Having read the reviews, we tried their Sunday brunch. It's a small restaurant with about ten tables. There's little variety of foods; only ham & salami as cold plates; lettuce, corn & tomato and a bit potato salad. The set includes a main course, there're 6 choices. All look good, but tasted ordinary. The fish is dry; lamp chop is overcooked. Soup is not included ($48 extra); anyway it's very salty. Desert like kindergarten food; and most are too sweet. There's no fruit. Service is good.

They tried serving French cuisine with fine dining, but the ambience, service and food were far below authentic French Fine Dining.  It appears to be a Hong Kong styled French restaurant.  We were led to the seats on the 2nd Floor through another entance of the building.  All hot foods, such as the snails, the soup (shrimp bisque), were not hot at all.  The fish smelt a bit stinky. Most of the other food tasted just OK, but the desert was good.  In all, over priced for "unreal" fine dining.

I have been at Jang for 2 times last year.  This's the third time I ate there.  It's not known why the quality of foods was getting so worse.  The pork (supposed to be steamed) of the "Pork Belly wrap" was very oily; the fried sole fillet was not in shape with too much flour (falling apart when I tried picking up one by chopsticks), and not crispy at all; the seafood pancake is totally tasteless.  Sorry, I will never go there again.
