It is the 3rd time visiting 泰豊廔. The quality is as good as usual.

Having dinner with my family, total 8 people. We ordered:

4-6 people set, includes:
北京填鴨 (the must order item, as good as usual)
蔥爆牛肉 (鐵板 a bit better)
賽旁蟹 (normal)
水餃 (good)
粉皮 (都唔錯)

separately ordered
鐵板蔥爆牛肉 (unintended outcome. I didn't aware the set include蔥爆牛肉 already. hm... the taste is similar, but it's much hotter than without 鐵板)
京燒羊肉 (the first time order this dish. It's the best dish of the dinner, very good)
拔絲香蕉 (the sugar 外層好脆, 甜度適中. but my parents feel too sweet)
上湯豆苗 (size big comparing with most of the chinese restaurants, taste normal)

It's a small but good restaurant.

排骨擔擔面: good
炒年糕: Good. I feel it has been improved since this month. I suspect the chief has been changed.
小籠飽: not that impressive, so far so good
獅子頭: quite good
紅油抄手: my most favorite dish in this restaurant

Only few people there and can get table immediately. Probably because the new open of TheONE. We're managed to have seats which allow enjoying the good night view.

鹽燒三文魚腩(good, hot)
Goose liver and salmon fried rice: (so-so)
Grilled Ox Tongue (taste well)
Pork hot pot (Normal)

The speed of delivering dishes is a bit slow, yet the waiters have good manner.

It’s my first visit. Generally, the food is okay, but I think not that worth the money.

The dish I like the most: 當紅脆皮雞. The skin’s oil has been fried out and it’s not that fatty. Taste good.
The dish I dislike the most: 炒年糕. The 年糕 is terribly soft. The quality is worse than a normal Shanghai restaurant.

Higher the price, higher the expectation. I feel no surprise on the food quality.

凱撒沙律: The disk that I like the most. Fresh vegetables is the main reason.
燒菠蘿肉眼扒 (5成熟)：HK restaurants generally overcook, so we ordered medium to play safe. Duo okay, it's really medium. And can still taste the raw beef taste.
明太子意粉: so-so la, not that impressive
蜜糖雞翼: so-so la, not worth the price
Brownie: I hv high expectation as there's so many good comment in openrice. Yet, it brings me no surprise. It meet the standard, but not exceed standard lor. And not chocolate taste is not as rich as I imagine.

Generally, I think the food meet the standard, given the price.

We ordered 吉列豬扒同吉列蝦, the taste is just pass, size rather small.

rice and vegetables are unlimited refilled. I'm disappointed on the sauce for the vegetables. There's only 1 choice and taste so-so.

We sit long there and found the waitress skip to refill for us... So bad.

Overall speaking, the quality and service is just pass. I'd try another restaurant when I visit iSquare

My 2nd time hving dessert buffet there. I could only say it's worse than previous in a large extent.

藍莓芝士餅: the best dessert: the texture is smooth and cheese taste is strong enough

疏乎厘: The 2nd best dessert:soft and warm, good; re-fill quite oftenly

truffles: so-so, not good not bad, of coz far worse than Godiva

Ice-cream & sherbert: so-so, taste no special at all, only some common choice of taste

朱古力mousse cake: typical chocolate mousse taste

水果: nothing to say, common fruit choice



Overall speaking, environment excellent with live music, I feel the taste is too sweety. Every type I try half to 1 piece only (share with my boyfriend). No intention to retake again, except bluebuerry cheesecake

It's the 2nd time I have buffet there. We arrive there to have 宵夜buffet at around 10:15pm. Around 10:30pm, waiter told us we can start getting food. It's good to arrive earlier as can pick better table.

Those food I recommend:
自選粥 (can choose many many ingredients, so the taste is good).
Bread pudding (very good quality)
Chocolate mouse (rich chocolate taste, little bit sour)
orange juice (fresh)
soya bean milk (rich in soya taste)

Those food I dun recommend:
海鮮pizza(it's dry), 炸雞翼(it's dry), 赤貝壽司,忌廉蛋糕(taste very very normal),布甸(taste very very normal), 海鮮扇貝(too salty and not have fresh seafood taste), 軟雪糕(like McDonald quality)

There's so many good comment to this restaurant. However, the food quality and variety is really disappointing me.

1) Those 'hot' food is not hot.
2) The variety is very few
3) Shashi is the fresh and 三文魚都有'巾'
4) Dessert taste bad. Worse than other cooked food. And I saw an insect flying around it. I just taste only little.

Movenpick雪糕 is the most delicious food. Very soft and smooth. I had few cones. It's the ONLY good memory in the restaurants.

The enviornment is tidy. It's not full in lunch time, though the place is not large.

There are around 10 sets of lunch for choose, ranged from $98 to $148, together with either soup or salad. No drinks nor dessert included. We ordered a bottle of red wine.

I chose mushroom risotto. Taste normal, no surprise. Rice little bit 硬 and sauce not rich enough.

My friend chose pork chop spachetti who said it's quite nice.

For the red wine ($2xx), taste okay.
