This’s my 2nd time to visit this restaurant. First time is to be the Mystery Judge of my Korean Cuisine Book, and congratulations it entered into Top 20! 🇰🇷 This time we ordered Steamed Korean Eggs Cake, Braised Beef Ribs, Ginseng Chicken Soup, and tried a little Spicy Ganjang (Stained Raw Crabs). Beef Ribs are yummy and tender in texture, good to pair with a small glass of Soju. Ginseng Chicken Soup is the signature and a must try item here, I love its balanced flavor of ginseng which is Just-fit and will not bring in any bitter tastes. Still a good Korean restaurant to recommend. ✅

All you can eat Jap, Thai and Chinese cuisine for 2 hours. Sashimi are fresh and plump especially the Spot Prawn ぼたんえび【牡丹海老】. Oysters are surprisingly briny and iodine. Plus $118 can upgrade the oyster to French Royal, and unlimited Hokkaido Scallops with Canadian Uni. Any reservation during Mon to Thur, every 2 persons can enjoy the Double-Boiling Soup【天麻燉魚皇 original price $68】, every 4 persons can enjoy a special hot dish【麻辣烤魚盆/酸菜烤魚盆/番茄烤魚盆/羊腩煲 original price $198】. Value for money’s choice.

We always say "TGIF". it means "Thanks God, it's Friday" ! Yup, a happy hour after works on Friday should be a good treat to ourselves.
Last Friday I had a great happy hour time here, with great wines and tapas. Inside the restaurant, there's a place for storing different kinds of wines / champagnes: We first started with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc from France $95, with great flower fragrance and tasty pretty fruity. That why Sauvignon Blanc is always my first choice for white. Another glass is Cabernet Sauvignon from Portugal $95. Smells good with a bit woody fragrance, and strong after taste s: We order some tapas to pair with wines. Sautéed Clams with Chorizo $98, a fresh choice to go with white wines: Deep Fried Calamari $78, which is good to go with both white and red wines. Red can make the tasty less oily: Cold Cut Platter $138 with various hams selection. Salami is the most yummy one among those: Great experience for a Friday evening !

Fall / Winter is a good time for hotpot dinner, especially my friend loves to eat internal organs as hot pot dishes.

This set dinner is "All You can eat", with various choices of drinks, beers and ice-cream. Don't miss their DIY herbal tea. Tastes not too sweet and is a perfect match with hot pot.

Some cold dishes as appetizers, unexpectedly good and especially the spicy and sour cumcumber:

Ingredients are fresh in general, especially the local beef, frog legs and hand-made shrimp balls.

Food always goes well with music. This restaurant mixes both together, provide live band music from 9pm every day. Good atmosphere and moody for a comfortable dinner. Welcome drinks「Pop Punch」(mocktail) and「Tap Sonic」(cocktail), as recommended by the waiter. Both are refreshing and serve as a good start: 「Deep Fried Chicken Wings」, taste like Buffalo wings. A choice of snack for happy hour: 「Deep Fried Cuttlefish Quail Egg Balls with Thai Spicy Dip」, the most surprising dish of the night ! Chewy outside  and not too oily, with a tender quail egg inside. The sauce spiced up the whole thing, Recommended ! 「Lobster Bisque」, good presentation. Tastes not bad still it can be improved in the stickiness. 「Grilled Spanish Pork Loin Steak」, I chose medium well which is my own favorite level for Iberico steak. It's pretty juicy, nice in texture and a bit charco flavor. 

The restaurant has been opened for several years, and has been renovated recently, Original price is HK$188 / head with 2-hour all-you-can-eat, and I chose an upgrade +$118 with unlimited Japanese crabs, oysters and deluxe sashimi, Sashimi are fresh in general with good presentation, which delighted me and exceeded my expectation. Hamachi sashimi and Hokkaido scallops  are the most tasty one. Japanese crab and oysters are also unlimited. The crab meats are quite sweet in tastes. Hot dishes are available as well, and I love the Japanese skews most. Chicken skews are juicy For the hotpot part, I chose sukiyaki soup base, which goes well with beef: There's a variety choice of dessert, and unlimited drinks and sake. Good for foodie who loves alcohol drinks:

In the mid autumn festival last week, we went to this restaurant to have  dinner and celebration. What we chose is a dinner menu set for 4 persons, HK$1,480, and without 10% service charge, which is in the a good price comparing to the dishes we had.

「家鄉煎釀三太公」
A traditional Shun Tak dish, as Shun Tak people love to have fishes in their meals. Fish balls, lotus roots and green pepper with fish pastes inside. Tastes good as the fish they used is pretty fresh. The fish balls are crispy outside which I love most. 
「蟲草花天麻燉魚頭湯」
Used a whole big fish head to make the soup. It should belong to autumn / winter as it warms up my body after having 2 bowls ! The portion is more than enough for 4 persons, each of us could get more than 2 bowls. Nice. 

「秘製少林檀香骨」
Tastes like sweet and sour porks. Pineapple, green pepper and onion added values to the dishes in colors and tastes as well. Pineapple is the fresh one,  which brings tastes to the pork meats. 
「蒜子生扣花錦鱔皇」
A kind of big eel which Shun Tak people love to have. Very fragrant, tasty when eel was used this way to cook. Goes well with a bowl of rice. Recommended. 
「特色籠仔梅菜蒸菜心」
Some veggies to balance the whole dinner. Steam is a good way as it's healthier after having the above salty and oily dishes. A good ending in the menu. 

Waiting for the movie show. Wanna have something light, unexpectedly found this Snack Express. Tried the Steamed Rice Rolls $10 / 4 roils (sauce with everything). Hot and quite smooth in texture. Sauces tasted good especially the spicy one. Not bad if you want to have something quick for your stomach.

Saw this newly opened restaurant (mainly for takeaway) right near the MTR station. Tried the barbecued pork (cha siu) rice. Unexpectedly good, the meats are tender and tasted with honey flavor and charcoal fragrant. It’s always not bad to have new food choices in the city.

Pop up stores become a trend, and many brands from overseas chose this way to test the market. This cheesecake is famous in Japan, and happy to see the pop up store in TST. Tried the cheese cake, creamy and not too sweet. Surprisingly the texture is like ice cream! Live both the tastes and package.
