叫咗嘢之後大約五分鐘左右,碗潮州四寶河粉同埋碗牛雜河粉就嚟咗放咗喺我枱面! 兩碗嘢個賣相都幾靚仔! 分量亦十分知足夠, 影完相之後, 我朋友就夾咗一粒潮州四寶裏面嘅魚蛋同埋一粒魚扎畀我試, 我想講佢哋粒魚蛋嘅口感係唔錯嘅,都幾彈牙亦唔會太鹹,但係欠缺咗一啲魚嘅鮮味, 而魚扎就做得幾細緻,裏面係有一啲芹菜喺度嘅! 魚扎口感較為特別,外面嘅魚肉十分彈牙,而因為有西芹喺裏面嘅關,係咬到裏面時有少少脆卜卜嘅口感,十分之過癮! 呢度嘅魚扎絕對值得一試!

講下我嗰個牛雜河粉,我首先第一件事就係試一試佢個湯底嘅味道,味道都幾鮮甜, 唔會太鹹, 河粉幼細彈牙亦都冇overcooked, 牛雜嘅份量係十足嘅,味道亦都唔錯, 做到保留牛雜嘅鮮味! 值得一提嘅就係喺牛雜裏面,佢嘅牛肺做得特別好食,好煙韌彈牙! 唯一缺點係牛腸太過靭, 我用左好耐時間去咀嚼之後先可以吞入肚,但我亦都講唔出點解佢係太靭,係咪因為佢undercooked或者overcooked我就唔知嘞!

油菜菜心方面做得幾好,佢冇用太多嘅蠔油令到啲菜太鹹,亦冇用得太多油令到個碟菜太油膩而啲菜都幾新鮮幾綠下!
總括嚟講,簡單一個粉麵晚餐喺灣仔, 新豐記可以係一個幾好嘅選擇!

今晚我去書展,臨去書展都要搵嘢醫下個肚。就走入去呢間餐廳食嘢。反正我好耐無食粉麵。於是我就叫牛什麵加凍檸水。承惠44蚊。份量真係一個女仔食嘢嘅份量。餸嘅份量唔算少,但無咩牛味。麵就幼麵唯一樣好就係無鹼水味。但如果44蚊子食呢碗嘢,我覺得貴。論賣相就算整潔嘅。論服務質素,就同普通茶記差唔多。要豪氣啲!

點單時在下沒問清楚是有不對,但店小二有責任提醒顧客有額外收費,既然餐牌上沒列出這項隱藏收費,而粉麵套餐也沒列明供應時間,在沒有任何通知下,下了單才知有額外收費。。。現在又不是操作電玩遊戲,難道進店前,要先學懂秘技,才能"Chok"出隱藏收費嗎,這樣的經營手法,在下認為很有問題呢。

是日到灣仔做嘢,午膳唯有揀最快靚正的茶餐廳開餐,揀了咸魚肉餅飯配熱咖啡,等候不到5分鐘餐上檯,咸魚夠晒咸但唔夠香多骨無咩肉,肉餅可以蒸得唔太老,飯亦剛剛好,不會太多,熱咖啡,啡味不太濃亦不夠熱。放在櫃筒內的匙羹還黏著紙巾,有點側目。

豬扒麵只是用了普通的麵,據聞香港茶餐廳大多採用較為平價的「頂好大光麵」。若要轉食出前一丁,須另加$3。麵雖是一般貨色,幸淥得恰到好處,軟硬度適中,頗有嚼勁﹗乳白色的湯底泛著點點油花,碗中還有兩三塊淥得鮮嫩的生菜。搯一小匙湯淺嚐,淡淡而清甜,味道不錯。最重要是吃罷碗麵後,喉嚨也不會有乾涸之感。三塊雪藏豬扒煎得外層微微金黃,一咬,雖則豬肉鮮味肉味盡失,然豬扒醃得頗為入味,肉質鬆軟香腍,口感味道均教人滿意﹗畢竟,一份錢,一分貨也。

I had a quick dinner here last night after my work out at the gym. I am afan of steamed food and so I ordered the steamed spare rib set dinner which included soup and also a drink. The soup was quite good, bettter than the one they make previously ( I have eaten here before). The spare ribs tasted ok but was too oily. The egg and prawn stir fry I had previously was much better.

下班後,已過了晚飯時間,回家也沒有飯吃,倒不如吃飽才回家。本想吃碗牛腩麵便算,但又怕不夠飽,吃個晚餐吧!有幾款茶式,點了鹽焗雞飯,例湯是霸王花湯。例湯雖不是很濃味,但也不致水汪汪,收貨,約等了十五分鐘鹽焗雞才送來,另跟一大碗白飯,鹽焗雞有雞翼和幾件雞胸,暖暖的,雞本身無鹽焗的咸味,較像白切雞,肉質麻麻,無突出之處,要點沙薑醬來提味,奶茶普通。此店標榜魚蛋牛雜,也許才是其拿手好戲。雖然在茶餐廳人客不會要求服務怎樣有水準,但基本的應對和招呼也是需要的,這晚便見識到一位阿姐的服務態度。我前面的卡座有兩位客人差不多吃完飯想點餐茶,阿姐說飲品跟餐半價,但客人說牆上的海鮮餐餐牌寫著餐跟白飯,例湯,飲品,而半價兩字是用紅筆刪去的,即是飲品是包在餐內,但阿姐說餐是不包飲品的,客人理論明明有寫著,阿姐很勞氣說:「不包就不包,我無理由自己出錢請你飲!」客人再沒糾纏下去,面黑黑結賬走了,我細看另一邊的海鮮餐餐牌,確是飲品半價,只是客人面前那張確是刪除了半價兩字,阿姐只需表示其餘都寫著半價,那張有點錯誤便是,不需與客人爭論。那檯客人走後,一位男服務員往執拾,阿姐在我後面飛了一條毛巾給他說:「俾條毛(巾)你!」

下月起有最低工資保障,這情況會不會過了今個月便會改善?服務態度是否與工資收入掛勾?但我無興趣再來探討。

25.02.2011 星期五晚同女朋友去完灣仔Epoch食完甜品,o係附近行左陣街, 到9點半到有d饑, 見到新豐記依間野, 又有d想食面, 咪入左去食, 諗住應該都ok...入到去, 樓下冇晒位, 有個waiter 叫我地上樓上, 我地上到去, 睇左餐牌, 諗住叫野食, 點知等左成5分鐘都冇人上黎, 咁我就諗住落去落order, 咁o岩有個waiter 拎野上黎, 咁我走過去同佢講想落order, 佢冇理我, 因為佢背住我, 我唔知佢聽唔聽到,之後就返埋位, then 見到佢擺低野後就好似想落返去, 我咪叫住佢, 話要order 野, 佢就好大聲咁話 " 聽到, 等陣先得唔得呀!" o個時真係想有d同佢嘈,但我eq不嬲都幾高, 算, 唔同依d人一般見識...咁就返埋位, 等佢過黎, 我點左牛根面, 同魚片米, 個waiter 就好不屑咁話"就係兩碗面,係咪?" 我都費理佢...D面都好快到, 碗牛根面勁咸, 勁多味精, 食完好口渴...反而我GF碗魚片米就唔夠咸,仲要落salt...差極可以話, 肯定冇下次, 唔會再幫襯

Love the fishball noodles. I take this everytime I'm in Hong Kong. Because the fishballs are handmade, it adds a little bit of springy feeling to the meat. The portion is just right and the soup base is great. Must try their chilli. The way I eat it is to mix the chilli into the soup base. Their noodles is not over or under cooked...just right for me.Paid HKD29 (21 + 8 for beverage or vegetables) per person.
