飯,看見燒臘師傅手起刀落時,大大舊的叉燒,大大塊的燒鴨。一看就知道是一個份量十足的飯盒,看圖,燒味佈滿在飯盒的面,很是壯觀。叉燒,帶有麥芽糖的香,夠肥,而且是真正的梅頭肉,咬落,有一種軟綿綿的口感,既香口又腍,最重要的,是夠平。燒鴨,也是喜出望外的,全因為鴨子厚肉,帶有鴨油的香,皮燒得脆,食燒味,最開心不過的,就是這一種啖啖肉的感覺。美味的燒臘,平民的價錢。真的,這一個飯盒,沒有可以說不好的空間.... continue reading

十二月中旬.晴行「低碳」的我,吃個叉燒午餐就正好。上次吃了堅拿道出面的中聯,是次又試埋內街的鴻發。同樣是二十蚊叉燒,這邊的明顯是份量多一點。要厚切,走汁。吃起來沒有什麼甜味,不過腍有咬口,也不算韌。吃起來有點肉味,但吃後有「喇喉」的感覺,是用了鬆肉粉的效果?勝在抵食。 continue reading

一個人午飯時,平平的便走來買一盒平價飯,15元有雙拼,總喜愛油雞肥叉飯,叉燒肉厚又甜,油雞也算多肉,還有少少菜送,姜蔥也給多一點,不過又不是太咸;然而衛生就一般,只因始終是街市,但也是可以的了! continue reading
